Pros

Software is easy to set up and use. Can be used from anywhere. Customer support is available all of the time.

Pros

Coveres everything from quoting, billing, distribution, accounting, and MTA's which is very helpful if you want to get everything done in one place.

Cons

The chatbot that it prides itself on could use work for true improvement. There's a lot of potential there, though.
