Just had THE best experience with \[sensitive content hidden\] at Back At You customer support. He was able to address all of my concerns and was very patient and thorough. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that my account was up and running properly. 10 out of 5 stars! Thanks \[sensitive content hidden\]!

Cons

No cons to mention. Great experience overall. Should have called sooner. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

They have been supportive and communicative with all my questions, and have never made me feel like a burden. Great response time, and help with any/all questions as they arise. Very informative, and helpful (overall).

Pros

The prompt and efficient responses to all my questions has been a game changer in my understanding of the product!

Cons

The Back At You page itself, seems a little dated. It tends to be a little more cumbersome than the Social Bay page. Overall, it is a great CRM and fairly easy to use.

To early to tell . As I'm still learning the system

Pros

So far the support I got was very good. It's still time to tell what will be the results as far as increasing the exposure of my listing to a wider audience and more visits to the listings. Also - I called the support center and \[sensitive content hidden\] answered. He was patient and very clear in explaining all my questions. Made me more understating the system and how to use the product to its most.

Cons

It was not clear enough for me from the beginning - when talking to the promoting agent - of what is covered in the fee and will be additional fees. Also - when used the plans terminology there has not been a very clear explanation of the differences of the services offered. Maybe for people who are regularly using Social Media it is clear however for some who are not - like myself - it was not clear until \[sensitive content hidden\] clarified the terms. Also - the YouTube videos are hard to follow first because of the speed of talk and pointing fast to different places on the screen - which makes the eye blur. The second is the chirping voice of the speaker.

Overall, my experience with BackAtYou was pretty good. The platform offers a lot of great tools. That said, I think we simply needed something a little different for our specific needs. Not every system is one-size-fits-all, and while BackAtYou had strong potential, it just didn’t quite fit the way we run our operation day to day. It’s a good product—just not the right match for us.

Pros

BackAtYou brings a lot to the table when it comes to supporting the operations of a real estate business

Cons

While the vision is strong, some parts of the execution felt a bit clunky. One major gap was the lack of a built-in communication tool—there was no streamlined way for company-wide messaging or internal updates. That made it tough to keep everyone connected in real time. Additionally, the performance tracking features didn’t really fit our company structure or the way we measure success. While the system offered data, it wasn’t in a format that was actionable for us.

When I was initially introduced to Back At You, I was unsure whether it was something that I would use now I am definitely glad that it is available and I use it frequently.

Pros

I’m a bit of a control freak. I like to know that I’m satisfied with what goes out, and that it is a reflection of me. I totally appreciate the fact that I can review every post ahead of time and delete anything that doesn’t represent me. I love the ability to make custom changes to what is being sent out on my behalf as well as to create things from scratch in their system.

Cons

Sometimes technology is not my friend and it can be frustrating when things don’t exactly go the way that you would like, fortunately, I have been able to get assistance from people like Derek who understand what I’m talking about

I can post to all my social media platforms at once and can schedule from months on end! Makes life so much easier

Cons

The cost can be a bit pricey for a solo person paying. If you’re doing it with an office could be a cheaper way

Pros

Don't have much spare time to worry about Social Media? Back at you media is for you! Love the automatic listing updates and being able to be as involved as you want with the timing of posts.

Cons

I wish it were a bit more easy to navigate and create my own posts. A lot of the time I end up giving up and just waiting for an automated post to be created.

I think this more about branding yourself for the long term vs the here and now so as long as your willing to stick it out it should pay off.

Pros

I like that it is automated and doesn’t require me to “babysit” the internet all day. It lets me still advertise and capture new clients while I’m in the field with current clients.

Cons

I think with any social media platform it is relying on algorithms and since we are in crazy times right now with these platforms it’s hard to tell if I’m reaching my target group or not.

The ability to set and forget daily news feeds, engaging content, analytics in the back office.Being able to call a customer service phone number and speaking to our rep. Thank you for being patient and answering all of my questions, Since joining BAYM a few weeks ago, I have paid for additional blasts

Terrible!!!!!!

Pros

Nothing. there is nothing that i like about this company. They are only interested in selling their product, not on it's function, success, or ability to help their consumer. Do not use them!

Cons

I did not ever proceed with this product as I wished to cancel within the same day as agreeing to the subscription(I was told that I could). I continue to be charged when no product is live or in use. I have contacted them several times only to be told the product agreement cannot be changed. This is a typical high sales... get the account and screw the actual client. Stay Clear! There are many other optoins that sincerely care about your business and your support your requests and goals.

They service and results for money paid is like being robbed. I listen to what was offered asked questions its like after they got your credit card they are too happy to keep charging and forget their side of the agreement.

I was excited from the first conversation with te sales representative. But what he promised was not true. The the 6 months that I had signed up no worth willing lead came from their service.

Cons

I had told the representative I would do 6 months. The take your credit card inorder for you to boost. Well it seems after the 6 months they went ahead and charged my card for 6 more months. That was never the agreement and going through the 6 months they are not worth the $2,200 dollars they have charged me,. I urge everyone to do their home work. I am currently asking them to cancel the account and there response is they sent an email out letting ,me know. . Shame on them Also they do not answer their phone

Pros

This software is easy to use and gives you the ability to use it on your desktop or your mobile device. It provides information as soon as it is available​. The leads that you get from Back At You can be redirected on my current CRM platform. They also provide you an easy CRM tool to keep up with your leads.

Cons

In​ the beginning, I was getting leads outside of my area. However, this issue was resolved.

Not Happy!

Pros

They tell you your the only one receiving the referrals, however, when I would call the phone numbers the people would say that many people were calling them from this add. This didn't only happen once. It happened many times. I even have emails where the people would say to stop sending them emails from different realtors. Also, we were told to do a contract for 6 months, and that it would not automatically renew. It did, and since I have Shingles I had been not in service so didn't remember to cancel more then 5 days before, they decided to proceed with charge. By the time I saw the charge they said a few days had passed and couldn't cancel anymore. I have a liver transplant baby and have had to minimize expenses and they have not helped at all by automatically renewing $2,200.

Cons

Its supposed to be referrals only to you and they send to different people.

Less time we have to spend getting our listings out and the weekly RE information sent out automatically.

Pros

Back At You is very easy to use and the program is interactive. Uploads our listings automatically from the MLS saving us much time.

Cons

The time it takes to load new listings. It may be several days before the listings actually show up on Social Media which is out of their control because the listing has to go through many channels before it gets to back at you media.

Pros

I know that social media is an important part of my marketing plan and BAYM takes care of this for me. I like the ability to delete posts that aren't important to my audience as well as the ability to create my own posts and promote listings. When I have questions, the chat feature usually provides a good solution. If no one is available for the Chat feature then I can count on a quick response by phone or e-mail. Cudos to Bladymir for being one of the best Customer Service representatives that I work with at any vendor.

Cons

I sometimes build a post that Facebook rejects. I wish that when this happens someone at BAYM would review the failures and advise on corrections/revisions
