We appreciate Ministry Tracker for their customer service and for the efficient system they provide. We are able to share information across several Ministries within our church and seamlessly keep track of attendance, personal outreach, giving records, families, and spiritual growth. With our "Skeleton Crew" staff it is very easy for us to work on Ministry Tracker and it is easy to use for our volunteers and congregants.

Your account has also declined the FREE training and interactive video training sessions. I believe if you contacted our top-rated support we could help you learn more about the system, how to quickly access the information you are looking for, and answer any additional questions you might have.

The support team is the best group that I've ever encountered! They respond quickly and are very accommodating when it comes to addressing one's concerns. They also provide excellent feedback and explanations after investigating and troubleshooting the issue. They even provide helpful links that further assist in resolving the issues. I highly recommend this software!

The ability to track attendance, get reports to make contact, and record contacts wth students and volunteers has been super helpful in organizing our relational ministry. Also, the financial and event registration tools have been very helpful getting us organized for events. Ministry necessity!!
