I like the ease in which a marketing strategy can go from concept to implementation in just a few simple steps, we use it mainly for API and POS.

Cons

I don't like the free email account provided but it's not a problem as we simply don't use it that much.

What I liked most about RepeatRewards was how simple and effective it was for running a loyalty program without a steep learning curve. The system made it easy to reward repeat customers, track points, and encourage return visits without needing complex setup or ongoing management. I also appreciated its clear reporting and straightforward redemption process, which made the program easy for both staff and customers to understand and use.

Cons

What I liked least about RepeatRewards was that the customization options felt fairly limited. Our overall experience with Repeat Rewards is positive, mostly because customer response has been good. Because of some of the integration problems we experience, we definitely don't utilize the program to it's full potential, which is impacts the cost effectiveness.

Pros

Customers definitely like the program and I'm convinced it does promote customer loyalty. It works especially well with customers who are making relatively large purchases because they see their points accruing quickly.

Cons

It doesn't integrate well with my POS program (Paladin), so we had to create a workaround in Paladin and we manually redeem customer reward coupons through the Repeat Rewards website in order to make the sales tax calculation comply with Wisconsin sales tax law. It also doesn't integrate with our online store (hosted through WIX) so customers sometimes get frustrated that they can't redeem their rewards when they purchase products through out website.

Reason for choosing RepeatRewards

To the best of my knowledge, it was the only program available at the time that worked with Paladin (even a little bit).

We will continue using RepeatRewards to track our customers' purchases and rewards -- it's fun and easy to use overall!

Pros

RepeatRewards makes it easy for our customers to earn loyalty points and gift certificates for our store! It also makes it easy to compile information (such as statistics, age group, and frequent shoppers) to make it easier for us to advertise for their needs.

Cons

It was a little difficult to figure out the software at first -- there are tutorials to use the product, however, we still had to figure out some of the features on our own accord.

The ease of use. Adding patients and their information is very easy, and it connects to our POS instantaneously.

Cons

Searching for patients, its kind of hard to do, but maybe I am searching incorrectly. It seems I have to click a few things in order for all the patients that have rewards to load up.

My Experience was good. It was easy to use, easy to set up, and ran flawlessly in the background once setup.

Pros

The software was extremely easy to set up and use. It is a great concept.

Cons

The software was actually quite good but we didn't get great results from it. I just think a loyalty program for our type of products doesn't work well. For others, it may work awesome.

Great program to drive customer loyalty. Besides the obvious punchcard functionality, the email, text and direct mail programs are all superb.

Cons

Could use a little work on both consumer and Merchant interfaces, but nothing that is a dealbreaker!

Pros

We have been very pleased with the Repeat Rewards program. It is very easy to use and doesn't require a lot of extra steps. It allows us to compete with large chains and their reward programs. A great addition to our pharmacy.

Cons

Wish it automatically integrated with QS1 point of sale vs having to swipe the card on a different machine.

It does what we need it to do and Repeat Rewards has been EXTREMELY accommodating and willing to work around our requirements and customize the software to fit our needs.

Cons

The user interface is not as "pretty" as other similar services. It would be great to check customer history from the tablet.

ease of website to use. Most things I need to review are on the main page or within a couple clicks.

Cons

If i want to change anything I need to call in and talk with support. Seems like some features (like the prize wheel) should be easier to change.

Cons

I don't like the multiple steps required to redeem a promotion or reward certificate. I feel this process could be shortened to be more user friendly.

Pros

Repeat Rewards is easy to use and keeps everything organized. The layout and design of the software make everything easy to find. The customer data and marketing tools really help us see how well sales are going and to get a good idea of the type of customers that are most loyal.

Cons

The help button does not function well. It's designed well, but there might be too many sub tabs for finding things.

We are using Repeat Rewards as our "Serenity Quest Loyalty Program" and it is going FANTASTIC!! Our customers love seeing their points add up! Our customers also get 10% off their nutritional supplements and the points. This program has really added an extra something special to our Loyalty Program.

Pros

Easy to enter new customers.

Cons

Finding reports I want to see. (but customer service is very helpful, so really isn't that much of a con)

User friendly, a combination of gift cards, loyalty cards & coupons, all in one. We are now able to gather reports on loyalty customers and much more.

Would have like to had some one on one training with the staff, there are lots of reports and things available that we were unaware of.

Pros

I love the loyalty program. Our customers are always excited to sign up and we are excited to see returning happy faces. It's easy to use and simple to set up!

Cons

I wish our customers had their own portal that they could log into to track their points and balance, or make any necessary changes to their personal information.

I like the programs that they offer and how they take care of keeping track of the points, and when certificates get sent out. I like that they tie into Epicor and we can transmit sales for the day. The one thing that I really really don't like is that I have to enter my customers into Epicor AND into their Repeat Rewards Website. Also navigating through their website is kind of cumbersome. For some reason a lot of the customers that we put into your website get flagged to not have the mail sent because it's undeliverable. I go in and unclick the box and they get their mail. There was nothing wrong in the first place.

Its a good tool for monitoring repeat customers

Pros

user friendly and very pleasant customer service. I like the fact that I can see my customers information at a glance.

Cons

I feel that from time to time the customers do not get there rewards due to change of address and they expect me to go in and resend it to them I think there should be an easier way to get a reward that was lost in the mail or not sent because account was accidently put on mail hold...
