Pros

Easy to use, many features, Userlike helped us to improve our sales

Cons

For the manager reading past chats is difficult or impossible. The CSV export of chats is almost unreadable, and reading on the back office is complicated because you cannot read the conversations one after the other, you have to constantly go back and you no longer know where you are. I reported this problem to the userlike teams several times, but it does not seem to be a priority for them. No call back feature. So we we are thinking of changing Userlike because we do not want a different chat solution and call back solution, that would be too complicated to manage

We understand that you miss a callback feature, but at the moment we have to prioritise other features and improvements that are more requested. If you want to add a booking page for now, we recommend our Quicklinks feature or a chatbot option.

My overall experience has been simply epic, an emotional journey filled with ups and downs, but one that has left an indelible mark on my heart and my business.

Pros

What I liked the most is the way it allowed me to get closer to my clients in an exceptional way. It was like a magic door to seamless communication opened. Being able to have a centralized inbox to interact with my customers through different channels like website, WhatsApp and Facebook was just amazing.

Cons

At times I found the amount of options and features it offered overwhelming. Yes, I know, it may seem strange since I was praising your variety before, but sometimes I felt like I was lost among so many possibilities. It took me a considerable amount of time to learn and familiarize myself with all the features, which could get a bit frustrating at times.

We've used it as livechat during the peak season on our e-commerce, and it has been very appreciated by our online customers who needed support on their orders.

Pros

It's livechat capabilities above all.Furthermore, it's very very quick to install and use it.And, above all, its pricing plans : extremely cheap and competitive with other similar tools.

Cons

If you are managing a website with multiple markets and you want the livecht to appear on a single market, you need to customize the script (and therefore you cannot do it on your own but you need to rely on your system integrator).
