(>100 Datenräume mit >500 Nutzern) Die Funktionen wurden in den letzten Jahren regelmäßig erweitert und wirkliche Probleme oder Bugs haben wir bisher nicht festgestellt. Die Lösung wird von unseren (internen und externen) Nutzern gerne genutzt und verhält sich positiv unauffällig. Pros \- Gutes und umfangreiches Logging sämtlicher Aktivitäten in einem Datenraum - Sehr umfangreiche und hilfreiche FAQ-Funktion (im Deal Room) - Einfach Administration einzelner Datenräume - Bei Bedarf gut erreichbar und schnell reagierender Support (dazu immer freundlich) Cons Im Vergleich mit anderen im Einsatz befindlichen Datenraumlösungen wäre höchstens der Preis der Lösung ein kleiner Nachteil, der aber in Relation des Funktionsumfanges und Usability kein wirklich Nachteil ist, sondern Qualität und Leistung schon immer seinen Preis hatte. Beim zweiten Deal musste ich mehrfach die Datenraum Größe anpassen, dies war über den Support individuall machbar und sofort verfügbar. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Pros Einfach einzurichten, zusätzliche Nutzer zu buchen, das System zu nutzen. Klare Trennung von Käufer und Verkäufer Seite. Der Prozess der Datensicherung mit Prüfsumme und Passwort, etc. war gut und sinnvoll zu nutzen. Cons Die Funktion, eine Kopie herunter zu laden war nicht sofort zu finden.
