Pros: -Ease with which it is to setup, even if you have limited coding experience
-Functionality is great
-The desktop popups are a win
-The design is great and aesthetically pleasing

Cons: -The bots still need a bit of work
-They're quite basic and not quite on the same level as some of the others on the market
-No need for them though with the offline messaging

Overall: More leads, more sales, more money.

Pros: Customers have the possibility to be in direct contact with our services. So, we can answer more rapidly to their questions about any information, their order etc...

Pros: It is exactely what it promises to be - a highly customizable chat software without any distractions from its main purpose. The support is helpful, the configuration easy and it offers tons of integrations to other systems.

Cons: It seems not possible to delete an old test account just to create a new one which is supposed to be part of a team. The whole account process should be a bit more transparent.

Pros: Most of our requirements are included in standard version of the software. Support is very fast a very good.

Cons: The price for more than 5 operators is quite high, I would prefere to have 20 operators for the price of 5.

Pros: We just started using it. But it seems easy to use. Staff is helpfull and we get emails with reminders about certain features.

Cons: Integration with whatts app is quite difficult. We are still working on that one. But we that in every chatprogram, so thats something common.

Pros: Easy to install: Just implement a code snippet (e.g. via Google Tag Manager) and off you go.
Easy to customize: Change colors etc. in the backend.
Easy to use: Login in a browser tab and you're online.

Cons: We're coming from Lifezilla and need to get used to some differences over time. Not seeing all current visitors is one of them. The slack integration is much poorer than expected and pretty annoying in the end. Sending leads to pipedrive is a good idea but by far not where it could be regarding individual settings (like filling custom fields for the deal source).

Pros: Different widget configurations means I can make a different approach for sales leads or tech support. The sales chat can be more proactive, and the tech support more passive.

They also have a simple conversation feature that we may use for out-of-hours / busy times as it's a little more friendly than just asking a user to fill in a form.

Works with standard desktop chat clients, so online/away works really well.

Cons: The help page on mobile was out-of-date and didn't include a known issue that causes the text to become tiny, for which there is a simple answer.

The graph showing chat frequency is good, but the entire section labelled "Analytics" is blank - its a cost option, but odd to show it all blank.

Overall: contact with sales leads that otherwise we would have missed - they are reluctant to fill out a form and mostly are just looking for some reassurance about their product selection. A little reassurance results in a sale instead of an abandoned cart.

The auto bot is a nice to have but we dont use it

With our new homepage with use Typo3 V.7 all is perfect but this website is at the moment not online. So we will try now to implementate the chat function into html code

Pros: I like most the possibility to give the chats a topic afterwards so that I can analyze what the main questions are from customers that visit our website.

Cons: I like least the setup are. It is a little bit confusing when you do it for the first time. But I have to admit that I did not do the tutorials before I set everything up. I just did it on intention.

Overall: We see the main benefit in the shortening of the distance to our customers. They can easily ask questions without filling in a whole contact formular.

Pros: Userlike enables us to chat with customers in real time. It provides a seamless interface for the customer.

Cons: It is buggy. It beeps with a new message but there is nothing. You cannot save the settings for notifications. There are chats that keep on reappearing after it has been closed. It keeps logging you out even if it is on a tab in your browser.

Overall: Using Userlike helped us to discover other self-service options.

Pros: I love the simplicity of the product.It was easy to set up,and live agents understood the basic workings of the product,in minutes.

Pros: I love the look and feel of this chat program. It is pretty, simple and clean. It comes with a chatbot which is fairly unusual in this price range. It was easy enough to set up in my test environment. This solution felt very complete. There wasn't anything that I couldn't do except for add my own branding. I think that may have been a limitation of the trial version.

Cons: The configuration for the chatbot was really tucked away deep in the configuration. The only other complaint was that the trial should have had more features available than it did.

Overall: Inexpensive, easy to configure chat program that comes with a chatbot. What more can you ask for?

Too bad that not all functions are already available in the small packages. If a large package needs to be purchased to use the complete functionality. This is usually worth for smaller businesses, as we are not one. As for the chat volume is too small.

Pros: I like all the features that are implemented in the software. Mostly how is designed and how it looks on the customer view.

Cons: The practical interface for the user could use some changes. I really think that the interface could be more user friendly.

I am planning to expand my online business and use "Userlike" as my main chat software, but i see myself trying more than i have too , in explaning to my employee's how to use the software.

Pros: I like that creating the widget and embedding is so easy, you don't need any htnl knowledge. Also I enjoyed creating my own deisgn so it fits to my website.

Pros: Ease of implementation: They have tutorials about every way that you can use , and its explained step to step.

Cons: Onboarding could be better your first time. Copys is not very clear sometimes and could be difficult to understand its funcionality

Cons: The Hungarian language isn't always correct. The ChatBot was not reacting when I answered 'Igen' instead of 'Yes'.

Pros: It gives you a very fast and nice way to interact with your customers. Setting it up and binding it into your site is easy and looks professional. It's cool to have a lot of add-on possibilities to combine userlike with other tools you use. (We for example use JIRA and have integrated Userlike)

Cons: The binding of JIRA to Userlike is tough to configure for my subjective feeling. But as far as this works its a great help.

It had an easy instruction and the features of the product our company was interested in.

Pros: Nice interface and user layout. It is able to provide the needed information and allow customers to have a pleasant experience. The process and installation seemed to be easy.

Cons: Due to the open source location of the website - there was a problem in the installation of the code in the CMS. The customer service was helpful but unable to bring the issue to a solution and continue to pursue the opportunity. It was rather forgotten and let go.

Pros: great frontend, a lot of options of of the box, looks great. easy to get started with the product = eas-of-use is very high. also the interface of the app looks really good, fun to use. nice with a lot of macros, although probably not so relevant for us. we are testing with a small number of users...

Cons: currently I am looking how to target the chat widget, to only display on certain URl, havent found that option. also I got stuck in the Chat Panel, not understanding how to get back to the dashboard.

Pros: Answerbot is calling his humans is a very sweet way to start a conversation and may end up disarming or cheering up a frustrated customer. The design is comfortable and inviting.

Cons: There is no way to tell customers that chats are "usually handled within x minutes" or "there are x customers in front of you".

Overall: Great live chat with fantastic pricing, there is a start up plan for young, new companies also.

Pros: I liked the interface, as well as the basic and initial configuration of profile and wigets. Also the ease to apply the button in your web page.

Cons: I had a problem integrating with Facebook, since I did not find the ID app, until I noticed that it should be public. I also believe that you should be able to integrate another user that is already registered in an easier way, as well as enable some similar to owner privileges to other operator

Overall: speed in implementation, easy way to use an API like this, a dashboard with good user interface

Pros: I really like the interface and easy use policy. Just install the plugin on WordPress or put the code and Done to start. Mostly like the color options and design to attract more customers. Pros: We love userlike because it's so easy for our customersto get in touch with us without typing long mails or waiting in boring wait loops. The software is pretty easy to use & and if there are any questions, there is great support team!

Cons: The only Contra i could tell about userlike is the missing mobile solution, but eben that will be available soon, so there are no points we can complain about.

Overall: We can get in contact very quickly with our customers; especially when there is only one short question, it would be unnecessary to write an e-mail!

Pros: Lots of Addons. We integrated it with Hubspot so that our chat users automatically become contacts in Hubspot. Userlike also allows you to view what user is typing. This is super helpful in preparing an answer before they finish sending their message.

Cons: Would like to be able to add more required fields into the offline form. We haven't found any other cons so far!

Pros: It is very easy to setup. Inexperienced users can use the chat panel online, more experienced users may use an external software like pidgin. integratig it into shopware is very easy and it works perfectly.

Cons: I did not find a function to priorize operators, but maybe it is hidden somewhere. I would like to have multiple operators online but priorize one in particular if available.

Cons: No real app, just messengers. No option for chat operators to initiate a chat on demand, just automatic proactive chat invitations

Pros: I can connect chatbots to the widgets, and the chat-panel is very easy to use. Configure your own widgets is very easy too.

Cons: The reports are not very useful, and when you download the data, is very difficult to read the information.

Overall: Chat easily implemented in my webpage, and the account was configured very fast.

Pros: Great integrations with many 3rd party platforms. Easy to use with many pre-filled options to get up and running quickly. Great bot functionality.

Cons: The UX is a bit off toggling between dashboard and chat panel. Would be great to have full mobile-to-moble chat too.

Overall: Allows us to have multi-faceted chat with customers which would cost much more with the built-in options of our other platforms.

Pros: Easy to handle and therefore very fast handling possible! Also the surface is appealing. On the whole a great product.

Cons: The price is very high. There are similar products which are cheaper! The price would have to be rethought again.

Pros: Easy integration, lots of functionality, helps to support me in my business, gives me a lot of insights, easy payment plan

Cons: The "hallo sie sprechen mit...." colour needs to be adjustable already in the team version. Out colour is yellow and by using that, this line is not readable. Screenshot for Operators without customer approval may be violating data privacy rules. Explanation texts are not sufficient enough. Mpre tutorials would be nice. Goals finction needs also to be more customizable e.g. my goal is 5 star ratings for chats not a site visit

Pros: Good looking widget that I customized perfectly to my brand colors. Expecially dark theme available is a +. The possibility to look what the user is typing befor he send it - is a great option: while he is typing I already prepare my answer!

Cons: The "-" is the broken sessions, if the user close the chat window and re-open it in another page of your site - it starts a new session and you cannot know if it is a new or the same customer. Maybe this option is available in advanced version but in trail version it was not possible.

Overall: Higher customer conversion.

Userike is what we wanted for our website. Easy to use, convenient and integrates with other tools

Pros: Easily integrates with other tools like Help Scout, Prestashop, Slack, etc. Also, it's very simple to install so it's really just plug and play!

Cons: It has fewer configuration options, but still very competitive pricing with compared to other similar tools in the market.

Pros: The Design of the chat and the options, The chatbot is also sick nah im deff using this its so lit i love it.
