Easy conversations with our customers

Pros

Within the first few ours of using User Like, I had a live chat with an account that expired and was able to get them to resubscribe. It was so easy to install and then to chat.

Cons

There's not much I didn't like about the software. If I had to say something maybe the admin menus are a little cluttered but still navigable. Not really a big problem.

Allows us to have multi-faceted chat with customers which would cost much more with the built-in options of our other platforms.

Pros

Great integrations with many 3rd party platforms. Easy to use with many pre-filled options to get up and running quickly. Great bot functionality.

Cons

The UX is a bit off toggling between dashboard and chat panel. Would be great to have full mobile-to-moble chat too.

Has helped me respond to customers quicker and provides a more professional edge to our website

Pros

I like its appearance , ease of use and auto responses and that it is very customisable. I also like how easy it was to integrate with my website.

Cons

The thing I like least is that on the free plan you cannot re-look at past conversations, sometimes its very important to be able to do that.

the software is easy to use and easy to implement on the website but for professional use i am missing real customization (like changing html of the widget, etc.) - there are just options for changing the general behaviour and appearance. alltogether i would use it, if the price for unbranded version wouldnt be that high.

Thanks for the review and feedback, Lennart! We used to support CSS editing of the Chat Window before, but giving this responsibility to our users resulted in too many broken setups and thus too high support costs for us. So we removed CSS editing and extended our standard customization. That was also the only way we could offer a consistent high-quality mobile experience. Thanks again!

Pros

Many many features... Very easy to install on any platform. CMS or Magento, takes less then 5 minutes and you are ready to chat. Nice frontend, easy to use for your webvisitors...

Cons

We are currently in test period... Up to now nothing to complain... Maybe too many features we don´t need up to now. But who knows, maybe we need them in future...

Pros

We tested different chat tools and Userlike is our favorite now. It's easy to start and open for scaling, customizations and special requirements. It's a highly competitive market and Userlike manages it to stand out with just doing great work. Simple as that. The support during our testing phase and first implementations was uncomplicated and every single question, from business aspects to API support, was answered.

Cons

An instant test page and the option for longer test periods would be nice. Maybe with restrictions to integration / activities. But larger customers mostly mean longer processes. So it would be super helpful to be able to give demos to different stakeholders from time to time.

Pros

You can modify the software in thousand ways, e.g. color shemes or wording and auto appearance times.

Cons

The only exception I have found yet, is the missing feature of an auto chat bot that receives a first message and then leads the customers into an offline Formular(make the live chat look 24/7 but make it into an offline chat at closed office days).

It allows customers that visit our website an instant way of reaching out. A lot of customers prefer the instant message platform rather than signing into their email to reach out for information.

Cons

Sometimes the possibility of receiving inquiries that are aimed at selling rather than interest in the product, however you have this on every platform.
