### "All the admin I need in one package."

I use Ministry Tracker for both our youth and children's programs. Since I adopted it 5 years ago or so it has become an invaluable tool. I use it to track attendance, events, people groups and leaders. I can mass communicate via text, email or phone call to all of the above. Just an example...when the new VBS director approaches and asks me if I have a list of all the kids grade 1-5 who have both attended or visited our program, I find great satisfaction in sending them a PDF file that contains contact sheets on every child. The sheet includes a picture, all points of email and text contacts for parents and all pertinent allergy or medical information. I have always received appreciative responses form all my leaders. In short I love this software.

### "Helpful, But Could Be Simplified"

I have used Ministry Tracker for five years now, and I like ease with which I can track information and communicate with my students, but the website is a little overwhelming and I feel there is a lot that I do not utilize. Overall, it is a useful tracking tool for my ministry.

It would would be worth working with your church to begin using MinistryTracker.com for your full church management system. Then you be utilizing all the features and there wouldn't be any that your church as a whole wouldn't be using.

It is a great program. Lots of features and great functionality. We use it in many areas of our ministry. As a full time youth director I find this program very helpful! There are so many features that it provides that I can not only maintain the program but expand it with no added cost. Highly recommended!

### "Small Church Use"

We are a small rural church that was struggling desperately to track contact information and some simple data. We love the price of Ministry Tracker and the amount of features it has. The program does FAR more than we need and we pray some day we will grow into needed those features. While some navigation and reports are a little clumsy to use, the customer support is top notch and has helped us navigate through what we need.

Are you aware that you can print any page from MinistryTracker.com by using the browser's print command. The headers, footers, and non important stuff disappears and you'll get a nicely printed page of just the main content - e.g. the report. Most reports export to Excel or PDF but if there's another format you'd like please contact us at support@ministrytracker.com and we'd be happy to take the feature request and see what can be done to improve your experience.

I walked into a youth ministry and inherited this software. It was already set up, and truth be told, I was a tad nervous that it would be a steep learning curve. However, the opposite was true. This has been a great tool to keep up with our students and leaders, and it has been pretty easy to navigate and learn.

Pros

Lots of tools and ways to track things happening in ministry. Way more than just keeping up with numbers and attendance.

Cons

I'm still learning, so my cons won't count for much since it's a matter of just continuing up that curve.

Ministry tracker has a wide variety of tools for churches to manage their information and communicate with their members. Great customer service and follow through for customers.

Pros

Helpful for organizing and communicating.

Cons

Sometimes seems clumsy. Sending emails send texts sometimes doesn't work well or formatting can get messed up.

Ministry tracker is packed full of options. You can pull reports for almost anything you need. Initial registration for students can be quick and easy if you limit the amount of required info, or a bit more timely but more thorough. The few times I have had questions or concerns, customer service responded quickly and professionally. They really are there to help!

Some reports are more difficult to access, such as schools and seperation between active and inactive members.

### "Not enough automation"

I've been using MinistryTracker for years and years (since youthtracker.net) because of its affordability and wide range of uses. As a children's minister my main purpose is for check-in. What would save me the greatest amount of time is more customization to the check-in set-up process to make setup more automated. It is a hassle teaching other people how to set up for check-in. Otherwise, I'd be hardpressed to find another suitable option as affordable as ministrytracker.

Web based and easy to use. I use it to track and communicate the youth in my group. It helps me keep track and use my volunteers to track our teens. I really love it. It works great.

Keeps track of money, birthdates & information, parent information, etc. I love that we can use Ministry Tracker from anywhere and any computer. It's easy to use and my youth leadership kids can help with inputting information, when needed. Thanks Ministry Tracker!!!

Works well, just wish I could print double sided when printing year end gifts. Also our subscription was shut off briefly after our credit card was compromised due to fraudulent charges. Would have been nice if there was a little grace period and a chance to pay before just shutting down the account.

I'll add this recommendation to our updates now. It shouldn't be very difficult at all. Please send in any ideas like that when you have them. That's what makes MinistryTracker great -- the ideas from our partners! When a payment fails your account is still live and active. You are simply prompted to enter new valid payment information before proceeding. You can enter a new payment method and be working again within seconds. The entire process is automated and doesn't require any human interaction. You also receive email alerts if there is any problem with a payment so both your billing and admin contact people get immediate email notification.

Luther, You can access a mobile "app" version right now by going to your Web address on a mobile device. You can bookmark this to your homescreen of your device so it looks and feels like an app. Coming in June is a totally new UI that will look even better on smaller mobile devices. It doesn't make sense to create a native app as it's very expensive to maintain all the different versions for android and iOS and all the app does is communicate with the Web. If you haven't already, please check out the current mobile version. It's incredibly easy to do things like snap someone's picture with your mobile device and save it right to their profile, or quickly take attendance or check-in students and even print labels. 92% of Apps are downloaded and never used again after 30 days. The web App is beautiful and the way to be affordable and good stewards of your giving.

I have used Ministry tracker for a little over two years now and it is an invaluable resource for my ministry. Not only can I quickly communicate with my youth, parents and volunteers, I have an easy to use data base to keep all their contact information.

You may not be aware that we updated the entire site so that when you press the "print" button it only prints the main content and not the header or footers now. You should be able to print any report, but if you have special needs please let us know so we can look into adding those features.

I think overall MinistryTracker is a good product. I do not feel that is extremely user-friendly, but the support staff has always been very helpful in helping me learn how to use features. I just don't like having to contact support every time to figure out a feature. I feel MinistryTracker has a lot of features that are not relevant to my church needs at this time but could be very useful for other organizations or even our church as we grow. The cost of the subscription is good if you use all of the features, but I mainly use for tracking attendance.

Pam, Much of our competition write long user-manuals and their support is basically "go read the manual" or pay to talk to us. We'd rather answer your question right away with a live human and save you all the time of digging through a manual. We also develop great relationships with our customers over the years.
