Pros

It is really easy to implement, set up and use. I use it daily and created a real experience with my consumers/visitors. It has aa real added value for your website and CRM.

Cons

If you don t configure it really well, people can t see your button. We should have more options for personalization (size, colors...)

Very easy to use, good Wordpress plugin, stable and fast. Many options available when chatting with customers, you can see what pages are opened by the visitor, you can direct them to other pages, see chat history, see there location. Many customization options as well. Very good overall, certainly one of the best chat platforms available today. I would have liked to see: - what online website visitors are doing in the site (at the moment only possible after interaction with the widget). - Application for iOS and/or android (had to use web browser, not the best solution for mobile users, but works), application for Mac / PC would be great as well.

Ease of use. The interface is clean and well strutured. Plus, the options of the free version are good enough to give it a test drive.

Cons

The mobile version UI is not as clear as the desktop counterpart. Many customers try out our website on their smartphone and some said they could not send me a message.

working well without problems and there is an extra version for start-ups. that's pretty nice for small startups in the beginning of their launch.

Till now, I dont have things I dont like. I just hope that the well working is going on and the we don't even need the support service.

It is a tad bit expensive, for start-up companies I wish there was a more affordable option as expenses add up with other plug-ins.
