Ich konnte es schnell bedienen ohne großen Einarbeitungsaufwand. Die persönliche Betreuung war immer nett und ich habe auf alle Rückfragen schnelle Antworten erhalten.

Pros

Sehr übersichtlich, lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons

Wirkliche Nachteile konnte ich nicht erkennen, habe aber auch noch keinen Vergleich zu anderen Datenräumen.

Tolles und ausgereiftes Produkt, das wirklich hilfreich ist. Man merkt die Erfahrung von netfiles, wenn von Beteiligten und Partnern nach Funktionen gefragt wird, an die man selbst nie gedacht hat, die aber trotzdem schon da sind.

Pros

Übersichtlich und einfach in der Bedienung.

Cons

Schnäppchen ist es keines ;-) aber trotzdem den Preis wert.

Der Set-up, dabei insbesondere die Rollen- und Zugriffsberechtigungsvergabe, ist nicht immer intuitiv. Auch die Q&A-Instruktionen sind nicht immer hilfreich, weil unterschiedliche Angebote mit dem selben Hilfetext antworten und deshalb die Problem- bzw. Lösungszuordung nicht immer möglich ist.

Sehr nützlich und empfehlenswert.

Pros

Die kurzfristige Bereitstellung: Nach einer kurzen Anfragemail meldete sich der Vertrieb sofort telefonisch und konnte alle Fragen kurzfristig beantworten. Der Datenraum wurde umgehend bereitgestellt.

Cons

Die Anwendung ist grundsätzlich sehr benutzerfreundlich und schnell zu verstehen. Lediglich im Rahmen der Q&A-Anwendung war die Software nicht auf den ersten Blick selbsterklärend. Dank des Supports konnten Fragen aber schnell beantwortet und Probleme gelöst werden.

Auch für jemanden, der mit Datenräumen bisher nichts zu tun hatte, intuitiv zu nutzen und vom Funktionsumfang her umfangreich.

Pros

Einfach einzurichten, zusätzliche Nutzer zu buchen, das System zu nutzen. Klare Trennung von Käufer und Verkäufer Seite. Der Prozess der Datensicherung mit Prüfsumme und Passwort, etc. war gut und sinnvoll zu nutzen.

Cons

Die Funktion, eine Kopie herunter zu laden war nicht sofort zu finden. Mit einer schnellen Suche im Hilfssystem war das aber erledigt.

Ausgereifte Software, die sich einfach bedienen lässt und alle wesentlichen Funktionen bereitstellt.

Pros

Mir wurde nach einer Zeit der Nutzung recht kurzfristig Administrator. Eine nennenswerte Einweisung in die neue Rolle hat es nicht gegeben. Da die Bedienung m.E. sehr intuitiv ist, habe ich mich in der Rolle als Administrator schnell zurecht gefunden. Selbst bisher ungenutzte Funktionen lassen sich schnell erfassen und bedienen.

Cons

Die Anzahl der Nutzer ist in unserem Paket begrenzt, so dass ich gelegentlich angelegte Nutzer löschen musste. Ich wollte schon mal einzelnen Personen Nutzungsrechte einräumen, was nicht ging. Ich musste diese Nutzer dann in eine Ein-Personen-Gruppe packe, was unnötig umständlich ist.

Pros

Die Features sind genau die, welche man benötigt. Das Onboarding der Nutzer war einfach. Am Besten hat mir aber die Hilfe/der Support von Netfiles selbst gefallen. Wir benötigten relativ rasch/kurzfristig einen Datenraum. Der Datenraum war ready und nutzbar, bevor die Zahlung ankam. Als Kunde kam man sich gleich richtig behandelt vor!

Cons

Das Offboarding von Usern ist meiner Meinung nach viel zu kompliziert. Einfache Anforderung: Der Datenraum ist geschlossen, ich möchte den "anderen" Usern den Zugang wegnehmen... möglichst simpel... geht nicht. Ich muss die Benutzer mit einem Ablaufdatum per heute versehen. Dies geht, ist aber mühsame Handarbeit
