App SHOULD be good - helpdesk is rude and unhelpful

Comments: Initially this looked like it was going to be a good app. Unfortunately it didnt quite work the way I wanted it to so having seen on their forum that I wasnt the only person with the same issue I contacted helpdesk to see if they could help.
To cut a long story short 'Christine' on the helpdesk was slow to respond and dismissive of my question. When I pointed this out she lost it and started to become rude and intentionally unhelpful. At no point was she interested in answering my question but instead suggested that I just gave up and left - then proceeded to delete my request and block me from getting help again.
Basically they have the worst customer service imaginable!!
