First, I immensely dislike that so much of the code is hidden pages, within pages, within pages. It is like it's designed so that only your original website developer can understand what they did. I am now editing two websites for companies that no longer want to use their developers, and figuring out where all the code has been written has been a bear. Also. sometimes, when I try to add custom CSS, the template completely ignores it and I end up using etc. I think the interface could also be cleaner.
