Pros

I like all the features that are implemented in the software. Mostly how is designed and how it looks on the customer view.

Cons

The practical interface for the user could use some changes. I really think that the interface could be more user friendly. I am planning to expand my online business and use "Userlike" as my main chat software, but i see myself trying more than i have too , in explaning to my employee's how to use the software. I feel it need some features to more features to.compete with other chat softwares, like "Intercom" etc.

Pros

Userlike has a free subscription model, so it allows small business like us to test it on our website to be sure it is the good product for us. And he took me 10 minutes to do all the settings.

Cons

It was difficults for me to find the secret sentence or something like that to put the pluging on our wordpress website.

Pros

The product was easy to implement and configure. We run our website in multiple languages, and the product easily supported this.

Cons

The operators need to login to the website at the beginning of each work day. It would be useful with an agent that could be installed on their computers for automatic login.

It increases my overall sale for a quick reply option to all my customers live.

Pros

I really like the interface and easy use policy. Just install the plugin on WordPress or put the code and Done to start. Mostly like the color options and design to attract more customers. And also it's working great on every device so I can use it with my mobile too for reply my customer when I'm out of the home.

Cons

I think it should have image and file sending option too, that can make it greater to use as customers and marchets need to share screenshots most of the time.

Pros

Userability . It is really easy to install and to use. Even not having knowledge about IT or Web pages, I got a very good support from the team when I had questions.

Cons

Could be more personalize . I´d like to create a different way to visit our web page. Our clients schould feel that they are not only visitors of our web. They should have a question in advance like " Are you already enjoying the OLAO Coaching at your company?" and then after " Yes" It could appear a kind of " Writte your OLAO Health Password"

Pros

The panel is easy to install and use. Very helpful tool, to make the service to your customers even more powerful! And the support is always there, if you have any issues. Really very good!

Cons

At this point, I don't anything, that I don't like. Only the integration of the chat in slack (and not only notifications) would be very useful!

Have been testing. Nice to hear customers talk and ask questions. Allows you to understand your business better

Pros

Easy to implement and easy to understand what to do and how to configurate. All options present as far as we can see.

Cons

Nothing special. Just struggled a bit with priorities : you can fix hours for live chat. On the other hand each operator can be on or off duty. If not in live chat hours and you keep your operator post on duty it seems to take the lead. If you forget to close your life chat as an operator, people think you'are online.

Pros

Pricing is great, believe. I realised all competitors are charging per seat, but you bundle seats into a package. Great!

Cons

I need you guys to create a desktop client for windows and other OS. it makes life easier. i think that will make it easier to receive notifications on online visitors as well.

Pros

I relly like the usability. Before userlike , we used a freeware (tawk.to)..but it it was really confusing for a user without huge understanding in computer science...

Cons

In my opinion the price is a little bit to high. Of course, there is a good customer support, but 29 for 3 operators and than the jump to 99 for 5 operators

I realize it is very easy to set up a Live chat using this tool. In about 5/10 minuts you have a functional Live chat up and running on your website. Customers use the chat option and you can easy answer it in a minut

Pros

It has a lot of customizations. Probably a little bit more than Drift. Other than that, I can't think of anything it's better at drift than.

Cons

It takes forever to set up, and is not as intuitive as drift, which is annoying. Also, it doesn't have a phone app, which is seriously missed.

Easy to configure and to use. Very good support from the team.

Cons

Should be able to track and make use of IPs with more precision than "country area". Should be able to select the type of widget we want for each page straight from the dashboard (without having to code)

We can get in contact very quickly with our customers; especially when there is only one short question, it would be unnecessary to write an e-mail!

Pros

We love userlike because it's so easy for our customersto get in touch with us without typing long mails or waiting in boring wait loops. The software is pretty easy to use & and if there are any questions, there is great support team!

Cons

The only Contra i could tell about userlike is the missing mobile solution, but eben that will be available soon, so there are no points we can complain about.

no app mobile. they have good robot, but not mobile app. no button add number and call me. But i think, they will add soon :)

Easy to use and to setup. We plan to use this for direct customer interaction and support as well as chatting solution for team members.

Pros

Login and setup is really quick and easy. Implementation to the website takes only minutes

Cons

in the first testing phase I found no real cons yet.

Slack Integration and TYPO3 Extension. Cool Website and great comparison of pricing-versions. Customizations possible.

Cons

OperatorHours-Management missing? Differences between widgets, rolles, operators and chat-windows not easy to understand at the beginning.

I like the Userlike Live Chat. It's easy to use and I can quickly help our customers with their questions. It's also nice to send fastly statements by using abbreviations.

\- When you finished the chat and you closed the window, the window displayes again a few minutes later (to tell me that the customer is offline).
