Something that is very useful is the ability to export and import the entire website with a plugin - this has saved many hours when moving hosts. Pros It is open source and therefore completely free. Using a plugin, it is possible to completely export and import the entire website to another installation. It has a simplistic and straightforward admin layout. It has many features for quick and easy blogging. Different themes can be used which are very customisable. Multiple users can run the website, with different permissions. Cons If you are not blogging and using it instead for a general information website, there are lots of unuseful buttons. Pros I love everything about Wordpress. I can easily create my web pages and blog posts without any prior coding knowledge. I can update my gallery, streamline my RSS feed, find useful plug-ins, and create a store. Most importantly, I am able to create drafts, hide urls, or publish content privately or publicly. I am able to create multiple users and also redirect links when needed. The app is also user-friendly, but it does not have everything as the desktop version. Cons It can look a bit overwhelming at first, however, once you watch a tutorial, wordpress becomes easy to understand, edit content, and customize your website. I personally prefer the Newspaper theme, though it is paid, but a value for money. Among the other website builder tools like Wix, Weebly, and other such competitors, I prefer Wordpress because of the extensive flexibility and numerous features it provides. The support for 3rd party plugins and in-built plugins takes this platform to the next level, making it the most preferred builder. Cons Themes are pretty expensive but a value for money.
