To be honest, theres nothing negative to say about. If you got a problem or looking for a solution and cant find it, theres always a nice guy on the Customersupport livechat who will give you the right answers in a very short time

It's a great way to generate qualitative user feedback. The front end is slick and very user friendly.

Pros

The 'free' option is sufficient for a small business, with no limit on chats and essential features included.

Cons

Slightly confusing what's actually included in the free option, as the free trial includes premium options and reverts to free at it's end (a very minor criticism). It would also benefit from a customer service mobile app.

Cons

The software is sometimes slow. The documentation seems to be lacking sometimes too and the customer support is not the best.

Pros

I managed widgets by myself ,it was very easy to set up things there. the option to change texts and use different languages is really good

Cons

Some essential points should be more visible- like how to go online, reply to chats and etc. It would be better to have step-by step user guide-so we set up one widget with one operator- it will help us to understand features fully.

The interface is well structured and for the most part also easy to understand. A few settings are a bit more complicated than they need to be.

Cons

There were a few settings in the setup of the chat widget that we didn't find that intuitive.

We can provide the user exactly what we want to provide - real time and mobile usable chat software for getting in contact with our counseling. Easy to adapt to our corporate design. If no operator is online, requests get automatically converted into mails/tickets. Customer support is perfect, helped quickly and solved our problems immediately.

Cons

Until now, there is no feature we are missing.

After tryong out a number of other products, Userlike Live chat is by far the best product we have used and we plan to continue doing so. Than you for making this solution and for contantly inproving it.

Pros

The product is very functional, but to ephasize one of the options that is most useful for us is the ability to use it in multiple languages and that the automatic responses are very precise and informative to the users.

Cons

So far we have not encountered any major disikes, but maybe the configuration of the operatiors is not so easilay visable from some panels. This is a bit confusing for our employes when setting ther profiles.

Customer Service on a new level.

Pros

UserLike is a really easy to use Live-Chat Tool. The installation is super easy and you can make all settings through the Chat Panel. I love the simple and familiar design of UserLike which work perfectly on mobile phones.

Cons

I am a german user and not all the words in the Chat Panel are translated to german. But it is quite self-explaining, so not such a big issue.

We tested many solutions and found that userlike mostly fits our needs for a small business. Its great that you can choose between different packages and upgrade any later if needed, but the most important tools are available in any package. Especially for companys within the E.U. userlike is a great option.

Pros

The control panel offers many options even in free version and its easy to walk through the initial configuration. Its possible to fully customize the chat widget on site which was a main criteria for us.

Cons

It would be great if there would be an app for iOS and Android to chat with users while on the go.

It's easy to install and took me just a few minutes to start chatting with customers. Had a question since it was not working on mobile devices immediately and support helped me out perfectly.

Cons

The only thing I could think of is that the software loses connection sometimes. But it doesn't really bother me and could also have something to do with my internet connection.

Cons

\- Automatic answers in terms of FAQs reacting on customer keywords, can just be realized with the highest licezense modell FLEX - Knowledgebase (e.g. as a FAQ base!) does not exist at the moment

Userlike has been a very important tool for BonMignon.co as we are a marketplace for baby and kids clothes and our clients have many questions about sizes, colors, changes, etc. With userlike, we have been able to capture some of this questions and reply immediately or some minutes after, still closing the sale.

Pros

Very easy and simple to use.

Cons

A bit more flexibility so it could be possible to "transfer" a chat from one operator to another.

Satisfied customers, less E-Mails, less calls, a good review of our homepage..we can see at which points people find it difficult to understand something and why they startet a chat.

Pros

I really like that it's so easy to use and implement. We needed less than half an hour to have a good chat tool on our homepage. It's really intuitive - for the operator and for the webvisitor. Features and functions are nice - I like the option of automated messages.

Cons

It would be great if there were more design options available in the free version, otherwise it's not possible to keep the CI. But hey - it's free. ;)

The tool was easy to implement on our website and pretty much worked out of the box. We at zdreicom like the look and feel.

Cons

We didn't figure out some details, like how to activate sound for incoming messages, how to configure that the incoming messages are sent by mail for example yet and we didn't manage to contact the support yet.
