They informed us that one task would take from 5 to 10 minutes to 30+ minutes and would cripple our production. We stayed with our legacy system and they are the one department that does not have issues. KLH just tries to sell, they are not thinking about your users or using the software daily. Just use anything else and you will be in a better place. Pros None, terrible. Over budget, over time to delivery, lack of features said to exist, lack on industry experience. No formal business experience. STAY AWAY FROM KLH AND VINTEGRATE! Cons This has to be one of the worst IT and ERP companies out there. I dont they have a single CPA or MBA on their staff. Our implementation was more than 150% over budget and time. They did not train our users or prepare our data correctly for go live. In fact they left us with a disaster that caused is to hire a full time developer to fix the issues further inflating the cost of ownership and implementation. My final word. Stay away from this company and thank me later for all the money, time and headaches you saved yourself from. -999 of 10 would never recommend or use again. Save yourself!
