Pros

Easy adaptable to CI, inviting for Web-visitors. Great "Bot-function" I used this great tool in order to test it and very quickly I was invited to a phone conversation and got professional support. All questions have been answered and issues have been solved within shortest time. Thanks a lot for this.

Pros

You can handle two chats at the same time. You get notifications when a customer is writing to you. You can use the emojis. You can see the reviews on your service. The software is intuitive and easy to use.

Cons

You cannot put the software in pause. If you go out of the chat platform, you can get easily confused by the software organization.

Pros

Pace, easy to work with, nice Features (google map). Ist nice to see, when the visitor is writing and sometimes correcting his answer. The Google map is very helpful.

Cons

I can not really say anything, what is negative. Just perhaps, the zoom of Google maps could be more precisely.

Pros

Its good and very easy to use and if there are any questions Userlike answer them straight away. Customers seem to like the chat facility on websites as it saves typing emails.

Cons

Would like to send a photo or image every so often with out copying a link from the website as there might be too much text.

Easy Implementation with a really nice interface and intuitive interface for customers and easy-to-use for operators.

Cons

A bit confusing administration interface. You need some time to get to know where some settings are hidden. Not as intuitive as the operator chat-panel and you need to get used to the way settings are sorted.

Integration for our magento2 based shop was really easy. It took about 10 minutes to figure out how we can integrate the chat and also how to handle it. Very good to have a first, fast and easy method to integrate a chat.

It would be great to have some more possibilties for customizing the chat also for the cheapter plans

I like that there are several integration options. The way it is set up is really nice. I have been able to navigate around.

Cons

I think that there needs to be more information regarding the additional features like integration with WhatsApp. There are no images or videos and I think that would be a great selling point.

Pros

Well looking backend. Support availiable in german speak. Our Members are able to chat together, not only with customers. Former we took the telephone, it was not so comfortable.

Cons

It was difficult to install several groups, we needed help from the support team. I think it's too expensive.
