I've started to use Userlike chat for a trial period, and I found it very useful and easy to use. I work as a project manager on a casino portal, with lots of information for the casino players. I had several questions regarding casino sites we promote, and we helped them to manage their accounts, bonuses etc.

Pros

Easy to use, transparent statistics

Cons

No application for mobile

Took 5mins to install on Prestashop using the API/module, and so easy to use and communicate with customers. I tried 2 other platforms before but couldnt install on Prestashop and thats when I found Userlike

Pros

Easy to install on Prestashop Makes communicating with customers easy

Good working chat, but free tarif is very limited for example compared to Zopim.

Pros

Clean modern design, very nice looking. Easy to use, intuitive. Many customizations available. Fast.

Cons

Paid plans are not affordable for mini businesses. Widget can not be turned of for mobiles and it covers important parts of page.

I liked well everything specially the notifications and easy set up of the application on our website. I most definitely will join the partner program.

We need to help guide customers buy the product. We also need to keep a record of the email IDs that have come in through the chat to approach them later. I think Userlike enables us to do that.

Chat easily implemented in my webpage, and the account was configured very fast.

Pros

I can connect chatbots to the widgets, and the chat-panel is very easy to use. Configure your own widgets is very easy too.

Cons

The reports are not very useful, and when you download the data, is very difficult to read the information.

Pros

The UI is clean and easy to navigate. The chat window is likewise appealing. No need to download chat software. Just open on your browser and go.

Cons

Only a free-trial user, come customization is locked until you pay. Have not seen a chat transfer option.

Easy to setup, customization is fair enough, flexibility as well. I would improve testing in different situations

Cons

Cost of the services appears expensive even if you don't have a massive use, but a lot of team members. For startups it is handy when a lot of people have access to almost everything, but we can't pay too much

Very nice, I would recommend this software to anyone who is a small business starting out wanting to give their customers a personal feel with assisting them live on the site.

Pros

I loved the ease of use on the website, the design and functionality of the website makes it a joy to use.

Cons

Nothing much to complain about to be honest, everything worked and took little effort to get setup (PrestaShop). I only got lost once changing the available times of the chat module as I couldn't find the correct page in the settings.

Nice usability and the option to pause. Especially when you are in a live demo. The possibility to start a chat pro active.

Cons

If you forget to pause and can not answer the chat. There is no notification about the chat and the customer is not leaving a message with his contact details.

More customer happiness, more sales and a stronger customer relationship. Interaction and getting more information about our search function in our shop and what problems our customer have in their customer journey.

Pros

Interaction with customer and knowing more about their needs. I know not all functions until now because I use it only for some weeks.

Cons

Easy on/off. Offline messages and real time chats. I like selling products about this channel. Often it takes a little bit longer and an phone call could be more efficient.

We are an online business and the only contact we have to the user is the shop and the product description itself. Just a few percent of the users try to contact us by phone us. Now we have at least double the amount of contacts via Userlike. It really works and thats the main reason to stick to it.

Pros

I like the fact that the users really use this software to get in contact with my company. They use Userlike more than a phone call.

Cons

Its in some points a bit tricky to navigate. I would love to see some more customizable options.
