Pros

Easy to set up and add to our website. Lots of customisation in paid version. Visuals on screen, and customer information is very good.

Cons

Unintuitive during use. The preset responses could be easier to find, and the tabs disappear during a conversation when scrolling.

Interesting feedback

Pros

Easy layout and clear interface with specific sections. Integration with other colaborative tools like Glip and others.

Cons

The account status is some confused, for me must be have am icon or other sign to understand the status of account trial/free

Pros

Easy to implement and use as admin! Design is attractive and simple adjustable. Use for customer intuitive

Cons

Some adjustment are quite difficult to handle. No app for the chat available. Complete integration of Slack missing.

I liked the integration of the code snippets best. We had to laugh at this point. Overall, the software is easy to use.

Cons

The separation between dashboard and chat panel didn't work out well. It's hard to find your way back from the chat panel to the dashboard.

Pros

Easy to use this Software. A free version to test for smal bussines are perfect. If they grow they will buy it.

Cons

The support isnt good and fast. We had a problem and it isnt solved since 14 Days. We get no response.

Pros

Light, Beatiful, Easy to install and use. Part from that i cant think about anything else, its just great.

Cons

Probably the pre made icons, add some more modern ones. The current ones are fine but i mean, it should be refreshed i thnk.

There is little to complain about, the chat functions correctly but the price could be more competitive..

Pros

Notifications, customer service, functionality for customers. Good UI and easy to use after initial setup.

Cons

defaulted to pop up on every separate page, and proactive settings. This caused initial complaints from customers.

Onboarding could be better your first time. Copys is not very clear sometimes and could be difficult to understand its funcionality

Website Integration is pretty easy , github integration helps a lot to improve our product and the customisation of the widget.

Cons

There is no way we can know if there is anyone accessing our website. Its only possible if the chat is initaited.

Easy to set up and configure the widget. I don't have to spend too much time to learn coding. The Chat Panel is very clear.

Cons

The Hungarian language isn't always correct. The ChatBot was not reacting when I answered 'Igen' instead of 'Yes'.

Cons

If you want to integrate into other software solutions it is really some work and the normal time of trial is not enough.
