Pros: Great integrations, amazing customer success team, and does everything you could possibly need in a PMS. Delivers a highly professionalized feel for your business

Cons: Requires a lot of customer support to get on-boarded, but luckily they are very responsive and helpful

Overall: Resolved all of my PMS considerations and helps to expand my business. Also an extremely affordable solution

Pros: The Calendar view is pretty clear and the fact that you can see all your property with the timeline and the breakdown with all the tasks and services.

Cons: It gets slow when you have many details on the Calendar view, also the markup process it's painful as you need to set it per season in a not user-friendly way

Pros: The Guidal and Automations are really useful. these make the communication between managers and guests.
And the Vreasy's customer managers are helpful and quick response.

Cons: The owner reports should to be improved, there is no place to record expenses, can't easily generate a useful owner report.

Pros: The possibilities

Overall: Vreasy is just great. The software has so much to offer. I'm not very handy if it comes to software and computers but the support team is so helpful and friendly that it's really easy to learn how to work with this software. BnB Assistant is renting out apartments, villa's and rooms and Vreasy fits us perfectly. I can highly recommend to start using this software.

Pros: The integral solution to the business sector.

Cons: A bit more possibilities with paramatrization and automatizarion. They are doing it, but I would like to have it already.

Overall: We have been using vreasy for around six month. The best thing is that doesn't stop improving. And when something is required from them that is not on the standar they are very eager to give a solution or add it. I wont change to any other solution since, from everyother solution i checked the most complet of all was vreasy, and yet they are improving. An special 5 stars to our team manager :).

Recommendations to other buyers: A complete solution for any business that wants to deal with services around it.

Overall: I'm using Vreasy since February 2016 and I couldn't be happier! During the day the support team responds to every question on Skype at real time so moving from another PMS to Vreasy couldn't be easiest! And the Guidal is great my guests love and make my life easy!

Pros: the email automation, upsales posibilities, guidal, easy to use interface

Cons: somethimes a bit slow (only while setting up email templates, not in daily use)

Overall: You can see very well that this software is developed by real property managers who have hands on experience in holiday rental, and guest service. Vreasy unites the ultimate combination of service and sales, all packed together in one amazing tool. The software is superb, but on the first place comes the quality of their customer service team. The support staff has been very helpful and very fast in her responses given, it made me feel very secure during the time of getting to know the features of Vreasy while on-boarding the program. Even after the on-boarding process of vreasy, the support continues to be of excellent quality, something which is very hard to find within online software services. Vreasy has endless possibilities, but the support team and account managers that are involved in this company, know exactly how to proportionate the information and tailer it towards the need of each client. I am so happy I took plenty of time for researching reviews on capterra thoroughly, and reading each and every single review about the many different kinds of Property Management Softwares that are spread around the web..... After trying different other Pms software with lacking in customer support, many bugs and no feeling of real support given... Vreasy is just a breath of fresh air.

Recommendations to other buyers: Great for small and medium sized property managers who really want a software that makes them stand out.

Comments: We can give 5 star to Anca, our account manager in Vreasy. Software is great for property managers who have up to 500 properties. They also have solution for agencies with more then 500 properties in way of multipe users account.
If you want sell more than just accommodation, this is great solution for you.
Also, they integrate with few channel managers for an superb distribution of your services.

Overall: Since we started working with Vreasy I have to say that our experience has been really good. First of all the service and support was perfect. They set up our account and put a lot of time working taking us through the system. Rep was always available helping us with our questions and planning the work. Having the opportunity of complementing the accommodation we offer to our guests with the services was a good way to keep our customers loyal.

Regarding the product I can say that it is very intuitive and well structured. The support from Andrei and Ona was amazing. Thanks for that. I believe that the automatisation of tasks will be key in our relation with the guests and their experience during the trip.

I was visiting their office in Barcelona and I can say that you can breathe technology and very good working environment with a lot of nationalities working together.

Comments: We are using VReasy for a year now and it is simply the best decision we took!
It works really great and the support is amazing and really friendly.

Pros: easy to use, being able to allow property owners to log in and see "whats going on" with their properties

Cons: Depends of a third party channel manager, no booking engine for my website

Overall: I´ve been working with Vreasy for about 1 month and a half now. My experience after leading the implementation of different PMS on other similar agencies is by far, the best.
There are still some things that needs to be polished, but they are open to listen to your needings and to make it work for you.
I want to mention that I have decided to keep on working with them, mainly because of their support service. Never before I´ve been supported this efficient, following my steps and giving me tips to improve my business.
All of the options this PMS gives you are easy to use, easy to understand and very visible for any kind of user. You can find yourselve customizing or setting it yourself in within days.

The only thing I miss is having their own channel manager implemented, so I can deal only with one provider. I have my own website and I would like to have the chance to put a booking engine that is connected directly to Vreasy and not through any other service.
If in the future they add this options to their producs they will be numer one. but until that comes, they have me on board, what they offer is really good for an affordable price.
I had so much luck by having Olga as account manager, I feel her very involved into my business and helps me doing better everytime.

Comments: Overall very pleased with Vreasy. From the start they are a very professional outfit to deal with. I was talked through the software and what it can do for me over Skype before starting my free trial. Most of the setting up for the software was done for me by Vreasy over the course of a few calls on Skype. Once my basic goal of syncing calendars across multiple sites was accomplished we began work on offering my guests something more in the form of automatons and their guidebook "Guidal". Vreasy have exceptional customer service and appear to be a company always looking to improve. I can see no reason to stop using them and am overall very happy with the service offered and the experience I have had with them. Would definitely recommend!

My business is increased in these 3 years, and I've been using more and more Vreasy to improve costumer service, and generate ancillary revenues.
as a New Starter, in a New market, with no direct competitors, you can't win them all, but I've been always appreciating the will to improve and not give up

Pros: Price, ease of use and amazing support.

Cons: Missing some functions like improved accounting functions.
Improve settings on automatic tasks like cleaning (number of beds and type of beds in the apartments, having the possibility to choose when to do the cleaning).

Overall: It's a really good software with an amazing support, the support team is always there for you!
It's still needs some development in some parts but they listen to our suggestions and try to come up with new solutions all the time!

-fast costumer service, they always reply

Cons: sync with RU, doesnt work well, many many overbookings

Overall: Vreasy is cheap. the connection with channels is not always good. I like the lay out and functionality and especially the communication options

Recommendations to other buyers: -yes you are missing one essential feature that I would pay for and i think is very easy for you guys to develop: an accounting overview. Then I know what comes in and I can use it for my tax declaration and my income administration!

Pros: The automations, that allow a corporate touch with guests, making them feel much more at easy and happy, and also making our life so much easier not having to do everything manually.

Cons: It does take quite some work to setup, but is not really a proble since supports not only help on questions but they help live (trough skype) with any configuration details we may need!

Overall: I am owner and CEO of Welovetohost, a VR company in Portugal, previously to try VREasy I used Kigo and Lodgify, and was not happy with many functionalities, but specially with theys lack of support and improvement. With VREasy automations my life is much easier now!

Cons: Does not have any providors of services for Chile (food, cleaning, etc.).

Overall: Vreasy was one of the many software I originally trailed out before choosing it. I actually came across the software through an online survey. The software was fairly easy enough to understand along with the layout. The tricky part for me came when I was looking to use the numerous functions that are available with the software. There are some fantastic features such as content sync, automation, guidal (web based app given to guests). These are just a few of the features that I have used and so far it has been great.

The original call from customer services was great, the walk through of the software all the way to the amazingly support team and my personal account manager have all been great to communicate with and were helpful/prompt in answering all my questions and requests!

I would recommend all to give this software a go if you are looking for a software, that seems to do it all!

Comments: We've been using this software for more than 3 years, it's been amazing working with their team!
With Vreasy, everything is syncronized, and easy to manage, all pur properties are conntect to all our portals with no problems.
The customer service is amazing, they're always there for you and all the explanations are clear ans smooth.
Also the concierge part is wonderful, all is automated, you can easily organize car transfers, private tours, private chefs, bike rentals...without doing anything, the system sends automatic email to the guests, and it can manage all the payments!
Working with Vreasy has been an incredible experience.

Comments: Vreasy organizing all your properties content, have more reservations, increase your visibility, have more services to offer to your guest and earn more money with all that. This software will help you bee in all the websites to increase your earnings and synchronize your calendar in a way that you never have the double booking but have your calendar full.
You can add all your messages and put automatic messages for your each property, all the task giving you the freedom that you need to earn money by doing nothing. They do it all for you.

Then a colleague introduced me to Vreasy, and all the onboarding process went smoothly.
The customer service team is great, being there all the time, and clarifying all your doubts and concerns. Thank you Jean-Baptiste!

Vreasy is time saver - as it allows you to automate almost everything, from the logistics to the airport pickup. And, it enables you to offer a lot of great services to your guest by using the guidal!
On top of that, you can earn money by using Vreasy!

Comments: I was introduced to Vreasy last year after seeking a PMS to assist with my rental business in Moraira. After a few failures with some large players (won't mention any names!) in the industry I started working with Martin and the Vreasy team. Since then my business has been transformed, the things that used to consume all my time are now done instantly, integration with portals is a breeze and the staff are always on hand to help. I also great feeling like your part of the Vreasy team, helping with their continued development of what is already a great product. If you have a rental business and want to a system to manage your bookings and portals then Vreasy is all you need.

Comments: Before finding VR Easy, I was managing my vacation rental property by hand (scheduling cleaners and greeters, emailing guests information, and managing my stays on Google calendar). Since I've started using the software I've saved several hours a month and have a greater peace of mind since everything is organized in one place.

On top of that, VR Easy's customer service is top notch. Nicole answers any questions I have immediately and has even Skyped me several times to show me how to use certain features that make my life easier. I highly recommend VR Easy and will be using it for all my future vacation rental properties!

Comments: Vreasy is that kind of tool for which you wonder how you could go on if it did not exist.
I used it when I had only one property because it allowed me to make almost everything automatic:
- calendars sync on my many channels (airbnb, booking.com, homeaway, housetrip and others)
- automatic communication to my guests (emails to send information and forms to get information like arrival time and mode, services to propose... entirely customizable)
- price and availability of my apartments piloted from one place only
- integration with partners like rentivo (website & enquiries), vacaypay (online payments), rentals united (channel manager)...

[pros]
Vreasy is very flexible (highly customizable). They have an innovative economic model based on the owners maturity. They accompany you in this common objective, answer questions, give advices, and often get new ideas in order to help you grow better. For instance, they propose to share commission on services their partners providers sell to your guests.
I particularly appreciated their marketing audit, in order to improve my automated communication (emails & forms content and presentation)
Their BI reports is useful to keep a global view.

[cons]
As a young company, vreasy sometimes drop low priority projects that you hoped they could release... I guess this is the price to pay to keep on improving their core tools

Now that I own 2 apartments and begin to help other owners, I simply need vreasy everyday.

Comments: I was introduced to Vreasy a little more than two and a half years ago when I was struggling to automate guest communication, in and intelligent way, via my Kigo paid service. Vreasy was like a breath of fresh air, suddenly, with only the minimum of initial set up, I had an automatic dedicated communication path to my guests. So simple, I get a reservation from one of the portals I use, Airbnb, Booking.com, Wimdu, Housetrip, FlipKey, HomeAway, ... and my guest receives a personalised message with a link to an online arrival form, which once completed gives me all the information I need to ensure we provide a stress free visit to our property. Furthermore, it allows me to gather all the information I need to comply with the draconian local legislation.
One automated message and a completed arrival form was suddenly saving me numerous manual interactions with my guests.

But even better it was earning me revenue by offering optional services and activities that paid me a commission without me doing anything.

Before Vreasy if a guest required airport pick up it involved numerous manual messages to explain prices, get arrival details, and assign the task with a transfer company.
With Vreasy, It's totally transparent to my staff and myself, without any interaction the first we know is when the transfer drive calls or sends us a whatsApp message to say the guest will be at our property in 20 minutes! On top of that we earn revenue in commission from the transfer company.

From the logistic point of view it has also automated almost everything, so cleaners are automatically assigned and laundry is collected and delivered at the right time.

One of my biggest timesavers must be the ability to control pricing across all the portals I use directly from with the Vreasy calendar. When I see I have an empty slot in a weeks time, all I need to do select the dates for the relevant property, in the Vreasy calendar, and apply the discount I want. the new price is instantly updated across all the portals without me having access one of them!
Vreasy certainly makes my like easy!

Comments: I've been using Vreasy for more than two years and I've found the Web-based, property management system to be a huge help in scheduling and coordinating with guests. Vreasy has helped ensure that I get all necessary information out to guests in a timely manner. This has helped reduce the time that I would otherwise have spent on coordinating basic details with guests and, more importantly, served as the medium that has enabled seamless, reliable, two-way communication. This has helped provide a positive overall experience for guests -- from the moment of booking until even after their stay is complete. Vreasy's staff also has been terrific in responding to all of my questions, comments, etc. They are among the elite in the area of customer service/technical assistance. The only drawback has been that Vreasy does not yet allow me to automatically sync all of my home-sharing platforms with its calendar. When this is possible, it will make life so much easier...or I guess I should say vreasier.

Comments: I've been using this Vreasy for over a couple of years. I use it to list on the main websites and keep a central calendar in sync, keep track of reservations and reach out to guests. For me it does the job that before I had to do with google calendar, Excel, mail chimp, and a thick black book.... I think the more places you have the more this is a useful tool. It is very visual and has things like free SMS you can automatically send to guests on arrival at the airport etc. Makes a difference if you want to get a great reputation.

Also ok for changing prices on every website from one place.

The cons are that it could be easier to get started. You can't just sign up and use it, they want to talk and "help get you going" when you sign up. Intended to stop you having initial problems.

Comments: Very easy to use, you have all your bookings calendar in one shot.
It makes communication with guests very easy with automated e mails and SMS.
The message system fails sometimes.
They are difficult to contact sometimes and there is no chance to communicate with them during the weekend, so if there is a problem, there is nobody to talk to, which can be stressful.

I am having a really good expierience and i'm continuing learning how to use the best of it.

Comments: The new things you are adding day by day are great and very useful.
The only thing i would love to solve in the future is the syncronization with vreasy at the moment of reservation, and would be great if it would block the days in other portals as well at the same time.

Comments: Summer 2013 Experience:
I use Vreasy to manage several rentals on 5 portals (Airbnb, 9flats, HomeAway, Wimdu, FlipKey). I chose them b/c they were referred by a friend and they're free - they create new revenue by letting owners provide services to guests (ie: airport pickup, fridge stocking, bikes, tours, tickets, etc) and they take a commission from that, so the software itself is free.

Pros:
100% Free,
Better experience for guests
Extra income by offering services to guests
The online host community of local owners to share contacts (repair, cleaning, laundry, etc) and pass referrals when we can't accommodate a request (I received a few free bookings this way) Good customer service

Cons:
New company so there are a few bugs.

Overall impression: 9.5/10
Keeps getting better as the owner community grows. I just got a free bookings handed to me this week b/c another owner couldn't take the request. Handles my needs (~7 properties on 5 portals) perfectly - calendar and guest communication are most important to me and they work great. The owners community and services are really helpful too, especially if you have an emergency. I can easily offer new services to my guests, which makes me look good and make more money ; ) Plus it's free!
