### "Mesmo sem conhecimento profundo, fiz coisas incríveis."

November 1, 2021

5.0

### "Make your webs quickly, easily and very colorful"

August 22, 2018

4.0

It is an excellent tool to make web pages quickly and moderately functional, very good for news pages or blogs that do not require a very complex operation at the systems level.

Pros

WordPress has become one of the most used tools for the creation of websites, and it is because it has several virtues that help you a lot in the rapid creation of a good website, among its main virtues it has a great variety of designs you can find these for free or pay but the variety is great, also has many plugins that will serve to add many features to your page as add forms or enter buttons to interact with social networks, many of them are free, for this and several reasons more is an excellent option to create your pages quickly and quality.

Cons

Do not think that it is a free service at all, if you can use it for free, but with some things like having to use it in your domain, or advertising, if you do not want any of this, you should pay, although it has several templates, it has certain limitations at the design level that you should keep in mind.

### "Simple to setup, easy to administrate, incredibly extensible"

December 11, 2019

4.0

Overall, Wordpress serves a variety of purposes and apart from the hate it might get - is a great solution for the right problem. If you have little to no development experience you can easily set up a custom site with a remarkable amount of functionality very easily and inexpensively.

Pros

Ease of use, accessible for non-developers and developers alike, and almost completely customizable. Wordpress gets a bad rap in the industry for being used too often, insecure and written in PHP, but when done well and used for the right reasons - it's an excellent solution for anything from simple brochureware and blogging to community sites and ecommerce stores.

Cons

The power of Wordpress can be too dependent on the community that uses and supports it. Sometimes these plugins can be poorly maintained, have compatibility issues, or lacking in features. Luckily, Wordpress is incredibly popular with a vibrant community.

### "A great content management system to build your business on!"

November 19, 2020

5.0

My overall experience with WordPress has been great. I've been a long-term user who doesn't plan on switching anytime soon.

Pros

As a long-time WordPress user, I like the ability I have to create my website experience based on how I need it to function. Because it's a flexible CMS tool it has allowed me to grow my business over the last several years.

Cons

If you aren't used to the system you can definitely feel like it's hard to understand. With the recent changes in technology, I'd say that it's improving. But it still may not be as easy to understand as other software. Don't let that deter you though because you should choose programs based on the goals that you want to accomplish.

### "Wordpress is the tool of choice for Web Development"

December 5, 2019

5.0

Wordpress help us build websites quickly, with a base template that is easy to maintain, and with great quality.

Pros

Wordpress is intuitive, easy to use, has lots of extension, and can be used for simple or large websites. As a content management tool, wordpress does a great job managing images and files. We use it all the time for blogging, and once you have a winning template all the publication process is a lot simpler.

Cons

Wordpress needs to be updated frequently (core and plugins) for security purposes. However, at the end it is a good thing because we need to make sure websites are secure. Besides, this is an industry problem, not exclusive to Wordpress.

### "Intuitive, Responsive Website Platform"

August 4, 2020

5.0

Wordpress works well for users of all abilities -- and you can create simple websites quickly, and complex robust full-featured websites as well.

Pros

We love that you can build robust, fully-featured websites that also have a really intuitive backend interface for making updates. Our clients love that they are able to update their websites easily, and we love that we can build complex, powerful websites for our clients while not sacrificing usability.

Cons

While the ability to use plugins is so valuable, websites can be impacted by plugins that aren't updated by their creators -- we've had a few outdated plugins that became vulnerable to security issues. Staying on top of updates is key.

### "More than a blog"

June 25, 2019

5.0

Have had an extremely positive experience with WordPress. We have done all levels with it as when we first started out we had our internal offices just put together a site that looked nice until we figured out what exactly we wanted to do with it. Eventually we bought a template and then hired out to have them further customize that.

Pros

So many templates to use - both free and purchased Can be hosted pretty much anywhere (we use GoDaddy) Can make a nice looking site without much web experience

Cons

There really isn't a con, you can do something simple for free with a bit of tech know-how or you can go all out and buy a template and hire out someone to make your site truly unique. It's all about how much you want to put into it.

### "Best Website Content Management System"

August 26, 2021

5.0

We use WordPress for all of our clients' sites. It's secure, easy to use and very SEO-friendly allowing our clients to get quickly found online.

Pros

I love the ease of use and how easy it is to deploy it. It's free and there are tons of plugins to customize your site and make it stand out from the rest.

Cons

Since it's free, you have to contact the Wordpress community with any issues when it's not plugin related. You can get conflicting answers to questions and sometimes the tips don't always work.

### "Ease Of Use And Decent Looking Website "

April 7, 2020

5.0

Overall it has been a breeze. I had to be trained on it once, and have not had any issues since. I don't edit all of our pages, however, our staff that does is less tech savvy than I am and have zero issues with the task. This is a great solution if you want to have a site that represents your business that won't break the bank and is highly customizable.

Pros

The ease of use for me is great. I handle the companies inquiries for sales, leads, etc. So when somebody posts to our site or leaves their information, I have to sift through these details before I can take next steps. The submission forms are very easy to use, and have helped me greatly. Even our marketing employees who are slightly less technically inclined have no problem altering pages and making refined changes to our site.

Cons

There are limitations to how polished or cutting edge your site will look. However this is something we find less of a priority in the interim as our site still looks professional, is able to reach fairly high with regard to SEO and continues to bring in new clients to our company.

### "Advanced platform for those who want advanced features"

June 26, 2023

4.0

I work with wordpress as a content publisher. I lean heavily on their learndash education platform as well as blog posting capabilities. WordPress handles both of these features really well and I think provide a top tier product for those looking to have strong-text based- content.

Pros

Because the wordpress builders work with code elements, you can truly craft your website to be whatever you want. So many plugin options, so many lay out abilities.

Cons

You need to be relatively proficient in HTML coding to be able to successfully implement wordpress. This can be a barrier for some.

### "Wordpress Review - My wordpress journey so far"

October 19, 2018

4.0

I'm co-working with my brother to try to have a writing startup with better users feedback and the best and safest pathway so far for this program is Wordpress. Clients also seem to pay higher to setup due to its functionality and professionalism, as compared to other platforms.

Pros

Wordpress is an open source cms platform which means users get the freedom to make modification to the platform and add better functionality. It has so much plugins they it can help newbie users have a strong takeup.

Cons

I had problem using the post editor/composer, especially when using paragraph- content wasn't wellspaced. It took me quite a number of failed attempts to get it -that is if I've really gotten it. Also exditing themes using theme editor doesn't seem to work. Users have to edit the theme from the file manager of the cpanel or by the use of ftp client and that's frustrating.

### "Great CMS depending on the situation"

October 13, 2017

4.0

Wordpress can give you a full-featured website that's not terribly hard to manage. Sometimes this makes it the best options regardless of whether or not it's the best option in all respects.

Pros

Wordpress is very powerful. If you use a page builder like Elementor or Cornerstone, they can greatly help in creating page designs. There's a plethora of pluggins. Whether your wanting to manage events, improve SEO, etc. there's probably a pluggin. There're also a lot of plugins that improve or extend the features of the backend of Wordpress (such as duplicating and re-arranging pages or posts).

Cons

Wordpress does have security vulnerabilities and it's also a popular CMS. This makes it a target for hackers. Even low traffic sites can have numerous invalid login attempts each day. Plugins are great, but each one you use has the potential to be a security breach, and each one you use can slow your site down a tad more. Page-load can be an issue with Wordpress sites since it has to query a database and because sometimes you'll be relying on a theme that you didn't build yourself. While Wordpress isn't excessively complex, it's not exactly minimalistic. It can be intimidating for clients to login and edit posts/pages. To conclude, I think my three major gripes with Wordpress boil down to: 1) Security 2) Performance 3) Ease of use Given the choice, I'd opt for a CMS that's a static site generator any day.

### "Perfect Open source CMS tool"

May 16, 2019

5.0

I just love to use Wordpress to create websites. Love to do customizations in it and 3rd party integrations. Bottom line is: A developer is nothing without WordPress. Thanks

Pros

Wordpress is really helpful to create any website. That's so amazing and easy to use. Quick installation, perfect themes, lots of plugins, easy customization and any third party API integration makes it different from other CMS tools. Anyone can install and install themes into it and run their own websites. I just love to use it.

Cons

Wordpress is really great CMS tool but sometimes plugins stop working after the version upgrade and sometimes DB gives issues. So that really annoyed. But overall, it made my life better.

### "CMS not just for bloggers!"

August 28, 2018

4.0

It is fast and easy to use. One of the best CMS out there. Beginners and advance users will definitely love its simplicity and almost perfect user interface.

Pros

Wordpress is definitely one of the most popular CMS today. It has lots of features and it is very beginner friendly. Here are a few reasons why I liked using Wordpress: 1. It is user-friendly. Just a few clicks and you can set up your basic website in no time. 2. Lots of free plug-ins. Free and useful plug-ins will definitely help you customize your site even more. 3. Lots of free themes. Don't have a budget for premium themes? Don't worry, there are a lot of free themes that you can use. They are responsive and clean. 4. Security. Wordpress is pretty much secure. You just have to update it regularly. 5. The forums or community is pretty helpful specially to newbies.

Cons

1\. Some free plug-ins and themes are not as secure as a custom or premium theme. 2. You need to keep an eye on every Wordpress updates or else, there is a small chance that your site will get hack.

### "WordPress: Create your own website for free"

March 29, 2019

5.0

WordPress makes life easier for everyone especially small business owners that needs online presence for their company which gives them the privilege to connect with more audience.

Pros

The software is easy to use, it takes between 2 to 5 minutes using the Automatic installation option on most of the Web hosting provider. A newbie who knows how to use Microsoft Word can use the software to build and create a fully functional website

Cons

Customization: If you don't have any experience with writing HTML and CSS codes you might not be able to customize the site/theme to your most preferred taste, but there are lots of plugins with which one can use to customize tweak the site theme to one's taste.

### "Been using WP for a decade and love it"

March 11, 2021

5.0

My experience has been really positive. I have built at least a dozen sites with WP over the years and they all look really professional with little effort and are so easy to edit with no hassle.

Pros

Wordpress is so easy to use and offers a seemingly inexhaustible supply of templates and options. You can make it as simple of difficult as you want by customizing very little (except text) to going full in and using editor to change whatever you don't want about a template. You get notifications for updates so I can check you site for issues. Plugins work easily with the templates and allow for great, user friendly sites.

Cons

I wish it was easier to integrate or partner WP with browsers like Google to ensure great SEO without all the effort. I know there are plugins, however, that is the one thing that isn't automatically easy to use with WP.

### "Best CMS available and highly extensible"

November 6, 2019

5.0

We've successfully created multiple websites that administrators/editors with limited technical knowledge can easily edit and update.

Pros

It's pretty much the best CMS available. It's open-source and free to download. We've built a complex online learning environment and multiple websites using WordPress. The ability to write your own themes and plugins means that the sky is the limit and you can really customise the system to your heart's content.

Cons

There's a bit of a learning curve to learn and understand the system architecture and how to write your own themes and plugins. But that's not something can can be avoided and would be the same for any other CMS or blogging platform.

Pros

It's heaven for web designers and non designers. There's literally no limit on what you can do with it. I loved working with Wordpress mainly for all the plug-ins that are available.

Cons

### "One of the best out there, also for newcomers"

December 6, 2019

5.0

Very good experience. Getting a site from concept to completion takes less time. Cookie cutter sites are easier to get out from free or paid online themes as long as heavy customisation is not required.

Pros

Hands down one of the best when it comes to getting a website live. Very easy to set up as long as you have the right credentials to the database. It is FREE and has so many plugins (extensions) that you can practically do anything from the backend given the right combination of tools and plugins. These range from SEO, layout managements, creating custom layouts, functionality, 3rd party integrations etc. The only place where you may need to break a sweat is when doing frontend theming, though nowadays, there are many commercial themes that allow you a great deal of frontend customization from the admin panel, so you dont have to get your hands dirty and deal with code. Also has a great online community for developers, themers and also people that are not very good at developing websites.

Cons

The sheer amount of plugins available makes it difficult sometimes to get what you need. You have to go through reviews of modules, online chats and review functionality of certain things to choose the best one. This is a good problem to have, though it does sometimes either takes longer to get the right plugin, or a few trials or if you get lucky, you have used a good one from experience before. Asking questions in the community also helps. Lots of helpful responses.

### "merits and demerits of word press "

June 26, 2020

4.0

I want to share the news on day by day basis.we are using the web site for hosting press releases, videos, events, surveys, and more. Word Press is the right choice for using a world-class product as free. it helps me to do work properly and fast because of the unique features.

Pros

I am using word press since 2017 for publishing my press releases. Page making and post creation are very easy. The main thing is, it is an opensource software with rich features.we can share our WordPress page /post in any social media.it will mark each and every action. The most loving part is we can customize the appearance.plug-in adding is also simple.

Cons

lack of editing tools for photo editing. The slider revolution part is also a little bit difficult. if we are trying to change the slider image, that takes more time to load pictures or some times it will not respond properly. Sidebar position arrangement is also very difficult. Video upload is also a little difficult because of its features. but we can add youtube videos link nicely.
