"Great But Gone"

**Overall:** Excellent. I had no complaints about FaithLife ministry tracker and faithlife websites

**Pros:** The church management and member database capabilities as well as the online group meeting and management system was the best.

**Cons:** That they shut down and are no longer in operation

"Missing customer support"

**Overall:** Overall our Office Administrator and I are very unhappy with it. We are searching for a replacement.

**Pros:** I honestly cannot think of anything. I work mainly with the financial portions of the program and they leave much to be desired.

**Cons:** The lack of customer support. They lost a large amount of our prior years data and have not even tried to resolve that. I had another major program that risked having congregants seeing one another's financial data and they don't even respond when I try to resolve the issue.
