Comments: All in all, a good bit of software, and it probably ends up being worth the (relatively steep) price.

Pros: Ease of use is great. I like that I can start to build an estimate on my phone, finish it on my computer, and have it emailed directly to my client. Can't beat that for the world.

Cons: Considering some of the shortage of features, I think the charge is over-priced for what you get. I am still in my free trial month, and I'm debating with myself about whether I want to spring for the $60 per month for this. I'll probably keep it, but it's iffy. If it was $30 a month, that debate wouldn't be happening. Regarding the shortage of features, for this price, I should be able to do just about anything I want with invoices, but they are relatively static. For instance, you don't have much flexibility on how your estimates will function. You can make them LOOK different, but if you want, for example to have materials and labor estimates be completely separate (as I like to because my customers often like to buy their own materials due to military discounts or shopping around), you just can't do it. That's a shame because it's an obvious enough feature that your random pack of carbon invoices from Office Max will have that division.

Pros: Always get quick response and very helpful. So far we like the product, but look forward to more upcoming capabilities - Like customer's being able to sign estimates via email, automatically adding service dates and class into QBOL.

Cons: Wish the "status" wouldn't change when opening a work order or invoice - Constantly have to review and update manually.

Comments: From the CEO, Vincent Wong to the support staff like Meghan and all her counterparts. Top shelf support and service. They strive to constantly improve their system based on customer feedback. Very collaborative engaged! Most of the cons have been eliminated by their upgrades. We did have quite a bit of loss initially, but I believe it was more operator error on our end.

Pros: Mutually collaborative effort is ongoing and they improve daily! Very professional folks that listen and understand.

Comments: Today, mHelpDesk Support offered me a work-around inside estimate/invoicing PDFs to help display important info to my customers. In addition, they added a field to my invoice (which I couldn't have figured out myself) within a few minutes. I could go on...

Pros: The mHelpDesk Customer Support Team is terrific. I have had to reach out a few times in the past 3+ years I've been using the platform, to learn how to make the system work better (on my end) for my company. EVERY SINGLE CALL was answered in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.

Cons: I needed some coaching on how to relocate line items. With a helpful pointer, I was able to do it easily.

Great platform to keep everything together.

Pros: The ease of this program exceeds expectations. It helps the work load flow. It allows you to keep everything in order and organized.

Cons: Online support waa a bit tricky at first but now things are flowing on the same page. A walk through using the program is definitely a plus to get the full use of the system.

Online support is great but this software needs more features as their competitors.

Pros: Can always get in touch with online support quickly. The website is easy to navigate from one field to another.

Cons: This product does not have all the sophisticated features of it's competitors. The latest for example, I am just trying to generate a "Lost" lead report with contact information, such as address and phone number. This along with many other features is not available.

Pros: Features, versatility, SQL database, reporting, etc.

I like the helpful the customer service agents. They really try their best in my opinion.

Cons: A few little things we would like to see are missing.
The product is excellent; the only downside that I could find so far is that it's not free.
Anything which is not part of the system can usually be figured out with a work around or help from the tech team.

Great product and outstanding customer support. A must have for any service oriented business.

Pros: It brings all the work flow into one platform. Friendly customer support is always available to walk through steps.

Comments: For the overall cost........ you can't beat it!

Pros: By FAR.......... the support team and system they use to answer questions in "real time" is the strength of this software.

Cons: It has a few features that work differently depending on what screen or where you access the data from (which can cause some occasional confusion)

Pros: Syncs with QuickBooks

Cons: Creates issues with Sync Today - help desk was really lagging and clearly not understanding the problem. I could almost correct 40 entry issues which waiting for responses. The person said that I had her undivided attention but if I wanted more real-time help, I should phone into their other phone number. On hold with them now for 16 minutes....hanging up to correct issues one-by-one.

Pros: I like how user friendly the application is. The system syncs really well with the information to be up to date.

Comments: FOR ME... This program provides me a competitive advantage with others in this industry... Consequently, I DO NOT discuss my invoicing and would NEVER RECOMMEND it to a competitor.

Pros: On line payment options... Immediate Billing... Saves me a lot of time... Historical Data is preserved.

Cons: For My Business... The pricing varies with each customer... I would like and OPTION to set up PRICING and SERVICES for each individual customer so that when creating an invoice the pricing for the service is duplicated for that specific account.

Comments: R&D has been great at taking our suggestions and working to implement them

Pros: Has almost everything we were looking for to go paper free! Able to work from anywhere Able to have real time data with our field techs

Cons: There are a couple functions that we would like to have. At this time we are not able to upload files from our ipads and we have had some syncing issues with the ipads

Pros: The Customer Service agents are amazing. They go out of their way to help you especially Andrew and Selena.

Cons: A little on the pricey side and takes a little getting used to but after you play with it a little you should be a pro and the customer service agents are there to help with any problem you might have.

Cons: Would like to import customer equipment via csv instead of manually (we have a huge database) Changes for the better are often incorporated but an email or notification of what to expect would be better than just stumbling upon a different function (what can I say, I am old ;)

Comments: I don't want to say that it's a double edged sword, but it kind of is.. It's great that you can control how the software works, but then again do you really have the time and patience to spend at the initial setup. If you do, then you will appreciate the flexibility of this software.

Pros: It's fantastic that almost everything this software offers is fully user customizable. So those of us that require a strong attention to detail will be content.

Cons: The software requires a lot of time to setup when you choose to customize most of the standard features.

Pros: The ability to truly track schedule schedules and hours with ability to add as many employees as needed.

Comments: I researched quite a few different comparable products and this is by far the best. I have a very small business with a staff that HATES technology and change and they are even capable of using this system.

Pros: It's Crazy Easy to use! You can manage your "people" in one spot. I can see my customers and staff's profile in the click of a button. I can organize my techs work by "Jobs" that connect right to their schedules. The estimates are professional and accurate. I can hide details that I don't want to share with my customers on any "template" I need to. It is very easy to customize your templates. You can search by any piece of info you have (name, phone number, email, address etc.). The reports are extremely easy to run and very detailed. The app Has a functioning offline mode for when there is no service. The app and online version give you the option to see other peoples schedule (if they have permission). The app used google maps so it is always up to date. I can hide confidential info from my techs based on permission. My people can clock in and out right from their phones. It is compatible with quick books. I can easily calculate my markups right from the estimate screen. The customer service is absolutely unbeatable. They are always there during business hours. Everyone I speak with fixes my problems right away no matter if it is in a chat screen or over the phone. Lastly everyone I speak with is clear and concise. I am speaking to people that know what they are doing.

Cons: I wish i could see a real time map view of where my techs are and have been from the online version. They have the option on the app to view a map of where an employee has been that day but I don't think there is a real time map of my people right from the online version. This product is a little expensive for a small business if you have a lot of employees that need to have an account.

Pros: The field app is very strong and that is a must. The admin provides a true workflow experience. The software is as flexible as it can be, provides true integration to QB, and has cut our entry time in half. Our profits are up and communication is vastly improved. The cloud feature fits our Disaster Response plan. Their customer service is the best I have seen and we have tried many.

Cons: Very little to dislike. They are always improving. I would like to see an inventory module, and Ajax searches would be a real improvement. But overall, they are the "best-in-class".

Overall: We are completely cloud-based, completely mobile, our response time has decreased and profits have increased. We have found a vendor/partner that listens. We truly have an integrated product from end-to-end. Service calls/requests for quotes come in, an excellent work product goes out, seamlessly.

Pros: It had everything I needed to start my business. Easy to use. Mobile app worked great. I was able to update all my work in just a few clicks.

Cons: There are a couple of specific things I need to track for my business (chemical tracking for state reporting) that mHelpDesk is unable to provide. No ability to send invoices with declining balances. Need work on that.

Comments: I researched about 10 different programs before I chose MHelpDesk. I am glad I chose them. They dashboard is extremely easy to use, and it is very easy to stay organized.

Pros: This program is so very easy to use and the customer support is great! I like being organized and having everything in one place, and MHelpDesk allows us to do that. I love all the features and customization. Plus their support staff is incredible!

Cons: It could have a few more reports to pull, also we had a syncing issue when we started but that was because of our cellular provider, once we switched it worked great.

Pros: Its easy to use.Being able to have online support at all times helps quickly resolve any configuration or operation problem

Pros: - The call center and online chat are easy to reach and they answer the phone or reply on the chat within a reasonable time.
- I prefer to work on the weekly view which tells me who will be where on what day.
- I get progress emails from them, where their product team is at with the problem I reported.
- Easy to make changes myself e.g. to adjust entry fields, staff, staff options etc.

Cons: I would prefer if it would be possible to have today's day highlighted only in the top row of the weekly view where the date is.
When it is busy it is easier to get mixed up with the dates. When being in the weekly view it would help a lot if at least the background of the date field would be highlighted.

Overall: Much better overview than having binders for each technician separately.

Pros: Completely streamlines and organizes our business. The best program we have used in 20 years. I would definitely recommend this to any type of business that offers a service to their customer.

Cons: Customer service Representatives do not make alterations to the program to allow the program to work more efficiently for our business.

Pros: The ability to communicate with my technicians out in the field,
The ability to send Estimates and have them Approved online..AWESOME.

Cons: Couple glitches when syncing with quickbooks.
Nothing that wasnt simple to fix though.
I have not experienced anything worthy of "least" liked about the software.
Everytime i run into a situation that cant figure out myself I give customer service a call and EVERY rep i have talked to is super friendly, helpful, easy to understand and really patient.
There has not been anything they haven't been able to help me with....

Overall: Work efficiency.

Pros: mHelpDesk allows us to streamline all our paperwork in an efficient manner. One of the best aspects is how quickly we are paid for our services from our customers.

Cons: Some of the features are not as customizable as we would prefer. For example, the text alert sent to customers could allow for some better customization.

Pros: CRM and invoicing in one place. That's about it.

Cons: Maybe the worst is that my team disappears at least once a day and I have to reload them one by one. The support team can't figure out why this happens. I used to be able to sync with Google calendar, but now that feature has gone and the support team can't figure out why. When a window pops up, it won't go away. Can't send a return email. Tons of bugs. Eg: When I write an email and hit return, the cursor jumps back up to the top line. Mind-numbingly slow. Torturous to use. I have actually written out 6 pages of problems I have with mHelpdesk, but I don't have the time to transcribe them all here.

Value for Money

Comments: I spent a year shopping for a program, speaking with sales and doing demos. This won out on every aspect. Unfortunately nothing was as it seemed. We spent a lot of time implementing in training, only to find out months later when we started using it regularly that it actually doesn't work. It's like a bad relationship that you can't break up with because you feel you invested too much time into it. However, like a bad relationship you can't let it ruin your life. I lost thousands of dollars, hours of unbillable labor, most recently a client and a very big job because we appear inept (from relying on MHelp). I'm breaking up and moving on. Probably filing reports with the AG and BBB.

Pros: There would be many pros if everything in this app actually worked. It looks good, but clearly it's just packaging. It's glitchy and you won't find out until after spending hours and hours of labor getting it set up

Cons: Client info is frequently deleted so I have to contact clients to get info they've already provided , tax areas changed and deleted so my invoices and estimates will suddenly be wrong and I have to contact clients to let them know their bill/ estimate is incorrect. Text notification of new jobs are blank so they are pointless. Employees cannot connect- with or without internet. "Offline" mode does not work as we can't see any stored info (it doesn't cache). Everything I was told this product does sounded great during the sales pitch, but in actuality none of it actually works . A year and thousands of dollars later, a program that was supposed to make my life easier is running my business into the ground .

Pros: The ease of cross referencing jobs to scheduling. The ease of accessing the job from the schedule to edit, etc. The response time of the Text Team in resolving issues by addressing the issues without a lot of Q & A to name a few.

Cons: Just a few glitches...when assigning a contact in a job or estimate, then saving the doc, the assigned contact disappears.

Pros: Business before mHelpDesk had us lacking in reporting and a general understanding of our numbers.

We now have the ability to track our sales, booking rates, marketing dollars and customers in a simple format that anyone on our team can use.

If you are considering a new CRM, I recommend Mhelpdesk. I tried rolling out 4 other competitors all of which were too cumbersome, confusing and lacking in functionality.

Mhelpdesk has unbelievable support and the system is not complicated- anyone can use this platform with or without computer abilities.

We look forward to partnering with Mhelpdesk for years to come.

Cons: Anything which is not part of the system can usually be figured out with a work around or help from the tech team.

Overall: Ability to track many different metrics in my business. The ability to manage a paperless service business keeping every document in the cloud.

Pros: Mobile friendly and ease of use. Customer service is great too! Another Pro is that as we type in the address, it is linked with Google and it will give you the full address with correct spelling, with city and zip. It cuts our time down in entering addresses; along with ensuring the address is correct for our technicians. No more misspelled addresses!

Cons: Some times the click down feature gets stuck when operating from my iPhone and it won't allow me to select things. So I have to click save and do it again and then it works. I think it is a bug with the new iPhone; hoping they will fix it soon.

Pros: Its' pretty straight forward and easy to navigate. Helps me manage our calendar and keep updated customer information.

Cons: I would love to see more control over what I see on my screens. Would be great to have the ability to move and adjust columns that I do or do not want to see. I always submit feedback in hopes to help improve usability for myself and others. Reporting is still lacking a bit but they are working on it.

Comments: There are many navigational functions they could add, but over all the application is feature packed for the price point.

Pros: Easy to use and understand. Relatively easy to setup. Good for small company needing to track service and invoice.

Cons: Always have problems with current info on the mobile side. No way to track emails sent from the system. Not a good CRM

Pros: We like the way that we can create custom fields and organize our data however we like. Many other CRMs did not have much flexibility.

Cons: We do not like how we have to manually import all of our custom fields. We like the fields, but supposedly, there is now way to import data to them from a .csv file yet.

Pros: The software is robust, but difficult to navigate. Take a lot of time and effort to incorporate it into your business.

Cons: Tech support is hit or miss. At the time they had an issue with QB integration. Steep learning curve on the daily operation of this system.

Pros: When it works its great.

Cons: Not user friendly. I dont like about your company. I was unhappy with the service and said I was going to cancel service (via customer service chat room afyer hrs.). You guys then set the ball rolling to can el service even though I emailed you saying I was NOT canceling. Just found out it was canceled. Well, great time for me to try your competitors.

Comments: Spend more money on a better software. If your time is important, you will appreciate the advice.

Pros: Cheapest software on the market (because it doesn't do what it is supposed to do). The support team was nice, but I would rather them had been fast and knowledgeable.

Cons: Quickbooks sync is terrible. Customer support is slow and unhelpful. There was a near 3 month span where the software was completely unusable on Iphones. Dispatching layout is confusing. Duplicated ghost jobs show up out of nowhere on recurring jobs. Jobs show as open/new after closed on adminstrators' Iphone app. No afterhours technical support. Too many notifications/text messages for jobs. No safety nets to keep technicians from losing/deleting jobs... I could keep going, but my services will be cancelled by the end of the month after 2 years of trying to make this software work. If it wasn't so cheap, I would have left a long time ago.

Cons: low ITIL capabilites Price of the program is pricey, should come down I did have an issue in the beginning about using a comma feature with the pricing and they actually fixed it pretty quickly for me.

Pros: This product is amazing in that it can be completely customized to suit your individual needs. It has custom fields that can be organized, but more importantly for us, the Reporting has proven to be highly useful!

Cons: Moving to a new software is always hard work, and we found that as it is SO customisable, plans had to be put in place before we were able to fully launch. Not a problem though, as it gave us an opportunity to assess what needed to be changed moving forward.

Pros: The initial support was good, it looked promising we had a check list with required features they said it would all do , until we started using it

Cons: web interface is slow and crashes frequently, navigation not very intuitive , too many clicks for everything. bugs in security settings, bugs in mobile app, not many usable features and reports.
the job list started crashing one we had about 200 jobs loaded
we canceled our subscription after 3 months i really don't understand how they got all the good reviews?

Overall: After this unsuccessful start with Mhelpdesk we had better starting point to select a follow up application

Comments: Many great people at this company and they are always very nice. But things do not seem to get solved OR worse problems are created when trying to solve them. I REALLY wanted this to work out with them. They are great people at mHD. But problems just keep mounting and getting worse.

Pros: The people promise a lot and are very friendly, but nothing seems to get fixed. Updates are frequent... but come with big surprises, and NOT good ones

Cons: Random major problems occur... techs have their entire schedule unassigned, WOs will not let you schedule them, invoices show unpaid (even though WePay has already processed it through the mHD app!)... I could really go on and on but this is enough.

Pros: Allows me to run my office functions directly in the field from my phone. I can send invoices immediately after performing service. Ensures much faster payments.

Cons: When having to work in the offline mode when service is not available. Also system has to be restarted several times on the mobile app.

Pros: UI was clear and clean, ease of use on the mobile application was the main reason this software was selected. We were sold on the idea support was on-point and the software was modifiable to the users needs, with the exception of hard-coding the program itself.

Cons: Customer service actually hung up on us, which could have been accidental except they didn't reach back out?? Hold times varied from 26 minutes to 38 minutes. The unassigned board in the dispatch module does not show the dates of service so you have to select each service to determine if its time to schedule their maintenance. Then if you head to the jobs section where it does have the date of service it doesn't list the property address, so one has to go into the account to find the location - not the most effective way to schedule or dispatch. Needs functionality support and upon speaking of this we were hung up on - shameful.

Pros: Mhelpdesk is a simple to use software that is a one stop shop to take jobs from creation to completion. Support is second to none.

Cons: The mobile application is a bit slow and could be more user friendly. But our guys have laptops so it hasn't effected us all that much.

Pros: The app could take calls and be customized but for a fast paced on demand service is basically useless.

Cons: I gave a list of things I needed done before I signed up in email. It explained everything in great detail. They said it could be done but after paying for 4 months plus the setup fee found out it could not be done.

Comments: Very happy with the software! We are not paying for a Mercedes nor are we getting one. But this is a well made little Honda that very nicely us from point A to point B.

Many modules which allow us to roll out new functionality as team gets used to existing functionality. Easy for field staff to us Easy for managers to use

Pros: For what it does and the price, it was the best deal we found after having looked at other a dozen alternatives. We hardly use half of what it advertises it can do, but all we needed was a Help Desk and Service Ticket platform for our use as a security systems integrator and MSP provider. Their salesperson was extremely patient and helpful, and hosted multiple webinars for stakeholders who could not all attend at the same time. It's still rough around the edges that we need to tweak, but it's 10 times better than trying to use our CRM to do service tickets like we had been doing.

Cons: The interface has that odd feeling, take-up-the-entire-screen-realestate look that supposedly a websites that have to be "Google search friendly" are forced to contend with. Reporting is weak. Some info on screen like service ticket numbers can't be selected with the mouse for copying and pasting, strangely, and not all information detailed areas are easy to get to. No Salesforce integration, but supposedly that is coming someday soon.

Overall: It does the job we need it to do: a Help Desk for internal and external use and Service management.

Customer "SUPPORT" Stinks! They doesn't return phone calls! We are cancelling because of that

Pros: Customer service department is located in the USA and they have great hours of operation that cater to both West and East Coast

Cons: Fails in every aspect of execution, from set up to customer satisfaction. MhelpDesk was built on empty promises. Ill summarize my experience in a very brief manner to save everyone time.

Signed up with MhelpDesk and paid a premium for the premium set-up team to assist in customizing our workflow. Was promised it would be no longer than two weeks but we would strive for 1 week set up time.

1 month later, we are no where. No familiarity with the software. Set up rep, talks too much doesn't listen.

2nd month, new service rep. Great guy, listens very well. Initially make great progress. However we ran into many issues which were supposed to be resolved, some issues would take 4-5 reminders to actually fix. He would say the issue is fixed and it was not, so they must conduct no testing at all.

3rd month. Out of pure frustration we set up 8 hours for our own employees to run through the software and try to figure out our own set up. which we did. Everything is customized to our specs and we completed the set up process from 50 to 100% on our own.

4th month: Customers not receiving email notifications, Customer service has been contacted 4-5 times and offers no solutions, they cannot find the problem so they dismiss it.

This has been one one of the worst businesses we've ever dealt with. A huge waste of time and money. They will tell you everything you want to hear with a great attitude but when something goes wrong, and it will. You are on your own. Good luck

Pros: The product is efficient for both the work field and office staff. The notifications are immediate and helpful to project managers

Cons: We have to forward some notes because mHelpDesk only notifies 2 contacts. It would be helpful to have the option of notifying more than 2 people in our case.

Comments: For the amount of money we spent it does a basic job. Wish there could be more ways to make custom forms look good in a printed and pdf display.

Pros: Quick and easy set up . We paid for the premium set up and we got it. Program is great for service work. Great for organizing a small or large crew of workers.

Cons: Doesnt auto save so you loose some information of your not careful. Have troubles sending items to Quickbooks. Wish that process was easier. Not good for New construction when you have multiple steps to a job and need multiple job types and multiple forms for the same location. Custom forms not really customization unless you know coding. The templates are great but wish I could organize the sheet to print out nicely. No ability to make contracts.

I've enjoyed how user friendly it is!

Comments: Overall really happy with the outstanding customer service which lots of companies have lost sight of these days and the software itself.

Pros: The icons as menu options and the easy to use mobile app. That one can also use the app on the tablet for the sales reps that are out with the customer.

Cons: I cannot edit the tax manually or override the amount that is totaling up and the editing/cropping feature of the logo.

Pros: It is easy to use and easy to speak to an actual person if you have questions or problems. The mobile app works well, especially on our tablets.

Cons: There are a couple small widgets that could be changed or added, but there is also a customer forum that has helped the company make them priorities.

Pros: Easy to add customer and manage the ever growing database. The customer service team is always a click away for ANYTHING!!!

Cons: Prefer to use my own forms for providing estimates. Need to have an feature to present customers 3 options at the time of service. Jobs are lost when you walk out the door!

Overall: I am able to keep everything in one place!

Pros: I am always pleased with the service we receive from the MHelp desk team. We signed up a couple months ago and have requested assistance on several forms and training. We signed up with the premier service and have been extremely happy with the product. We researched MHelp Desk along with many other software services for our HVAC company and this software has 99% of what we need in our business. The service and the software is worth the price. I have worked in the software field for over 10 years and can appreciate the extra effort the team does for our company. Integrates with QB very easily.

Cons: It can be a bit slow with an older computer that has less RAM. Working offline helps the techs when they are using their mobile devices in sketch wireless areas. We had the team import all older invoices from QB which gave the amounts, but not the details.

The software is easy to use for any person- whether you are a computer pro or have basic knowledge!

Pros: I love the fact that I can create custom fields for my jobs that will translate over to invoices. I can make custom fields for each type of service I provide. You can also create custom fields for your customer profile. It absolutely amazes me as I never thought I would find a software tailor made for our niche company- a commercial diving firm. With being able to customize everything from customer profiles to job to invoices I can have the exact software and features I need and am able to disable other features I don't need. Also the customer service is seriously stellar- 5 stars! Every person I have spoken with at MHelp Desk has been extremely helpful , informative, and professional. You can call, email, or even live chat with customer support to suit your needs! They also have loads of resources if you are a do it yourself-er. Between watching videos on their youtube channel to utilizing the community forum- I have hardly needed any assistance setting up my account and utilizing it. The import from Quickbooks is seamless and so simple- it makes switching to a new software insanely easy. 10/10 would recommend!!

Cons: The only con i can think of is having to put my appointments in a time slot. I have not looked into this all the way yet as I am still customizing everything. With my business our service calls do not need time slots and the customer are not present for the work so it would be helpful to see all my appointments for the day without them being assigned a specific time. (even this isn't a real big negative for me more of a pet peeve). I bet if I asked them they could figure out how it can be set up like this!

Pros: Being able to map customers, techs getting directions from job to job, having custom fields populate

Cons: Map doesn't pull up all addresses, not sure about it working with quick books, don't like having to have an invoice prior to getting payment

Nice system but just not right for our company. Very well made and set up.

Pros: It was very affordable and we could get started. The look of the system is ok and the online support was fair. When ever we had an issue we could contact them and they would respond within 5 mins. Overall for what it is the system is good .

Cons: Not that easy to set up and use out in the field for our guys. The lack of customization available was a problem for us. We run a plumbing and heating company and our techs are not super on computers. Still the system is good it just didn't work for us.

Overall: The software was hard to use and froze up a lot. It was not very intuitive and we could not customize it.

Pros: It is very intuitive to use and fairly easy to implement. Customer service is great to work with if/when you have questions.

Cons: I would like to see better reporting options. More robust reporting features would be a definite improvement

Pros: They do have customer template designs which is nice but to make it look right requires an overseas group and takes forever!

Cons: Data migration, template redesigns, and software issues are being handled by an overseas team (India and Philippines) which causes language barriers, time differences, and takes forever to get things done. Support apologizes, over promises, and under delivers. App is buggy and crashes.

Overall: None. Still unable to use the product after almost a month and a half since I am still waiting for their overseas migration team to finish the migration.

Pros: expand ability to others to process invoices, and scheduling and invoicing in one place....really has helped our business

Cons: glitchy sometimes probably has to do with it being on the cloud. doesn't refresh well sometimes...Ex. it doesn't copy well from estimate to invoice

Comments: I was very hesitant having to use a new computer program, even though we picked it from all the others. But the simplicity yet functionality made easy to learn, even for me. We had the representative for onboarding and she was so patient. We surely had to rethink what we wanted to accomplish with every form we used in our electrical company and how to use them in mhelpdesk. We stumbled a bit in the beginning, as we had to make some changes but it surely was worth it. Our paper consumption is way down, we are far more efficient and we look more professional.

Pros: Hands down the simplicity of the program

Cons: Some of our forms are not convertible to this system and we have to use the paper version.

Pros: Easy to set up and start to "try" to use.

Cons: Far to simplistic for a business that handles a variety of service customers from wholesale to retail. Also, the customer service side seems less than competent. When the going got tough, they quit.

Overall: We have a cabling company and found mHelpdesk to be buggy and although easy to use and configure, not near enough configuration to get it to a satisfactory stage for us to use. When the customer service side was confronted with 2 issues they could not resolve, the just stopped communicating and trying. Think twice before using. You will trade "easy" for "really cannot be used in a business environment."

I'm personally diving in to see what we could have done better to serve you. I'd like to connect at your earliest convenience. You are right that mHelpDesk can seem too easy to use. Especially for more advanced users like yourself. This is deliberate because most of our customers demand something very easy to use and configure, which means sometimes we have to sacrifice complicated use cases. Being "easy to use and configure" has its pros and cons. The pro is that it works for 90% of businesses that would like to get up and running fast. It makes it easy to train staff on. I saw that you're in the IT data infrastructure business, which has more advanced use cases. The downside is that it's not always obvious how mHelpDesk can handle these. Can we chat 1-on-1 to see if we can come up with solutions? I'm happy to chat.

Comments: I was looking for a lower cost tool to help me in my landscape business for preparing estimates and keeping customers organized. Mhelpdesk does just that. As a web-based application, you can take it with you where ever you go.

Pros: Pretty self-explanatory. The support folks are great to work with and you have many levels of knowledgeable staff that will help you along the way.

Cons: It does not have a budget tool attached to do job costing and see how you are doing financially with customers

Comments: My service department really likes this app. It provides most of the information they need.

Pros: Lots of custom fields. Integrated with android maps makes finding a customer simple.

Cons: Difficult to generate custom reports. Customer will do this for you, but would be better to be able to generate one on the fly myself.

Comments: A good product that needs to continue focusing on the needs of the users-- could be a super robust program and I think it is getting there.

Pros: Good for client info, scheduling, historical info at sites, etc.

Cons: Not a very good time tracking system-- we use Tsheets for that as it is more robust for PTO, Holidays, job reports, etc.

Comments: This is great software. It has truly helped increase our productivity. It is easy to track jobs now and has decreased the time it takes to collect on a job significantly.

Pros: The customer service is fantastic. If we call or email them with a question they respond quickly. This software is customized to our needs and as our business evolves they are able to tweak the software to meet our ever changing needs. It is great for tracking leads, estimates, jobs, invoices and payments. We also use it to assign crews to jobs and get them the information they need for the job.

Cons: This software doesn't have a good way to track employees hours for payroll. There is a makeshift way to do it but is not as efficient as the rest of the software's duties.

Recommendations to other buyers: This is great software. I would recommend paying the additional cost of having them set it up for you. We did the premium package and they continue to make changes and tweaks to meet our needs. Well worth the money. You will make up for the cost of this software quickly as it makes your business run more efficiently and able to give in the estimate, invoice, and collect quickly and accurately.

Comments: mHelpDesk has been a welcomed addition to our operations. In vetting the product it was challenging getting accurate information about how we wished to use the tool. We integrate it with QB and use QB Advanced Inventory for our inventory mgmt. It has been challenging getting the functionality we desire from the inventory module through the mHD UI. Since rolling it out, the core functionality is working well. The enhancements specific to our operations have been less successful. The fact that the mHD team is constantly gathering feedback and augmenting functionality makes me more confident that we will eventually be able to use it as we intended to use it from the onset. The forthcoming API is a big part of this.

Pros: Easy association of work orders with easy to produce estimates & invoicing. Customizations are easily achievable via a user facing settings interface which is quite intuitive. Support has been very responsive to our requests. We may not always get the answers we wish we would get but support is quite robust. mHD is always gathering info from the users and adding functionality. We are greatly anticipating the API.

Cons: No API. the user defined fields are just free text fields. You must export a CSV to use the data. It would be much more helpful if when I enter the mileage from the field techs I could then run a mileage report. The customized report interface is lacking. You cannot query the DB directly.

Recommendations to other buyers: Do you own R&D. Do not rely solely on the info you get from mHD sales. Before you buy, put the time into understanding how you will create your workflows. Pay close attention to how you organize your job types and statuses. Make sure you think your workflows all the way through to reconciliation. Use the support forums and consistently request the functionality you need.

Comments: I liked the UI of the software as an experienced user of Field Service software looking to upgrade from another SaaS product. I was extremely disappointed to find out that there is no way to import job history AT ALL from another platform. The solutions offered were paying them to do it or or manually entering 6 years of history ourselves. If you are looking to move from paper-based system or basic digital calendars this may be great, but if you actually want to move from another SaaS system prepare to be disappointed. I wish I had known this before investing scores of hour importing clients, customizing the UI for my team. Wasted, wasted time.

Comments: Despite their statements, this software does not work well for a lawn / landscape company. I was very specific in what I needed this program to do for my business, and they assured me that it could handle all that and more. When we began to set up the program, I found out right away they had no clue what a landscaping service needed. They asked me to send copies of my proposals and schedules so that they could try to re-create them. They couldn't. Basically I was having to tell them how to design their software. They may have had good intentions, but it turned out being a large waste of my time and I lost a lot of money. Besides the cost of the program I had to pay a large amount of money for training which I was never able to use because they couldn't even get the software right. After patiently waiting two months, I finally had to cancel the service.

Comments: We have been using Mhelpdesk for just about a year and we love it. It is easy to use and has everything we could need! Im a huge fan of the fact that the company takes recommendations of what improvements clients wish to see within the program. Over the past year we have seen many updates. We had tried a couple other programs before deciding on Mhelpdesk and this one is by far the easiest to use, whether you are a tech in the field or dispatch in the office. I highly recommend the service!

Cons: Wish we could create statements in the program. Literally my ONLY complaint.

Comments: I run a home improvement company and needed a solid CRM to stay organized, write estimates, save job details and bill customers. I tried a few and eventually came across MHelpdesk... I've been using it for about 6 months now and it took a little time to get rolling, but they helped me every step of the way. I just upgraded to their unlimited plan so I can scale my business and my encounter with one of the sales agents prompted me to write this review. He was incredibly helpful, fast and professional. It's not too often that you call a company in another state that has employees that are sharp, well spoken and bend over backward to help you.

Pros: Geo tracking is cool. Being able to charge credit cards without having a separate merchant account is another really awesome feature. The entire system is user-friendly and simple.

Cons: No complaints at all.

Recommendations to other buyers: Try the demo and you'll be hooked.

Comments: It goes without saying that what works for one, will not work for all. That being said this system offers multiple features that you can adjust and turn on and off. The system syncs with Google Calendar and QB, but is not seamless - for me at least.

Pros: This is system offers great costings on projects. It allows you to preset wage rates and the cost behind it, along with separate misc items.

Cons: I have not found any way to generate a time sheet. The most simple of things - but no easy way to make a time sheet.

Recommendations to other buyers: What ever system you choose, there will be aspects that work for your company, and those that you think will not. I suggest forcing yourself to try to use every feature - of any program, instead of just using one aspect. Case in point - the last system we used, we didn't upload an item catalog because our team felt like they could manually enter their material easier than the headache of keeping the catalog up to date. Number one reason why everyone didn't enter in their material - it was too difficult. Jump in completely.

Comments: It is a very manageable and organized software. I have used 2 others and they are not nearly as good. You can do so much with the software to keep track and organize people, work orders, invoices, all in one place. There have been a few issues on the software side but they have been resolved by customer support when possible.

Pros: Very well organized. Customer service is friendly and helpful.

Cons: Sometimes the software kicks you out of a work order and will not save correctly.
