As my first experience using Imprima VDR, it was very user-friendly to work and manage it. Accessing and working with the structure and folders/files were very well designed and oriented. The support services team were wonderful.

Pros

user-friendly, security, structure and support services including fast responses in case of questions.

Cons

Considering my access was not too long, however, I did not have any special issue during my use of the system and everything went well.

Good value of money! Nice support team and good tracking system.

Pros

Setting up the VDR is really easy. As soon as you ordered the VDR the preparations by the Imprima team are done so you can start quickly with setting up your own VDR. If you have set up the VDR on a local drive, the bulk upload is really efficient.

Cons

Not that much - processing the document permissions could be slightly more efficient. But when you want to switch to use the Q&A, you can also kick off with a general buyers group and then later to a more specific group.

Pros

Good service, always available, helped we with strange settings within the VDR.

Cons

Not intuitive, hassle to get all the access controls in check. Difficult to rename documents, difficult to move documents around.

Sometimes we experienced difficulties with publishing new files, but it's possible that that was our own fold.

We switched away from Datasite to Imprima and are happy about that move. Datasite was way to expensive in relation to what we need. We did one complete deal now with Imprima and there was no feature that we were missing, for a fracture of the price of datasite

I appreciated IMPRIMA’s user-friendly interface and how easy and straightforward it is to use. The platform’s robust features, especially the structuring of the dataroom, stood out as highly valuable. Their customer support is excellent, and when a problem arises, the staff is quick to assist you.

Cons

One aspect I found somewhat overwhelming was the numerous notifications you receive for each new questions or new document. However, these can easily be turned off in settings.

Pros

Very good support and communication with Imprima. It feels like you have 1 specific customer support (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]) as well as customer coördinator (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]). Always available and also thinking on best solution for a contract for a certain time for a certain amount of data which is significant lower. Also product is easy to use.

Cons

Already discussed with imprima. We had some issue on blacklining and access of bidders due to new future (blacklining and update). This could cause some legal complaints and discussions. Problem was temporary and fixed quick. The possibilities of using the dataroom are endless. After using several times you now more about the possibilites like bulk raise questions, answers, data, drag and drop which makes use easier. This should be enabled standard.

Pros

The product was not intuitive in the beginning, nevertheless the service hotline was very competent and helped with any occurring problem.

Pros

I find the software very user friendly. The support that is offered to both end users in also invaluable. We can roll this out to clients and investors with no hesitations.

Cons

There is nothing that i do not like about this software, although i may not be using it to its full potential as there are elements that we do not utilise, such as the Q&A functions.

Pros

I am not an expert in this field of software, but we have used this product on various deals over the last years with multiple parties and users (20-50) per occasion. Support is great and fast.

Cons

Probably because of security, but remembering my password would be a lot less hassle.

The biggest benefit was the great support from the Imprima Team who were there every step of the way!

Pros

Overall, the software was extremely easy to use and where any struggles arose the Imprima team was very quick to respond and assist as needed. The features of the tool made it extremely easy for communication with many comprehensive features. Definitely recommend for smooth and efficient workflows.

Cons

The latest upgrade and functionalities to the platform was great especially the option of light and dark mode and resolved many things which I liked the "least" but that is more on a cosmetic level. The functionalities of the software were great which is most important.

Pros

Imprima is easy to use and when I don't know something the customer service is very good! Within a few hours I have my answer and everyone takes the time for you to explain it. The function to black line documents has been a game changer and saves me a lot of time and is very easy to use, would highly recommend.

Cons

The option with the QR code I don't want to use, but I can't remove that. So I have to contact Imprima for this.

Cons

Sometimes a big data dump causes errors. When you want to send a messages to all bidders it would be nice if you can use bold/underscore/italic for the message. Now it's just plain text. This goes also for the answers you provide in the Q&A.

Not easy in the beginning, but once you know it, it is ok to use. The client service is excellent!

Pros

The customer service is very good and very reactive.

Cons

In the beginning, when you are not used to it, it seems not so user friendly. You really need to practice a bit, before understanding how it works to upload and to know what all different steps are. It is not streight forward when you start using it. Sometimes files won't upload as the file names are too long when to many subfolders.

Reason for choosing Imprima Virtual Data Room

Because I am used to Imprima now. And I think the price is better as we have a worldwide contract.

Q&A download and answer upload, ease of use for building data tree, viewing who viewed what when

Cons

some features were in the beginning harder to find or less intuitive. After excellent customer service explanation it worked well. Did not like that black line was not included.

Appreciate your feedback regarding some features being less intuitive to find. Could I ask you to share the details with your account manager? Our tech roadmap is driven by our customers' feedback which allows us to constantly improve our data room platform.
