A simple option to interact with customers who visit our website.

Pros

Has a special plan for startup It integrates very easily into the wordpress we use. It has a great variety of options to configure the graphic aspect and its behavior. It has a bot that makes the offline conversation with the client more interactive It would emphasize its integrations with other programs like Freshdesk for example.

Cons

No triggers to configure based on user behavior. You do not have the option to acquire a license for a single agent.

Pros

Very easy to install and configure. Just takes a few steps and copy some code to your shopify theme.liquid file. You will love it.

Cons

Not a lot of customization for the chat box. The chat for admin is seperate from the dashboard and you have flip applications back and forth.

I was looking for a solution that will offer all needed functionalities for free and have a great design. So far Userlike stands for me as the best option on the market.

Cons

Since the great design is one of the main requirements for me, I would welcome having basic customization included in the free version.

Easy site integration. Professional look/feel with lots of add-on capabilities. Useful audio & visual cue notifications.

Cons

Easy to accidentally close chat session when going to dashboard. Recommend a separate tab/window open just for chat session. Still not sure where to find the off-line messages.

Pros

the support is really fast and they are so kind, the design is beautiful and I think it´s realy easy to use.

Cons

in this moment I´ve change some things about the chat, like new fields and lenguage, but when I put the code into my page, it doesn´t show the changes i´ve done.

The tool works very fast. It is easy to use. When i Need help i get help . Often i talk tolk to customers, who are very happy abaut thios Option of Chat.

Cons

sometimes i lose the Connection, when a user is online(perhaps the Problem is on customer side). The warning when someone is in Chat should work better.

Powerful tool, easy to handle, easy to install!

Pros

I like especially the simpleness of the tool. Just a few clicks and you can start chat sessions on your website. The chat panel is optimized for quick answers. With various makros you can prepare in Forehand you can answer really quickly. For a lot of functions there are tutorials and the customers service is top!

Cons

The price is pretty expensive, seen that there are freeware-tools available in the net. But you get a really professional tool with a very good support. So it is worth the money. The amount of Operators in the Team Upgrade (3 only) is nevertheless too small.

Easy to deploy on my Jimdo website. Free for a minimum use.

Cons

In the profile setting, there is no county as Japan. There is no Japanese UI. If there is any, your service will very popular in Japan.

The customers really loved the chat ui :) I had it test too but i did'nt find any bug Also their chrom extension is also good

Pros

The most best thing about this is probably the ui and the easy integration system. The dont keep on spamming about purchasing their pro version! Its probably the best out there though :)

Cons

The only think which can be called as cons is that it has no mobile app, Although i think the mobile version is good.

Globalement, je suis très contente de l'outil Userlike et nos clients sont aussi très satisfaits. Pour l'instant, nous ne pouvons encore évaluer la performance de cet outil mais nous savons déjà que grâce à lui nous avons reçu beaucoup moins de mails dans notre boîte mail de contact.

Pros

\-> Chat panel très facile d'utilisation -> Widgets très faciles à configurer -> Réactivité du chat -> Les macros Etc ....

Cons

\-> Pas d'envoie de fichier dans le chat panel -> On en peut pas répondre aux messages hors ligne directement sur Userlike -> Il manque certains paramètre de configuration

Better customer support

Pros

Easy integration, lots of functionality, helps to support me in my business, gives me a lot of insights, easy payment plan

Cons

The "hallo sie sprechen mit...." colour needs to be adjustable already in the team version. Out colour is yellow and by using that, this line is not readable. Screenshot for Operators without customer approval may be violating data privacy rules. Explanation texts are not sufficient enough. Mpre tutorials would be nice. Goals finction needs also to be more customizable e.g. my goal is 5 star ratings for chats not a site visit

Integration with CRM, so that i can keep track of my leads that come from my website.

Pros

the integration with SugarCRM. Also, it's a very intuitive platform and very easy to configure, my overall experience is good.

Cons

Price, it's more expensive than zendesk and you need to get the highest subscription of userlike to get the professional features of zendesk
