Pros PandaDoc is very easy to use and the simple user interface makes it even easier for us to work with it. It is loaded with amazing form editing features that help us to create professional and visually stunning forms. It has a robust form editor that allow us to create any type of form that we require. PandaDoc has an e-signature function that enable us to sign forms easily and quickly. Its advanced security features help us to keep all our forms and their data secured. It was satisfying to myself and my clients. There was no confusion. Pros It is a great alternative to DocuSign. I do not use e-signing very often for my business and PandaDoc is very user friendly for my clients as well as flexible to my budget. Cons There was not anything I didn't like about PandaDoc. I've never had a problem with the program or their customer service. Switched from [Docusign](https://www.capterra.com/p/121506/Docusign/) DocuSign was too expensive for the value. President Photography Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Not Bad Overall, but Needs Better Support and less Glitches" September 2, 2025 3.0 We've been on the platform for about 6 years. The first 3-4 years were quite good overall, both in the functionality of the platform as well as the support/value. It has unfortunately not improved over time, but rather the glitchiness has gotten worse, and the support has really gone down in the past 1-2 years. Pros The platform gives lots of options for customization and template building. It generally meets all of our needs when it comes to proposal/contract writing. The value for cost seems pretty inline overall. Cons When it is working well, it is a great platform, but it is quite glitchy. You can almost be certain that the first time you click on a link it won't work, you'll need to refresh and try again a few times before it will work. The customer suppport used to be excellent, but it would seem that it has now been shipped overseas (replies come hours later in the middle of the night) and it is now very poor, especially when comparing to it once was. I'm sure they saved money, but the user experience took a major hit. Pros Product was relatively easy to get started in its trial. I liked that I could send out professional looking proposals with more than just a line item and a price. Cons Once the trial is over, you find out that the features that are really handy cost are only available in their high-priced tiers. This software is NOT for a small business on a budget; it's only for big companies with unlimited marketing dollars. Furthermore, any support is NON-Existent. It really separated my company from the others at the time. The speed in which you can produce a very professional proposal was great! Pros At the time it was pretty much cutting edge software. CRMS have now made it pretty much obsolete. Cons I loved it! It is just more or less obsolete now with all the CRMS having pretty much the same quoting capabilities built in. Smart document generation make our business proposal more alive with its stunning design option and interactive design element. Pros PandaDoc has make it easy to create agreement document and to create CPQ business document. Sales processes is now faster as the CPQ tools let me to automating the sales quote document in a minute. I only need to fill the information like customer email, product and price, after hitting the generate button, the document is automatically created and ready to be sent over to customer. Most important thing, it can integrate with Hubscpot CRM to share data between the two software and reduce the issue of mistyping customer information details. Cons To learn about how the CPQ functionality is taking time and lengthy learning curves. It is quite complex at first, but I manage to learn and understand it by following the demos and user guideline. It is user friendly to a degree but to wordpress or canva users it will be much more familiar Cons The process of creating a document seems a bit like it is the wring way around. User interface is very easy to understand. Cons Everything is great. I have not faced any issues. On using similar products before, I would sometimes miss pages I needed to sign. It's effective at both presenting and capturing information. Pros PandaDoc allows me to create standardized documents and presentations that can then be easily collaborated upon and edited to suit other teammates' needs. Cons I find that editing any documents with a combination of graphics and text can be a bit clunky. They will not refund you even if the error is on their end, and you are required to pay for the error until your next annual billing cycle. If you forget to remove a license before your annual due date, they charge you for the entire year. Customer service is like talking to a robot, no matter what the situation the CUSTOMER is wrong. Getting blood out of a turnup would be easier than getting a refund from this company. Cons Predatory billing, intentionally misleading, terrible customer service. I spend a good amount of my day drafting and sending proposals and pandadoc is a good help Pros pandadoc is a solid esignature tool. What I like the most is that it can help you quickly draft and send a contract while also being intuitive for the receiver. Cons not sure, there are some things they can improve though. Cons I worked for 3 hours to get my contract in, figure out how to use everything, etc. Then I was out of free contract sends (because I was a new user testing everything to make sure it would work went I need to close). I contacted, support but they weren't not able to reset my trial even through I was communicating with them for an hour as I figured out how to use the platform. So it was a waste of my time. I switched to digisigner, and was able to do what I needed and have upgraded to digisigner pro since.
