Pros: The great ease to configure the widget with a possibility to customize it in Team mode. The simultaneous discussion of 10 chats per operator is very appreciated to be present all the time. The shortcuts and the information in the chat panel are very useful to optimize the discussion.

Cons: Some small ergonomic points in the chat panel (the chat window is not in full page) and the information on the right that opens automatically even if we close them. Missing the ability to recognize the Customers who are connected to their space on our shop, impossible to identify them automatically...

Overall: Many things: provide a quick response to our Clients, our Users, assist them in live, understand their navigation and their needs in real time etc.

Easy to use. I like this addon.

Pros: I really love the Chat Butler and the 24/7 Support of the Chat Butler. I also like the chat panel, I love the design and the friendly UI.

Cons: The settings, the settings are too difficult to handle. But I think they are necessary. But I like the settings.

Pros: The tool was easy to implement on our website and pretty much worked out of the box. We at zdreicom like the look and feel.

Cons: We didn't figure out some details, like how to activate sound for incoming messages, how to configure that the incoming messages are sent by mail for example yet and we didn't manage to contact the support yet.

Overall: We are still in the evaluation phase

Pros: well customizible even with German dashboard, a lot features, fun to use, DSVGO compatible (very importend in Germany)

Cons: missing an app for easy use while travelling, some modifications are hard to find, so I needed support (connection to slack), texts for DSVGO aren't complete (but got an answer from support)

Pros: Many many features... Very easy to install on any platform. CMS or Magento, takes less then 5 minutes and you are ready to chat. Nice frontend, easy to use for your webvisitors...

Cons: We are currently in test period... Up to now nothing to complain... Maybe too many features we don´t need up to now. But who knows, maybe we need them in future...

Cons: To be honest, theres nothing negative to say about. If you got a problem or looking for a solution and cant find it, theres always a nice guy on the Customersupport livechat who will give you the right answers in a very short time

Pros: It is a value for money solution with simple and elegant design.The apps for windows and android are very helpful

Pros: Simple integration in WordPress Sites, we only have to download a plugin in Wordpress, then add a long code for integration in this addin. Ready.

Cons: a little bit complicated, if no one reads the documentation (:-) Please read Docu before set up this Chat, because it is powerfull !

the interface is very comfortable and beautiful, fully customizable and easy to use to make the chats more efficient with predefined texts to chat with several clients at the same time.
The most attractive feature of Userlike is its integration with other applications, ideal for several jobs. such as: Slack, salesfroce, pipedrive ...
It also has enough documentation on its website where we can see everything that this software can do and where the language will not be a problem, since it is developed in several languages.

Cons: It would be very difficult to say something negative about this software. It fulfills all its objectives. the only thing is that it offers a free version and a complete test of your program for 14 days, and if you want to hire these full services you must pay, and this service could be expensive for some people.

Pros: I was very careful and thought there were difficulties. At first, few users have used it. After some time but more and more.

Cons: Now I am very satisfied and it should be integrated into more websites. I am now an affiliate partner.

Pros: Very easy to install and configure. Just takes a few steps and copy some code to your shopify theme.liquid file. You will love it.

Cons: Not a lot of customization for the chat box. The chat for admin is seperate from the dashboard and you have flip applications back and forth.

Pros: Userability . It is really easy to install and to use. Even not having knowledge about IT or Web pages, I got a very good support from the team when I had questions.

Cons: Could be more personalize . I´d like to create a different way to visit our web page. Our clients schould feel that they are not only visitors of our web. They should have a question in advance like " Are you already enjoying the OLAO Coaching at your company?" and then after " Yes" It could appear a kind of " Writte your OLAO Health Password"

Pros: Userlike is easy to install,and has got a dependable customer care team ; who are always of positive assistance anytime we have needed to liaise with them to resolve complaints and bugs. We are provided with good analytical stats. about visitors who access our websites or app ; and that has been useful for the marketing team to tweak our marketing plans and strategy towards acquiring more users.

Cons: Userlike does not provide a smartphone app. for customer care teams,to be able to access the Userlike chat program without a pc. In this day and age , this is a letdown.

Pros: The panel is easy to install and use. Very helpful tool, to make the service to your customers even more powerful! And the support is always there, if you have any issues. Really very good!

Cons: At this point, I don't anything, that I don't like. Only the integration of the chat in slack (and not only notifications) would be very useful!

Pros: We like it because it is very easy to integrate (for example with google tag manager) that we didn't need a programmer. It is easy to customize.

Pros: It's really easy to start with, the setup can be done very quickly. After a basic setup you can adjust it to your VARIOUS needs. Overall it easily opens a quick window for direct customer communication.

Cons: At first I felt a bit overwhelmed by the possibilities and was looking for a beginners tutorial. Found it, watched it, problem solved. So far there is no con.

Pros: Our customers use this feature, so we are connectet in one more way.
If they have any questions, we can answer them uncomplicated.

Cons: the price is high, if you see the competitors.
But the quality is good enough, to explain that.
I'm happy with userlike.

Overall: we sell more, because our customers get a quicker answer, if they have a question.
We have some onlineshops, where the convertion rate is clearly better than before.

Pros: The changeability of the software is really great, so we can make sure it's best suited for our branding

Pros: Well designed system with user oriented and all needed features, easy to integrate, very fast and good support, very good value for money

Cons: On start of work I have to get used to the application in the switch between dashboard and news interface.

Pros: We tested different chat tools and Userlike is our favorite now. It's easy to start and open for scaling, customizations and special requirements. It's a highly competitive market and Userlike manages it to stand out with just doing great work. Simple as that.
The support during our testing phase and first implementations was uncomplicated and every single question, from business aspects to API support, was answered.

Cons: An instant test page and the option for longer test periods would be nice. Maybe with restrictions to integration / activities. But larger customers mostly mean longer processes. So it would be super helpful to be able to give demos to different stakeholders from time to time.

Pros: It has a lot of customizations. Probably a little bit more than Drift. Other than that, I can't think of anything it's better at drift than.

Cons: It takes forever to set up, and is not as intuitive as drift, which is annoying. Also, it doesn't have a phone app, which is seriously missed.

Pros: Integrate this tool in shopware in less then 2 Minutes! Very easy - ready for immediate use, quick support!

Pros: With the Wordpress Plugin it was very easy to set-up on our website. The Live Chat is a nice feature for possible customers.

Cons: The trial timeframe is a little bit too short to properly test everything to make a decision. So far there are no more negativ points.

Pros: Within the first few ours of using User Like, I had a live chat with an account that expired and was able to get them to resubscribe. It was so easy to install and then to chat.

Cons: There's not much I didn't like about the software. If I had to say something maybe the admin menus are a little cluttered but still navigable. Not really a big problem.

Overall: Easy conversations with our customers

Quick start with easy user interface and great functionalities. Set to go in less than 10 minutes.

Pros: It was easy to set-up on our website as there is a WordPress plugin available in the repository, and the chat window gave good information.

Cons: The mantra of "Decisions not options" for software development has not made it yet to UserLike team. The number of decisions you need to make before you can set-up your chat successfully is to high to get to 'instant gratification'. What made it very awkward was that you as a support rep actually have to physically be logged in on the UserLike website to be able to be 'available' for a chat and respond to chats. A browser extension for Firefox or Chrome would take care of that issue. We would have wanted a few more settings available on our site to modify, and stay on our site. We opted for a on-site installation of another system at the end.

Pros: Userlike is very easy to use, and very easy to set up as well. They offer 30+ Add-Ons and integrations, including Salesforce, Zendesk, and other CRM and Analytics tools. These integrations are very easy to set up too.

Cons: For Admins, switching between the admin and chat modes is a bit confusing. Also, 14 days for the trial is a bit too short, to properly test everything before making a decision. Other than these, I can't share any negative feedback about UserLike so far

Pros: Met our needs for an economical, professional looking live-chat. Being able to distinguish user hours based on geography is great! Easy to set-up on the various pages on our website with differing widgets per page was an unexpected surprise. The setup was quite user-friendly and intuitive.

Cons: Would be nice to establish priority on the operators. Right now it appears to be alphabetical. It would be nice to be able to establish who should be first, second, etc. per widget.

Pros: Very easy to use menu and dashboard. Powerful configuration, specially wording config. Chat butler is simple kind of bot but quite interesting, surprisingly at the entry-level pricing. Features like data export and chat-URL-source tracking are essentially useful to us to track down and measure digital marketing activities. Pricing is competitive given ranges of features provided. Package Team shall fit majority of small and medium business.

Cons: A capable chat bot would be useful even at a premium. Some instabilities are noted such as chat disappeared when both agent and customer were actually online, customers were shown offline message when agent was online

Overall: A good value for money, specially for small and medium size company with lots of useful features and exceptional ease of use

Pros: I relly like the usability. Before userlike , we used a freeware (tawk.to)..but it it was really confusing for a user without huge understanding in computer science...

Pros: We were curious about what kind of questions our customers will ask and what resources we had to provide to serve good quality responses to the incoming questions. It's a big advantage that Userlike comes with a 2 weeks, free test period and a super simple installation. Literally, after 5 minutes we have been able to chat with our customers. You simply register at the website, get your snippet to implement at your CMS or shop system and start chatting.

Cons: We tested the full version. The free and cheaper versions will have limited functionality. We did not test this yet. The only negative point we found: if all operators are offline, the chat widget still shows up in the front-end. We would prefer the chat button to disappears if no operator is available.

Overall: Super-easy implementation and fast insights about the incoming questions.

Userlike is very useful to get in contact with your customers or with potential ones

Pros: If you read the Userlike web site and don't delve into the documentation, you'd be forgiven for thinking it's quite light on features, so I'd encourage you to read up. It is actually both broad and deep in feature set. We've also found while setting this up that the Userlike support team take their own medicine - even though we're only on the free trial so far, being able to reach out to a support person via live chat is effortless and quick.

Cons: This is probably the case with most live chat software, but we find it difficult to ensure the customer always gets through to an active operator quickly, as our team are not sitting at their desks all day. It is easy to go offline if you remember to do it when you leave your desk, but this is going to be a difficult habit to learn. If there was a more automated way to avoid operators who are idle then this would make Userlike a killer live chat app.

Overall: Ability to deliver customer service more quickly and efficiently at the point of purchase.

Pros: I have been testing a lot of Live Chat tools lately for a new Startup. I came across Userlike after going through a lot of reviews. I was looking for an affordable tool but also filled with features that can enhance the user experience of the website visitors and would be easy to operate on the backend. When I came across UserLike, I tried and tested it, and I instantly knew this is exactly the tool I've been looking for.

The best things about UserLike are:
- Easy to set up.
- Affordable pricing.
- Ease of use.
- Feature packed.
- Customer Support is just awesome.

Cons: There aren't really that many cons for the tool itself, but a few of them I'd point out are:
- No smartphone apps.
- UI/UX of the Chat panel could be better.
- Takes some time to tinker with everything and get it to set up the way you want.

Tested it for a week and it was good first experience für our support as well as for the users.

Pros: Userlike provides our business with analytical insights into customers who visit our website.
From source of traffic, time spent on the website, past number of visit, bounce rate etc This insights ensure we make the best decisions to move our business forward.

Cons: Userlike is not intuitive and has a clustered user interface, which makes it difficult for users to fully navigate this software, especially for first time users.

Pros: very easy to setup on server and use (takes minutes)
lots of options for look & feel, very good look & feel
operator console very complete and intuitive

Cons: operator console is only web based (not the best option in my opinion in many cases)
integration with usual IM chat tools possible but awkward
a bit pricey and not very flexible on purchasing options

Overall: included into some commercial SaaS sw for online assistance

The software can be used freely but the chat panel isn't easy to find & surface is a bit confusing

Pros: That a chat can be installed without a fee and very easily. We included it into our jimdo cms and we had no issues.

Cons: That the programm has problems to recognize a website visitor. The time is very delayed so the user has already left the site. Furthermore, we cannot read the chat (when we were absent) afterwards, as this is a premium function.

Pros: Its easy to use, looks good on the website and good that we can have the chat in swedish in front of our visitors.

Cons: I can only find the software in english. We are a swedish company so we had wish it was in swedish to. Its good that we can have the chat in swedish

Pros: I like its appearance , ease of use and auto responses and that it is very customisable. I also like how easy it was to integrate with my website.

Cons: The thing I like least is that on the free plan you cannot re-look at past conversations, sometimes its very important to be able to do that.

Overall: Has helped me respond to customers quicker and provides a more professional edge to our website

Cons: Some functions are a little hard to find and some tutorials could be better structured in my opinion.

Pros: Software is Easy to setup and allows a lot of additional integrations, so you could do a lot with userlike.

Cons: If you want to integrate into other software solutions it is really some work and the normal time of trial is not enough.

Pros: Easy to implement and use as admin! Design is attractive and simple adjustable. Use for customer intuitive

Cons: Some adjustment are quite difficult to handle. No app for the chat available. Complete integration of Slack missing.

Overall: Better customer feedback, support and acquisions
