Pros PandaDoc makes our contract closing process straightforward and simple, while helping our team keep momentum and get to a running start with new contracts. Cons It's hard to beat the value PandaDoc provides compared to other alternatives for signing and sending contracts. All of our clients, from tech savvy to non-tech savvy have been able to use it with ease. President Events Services Used the software for: 2+ years ### "PandaDocs removes key feature unannounced " February 9, 2026 3.0 Usually pretty good service, but now just getting "I understand the frustration about losing the feature you previously used." Not good just pulling the rug out from under us with no advance notice. Pros We have used PandaDocs for about 6 years and it has been incredibly helpful in sending and signing contracts. Allows you to copy and download the files, and allows you a lot of creative ability to design and customize the contracts. Good integration with other apps. Cons PandaDocs removed a key feature that is essential in our business without any warning, which now creates additional time and effort to reenter all the same information that PandaDocs ALREADY has in it's system. We paid for an annual license and with the understanding that the features we pay for and use will be available. The TRANSFER DATA feature, would allow you to send the information in the contract to different templates. We do live events so that was very helpful in creating gig sheets for warehouse staff and event managers with all the key elements: Client, Contact name, phone, venue, date, timeline, what they have confirmed, etc. Now, we have to manually re-enter over 30 data fields that were in the original contract. Also, we used that to send invoices for payments. Once again creating more work for the office staff. The platform has made document management much faster, more organized, and easier to handle. While there are a few areas that could be improved, PandaDoc has been a reliable and valuable tool for creating and managing professional documents. President Photography Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Not Bad Overall, but Needs Better Support and less Glitches" September 2, 2025 3.0 We've been on the platform for about 6 years. The first 3-4 years were quite good overall, both in the functionality of the platform as well as the support/value. It has unfortunately not improved over time, but rather the glitchiness has gotten worse, and the support has really gone down in the past 1-2 years. Pros The platform gives lots of options for customization and template building. It generally meets all of our needs when it comes to proposal/contract writing. The value for cost seems pretty inline overall. Cons When it is working well, it is a great platform, but it is quite glitchy. You can almost be certain that the first time you click on a link it won't work, you'll need to refresh and try again a few times before it will work. The customer suppport used to be excellent, but it would seem that it has now been shipped overseas (replies come hours later in the middle of the night) and it is now very poor, especially when comparing to it once was. I'm sure they saved money, but the user experience took a major hit. In the past, the pricing was a bit high for startups, especially since we weren’t using all the features, but their new pricing is much more startup- and small team–friendly. I do not use e-signing very often for my business and PandaDoc is very user friendly for my clients as well as flexible to my budget. Cons There was not anything I didn't like about PandaDoc. Not just for our sales team but also our customer success team too. Pros It has hugely improved the way we share quotes and contracts with prospects and customers. Creating a fixed, but customisable quote builder that allows for accurate costings, clearly defined and looks professional. Cons It can be fairly complex to setup depending on how you sell your product. We have ended up with 100s of templates and content blocks in multiple currencies and at times can be a little overwhelming. Pros The interface is also very clean and therefore the signing of the documents by the patients who have to sign the forms of transporting them by an emergency vehicle is so easy when under stress. Cons The per-user charges are not very lucrative since our medical coordination team will expand, and customer support is too long to fix the errors of the custom templates. It is a great way to send over digital contracts and forms. It is easy to use. I am able to add all my services. My clients are able to easily sign and then I can keep record of contracts. They will not refund you even if the error is on their end, and you are required to pay for the error until your next annual billing cycle. If you forget to remove a license before your annual due date, they charge you for the entire year. Customer service is like talking to a robot, no matter what the situation the CUSTOMER is wrong. Getting blood out of a turnup would be easier than getting a refund from this company. Cons Predatory billing, intentionally misleading, terrible customer service. I spend a good amount of my day drafting and sending proposals and pandadoc is a good help Pros pandadoc is a solid esignature tool. What I like the most is that it can help you quickly draft and send a contract while also being intuitive for the receiver. Cons not sure, there are some things they can improve though. November 21, 2024 5.0 The experience with PandaDoc has turned to be a greater one than we had anticipated. It has made document creation and management become a lesser labour intensive task. PandaDoc allows us to create documents so easily and quickly. Moreso, its fantastic security tools has been making sure that our sensitive information remain safe. Pros PandaDoc is a very flexible product and has been easy to customize to fit the needs at hand for creating specific documents. It has delighted us with its superior data safety functions that has been keeping our sensitive documents and information safe when working on them and sharing them. PandaDoc has an inbuilt e-signing feature that has made it easy to add signatures to documents without having to first print them. It provide us with audit trails that help track all the documents access activities to ensure no unauthorized access is permitted.
