Sometimes there seemed to be a problem whit dragging a document, because of a to long documentname.
That it was not possible to delete a file that was uploaded to the wrong folder and not shared with the other users yet.
Problem was temporary and fixed quick. The possibilities of using the dataroom are endless.
Experience was spoiled by poor customer service at Imprima Amsterdam.

Pros: The data room performs well. It is easy to see who has access to a certain file.
Cons: What is less good is the fact that the publishing button sometimes does not turn red immediately. It is not possible to add files in a folder while keeping them invisible for the users having access to that folder.

Pros: Service was absolutely the best I experienced compared to other VDR platforms. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] did really a good job; pro-active, eager to help and always online.
Cons: The software is not very user friendly and also not intuitive. It takes a longtime to fully understand the software. Also the video's/manual were not very helpful. Luckily [SENSITIVE CONTENT] explained everything very clear. Also, the "standard VDR reports" are not up to par compared to other platforms - a lot of manual steps has to be done. Furthermore, the platform looks very outdated

Overall: Good and professional VDR; I've never seen so good customer support.
Pros: The customer service has been outstanding. Very fast reaction and good 1:1 support.
Cons: the graphical implementation of the Q&A is a bit cumbersome. We often forgot to publish structural changes like moving or deleting files, here a better view of open to do's in the file structure itself would be helpful.

Overall: The biggest benefit was the great support from the Imprima Team who were there every step of the way!
Pros: Overall, the software was extremely easy to use and where any struggles arose the Imprima team was very quick to respond and assist as needed. The features of the tool made it extremely easy for communication with many comprehensive features. Definitely recommend for smooth and efficient workflows.
Cons: The latest upgrade and functionalities to the platform was great especially the option of light and dark mode and resolved many things which I liked the "least" but that is more on a cosmetic level. The functionalities of the software were great which is most important.

Pros: Very good support and communication with Imprima. It feels like you have 1 specific customer support ([SENSITIVE CONTENT]) as well as customer coördinator ([SENSITIVE CONTENT]). Always available and also thinking on best solution for a contract for a certain time for a certain amount of data which is significant lower. Also product is easy to use.
Cons: Already discussed with imprima. We had some issue on blacklining and access of bidders due to new future (blacklining and update). This could cause some legal complaints and discussions. Problem was temporary and fixed quick. The possibilities of using the dataroom are endless. After using several times you now more about the possibilites like bulk raise questions, answers, data, drag and drop which makes use easier. This should be enabled standard.

Pros: Inclusion of a disclaimer which needs to be accepted to allow access is key feature and Imprima were very helpful with setting this up. Controlling access levels of various parties has also been very straightforward.
Cons: A minor point but bidder is not necessarily an appropriate description for each party using a VDR at the "Bidder" level of access.
