It makes creating, sending, and managing documents simple and efficient, while still offering flexibility and customization. The improved pricing model makes it an even stronger choice for smaller teams. I can highly recommend it. Pros I like how intuitive and easy to use PandaDoc is. It’s reliable, integrates smoothly with Google Drive, and offers great customization options. The team really enjoys working with it, and their customer support has been consistently helpful. Cons Honestly, nothing stands out as a negative. In the past, the pricing was a bit high for startups, especially since we weren’t using all the features, but their new pricing is much more startup- and small team–friendly. President Photography Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Not Bad Overall, but Needs Better Support and less Glitches" September 2, 2025 3.0 We've been on the platform for about 6 years. The first 3-4 years were quite good overall, both in the functionality of the platform as well as the support/value. It has unfortunately not improved over time, but rather the glitchiness has gotten worse, and the support has really gone down in the past 1-2 years. Pros The platform gives lots of options for customization and template building. It generally meets all of our needs when it comes to proposal/contract writing. The value for cost seems pretty inline overall. Cons When it is working well, it is a great platform, but it is quite glitchy. You can almost be certain that the first time you click on a link it won't work, you'll need to refresh and try again a few times before it will work. The customer suppport used to be excellent, but it would seem that it has now been shipped overseas (replies come hours later in the middle of the night) and it is now very poor, especially when comparing to it once was. I'm sure they saved money, but the user experience took a major hit. Pros PandaDoc is intuitive and flexible .E-signature is best in class and allow me to sign documents without having to print .Creating and sending contracts ,quotes is straightforward. Also the customer team is very helpful and responsive. Cons Something would like to see different is having a way I can schedule document to be sent on a specific day and time. Pros Product was relatively easy to get started in its trial. I liked that I could send out professional looking proposals with more than just a line item and a price. Cons Once the trial is over, you find out that the features that are really handy cost are only available in their high-priced tiers. This software is NOT for a small business on a budget; it's only for big companies with unlimited marketing dollars. Furthermore, any support is NON-Existent. The software generates all the necessary proposals I need in half the time it used to take with other softwares — Making sales close all the more faster. Cons It takes many hours / usage amounts to truly learn its functionalities. It really separated my company from the others at the time. The speed in which you can produce a very professional proposal was great! Pros At the time it was pretty much cutting edge software. CRMS have now made it pretty much obsolete. Cons I loved it! It is just more or less obsolete now with all the CRMS having pretty much the same quoting capabilities built in. It is very intuitive, yet it is quite costly to scale it to the whole staff of the hospitality. Pros The interface is extremely clean and the process of signing a document is painless to the corporate clients who reserve big hotel conference rooms. Cons The per-user licensing is a bad value-proposition to our customer-service team and customer support is too slow to fix image- and video-management errors on custom templates. It makes my job much essier and is easily understood by our customers. Pros PandaDoc is a handy product that allows us to have electronically signed contracts we used for contract work as well as submitting to financial institutions for lending purposes. I like the remote signatures that means we aren't driving across the state to get the signatures we need. Cons There are a lot of layout options for PandaDoc, but it doesn’t have ultimate freedom with layout and design so for some of our documents as we tailor them for customers I feel like I have to find workarounds. PandaDoc helps me to create beautiful forms that meets every need that i have. Pros PandaDoc offers an efficient editor that uses drag and drop functions making it very easy to create forms. Since no coding skills were needed, i had a very brief learning curve abd within a few hours, i had understood everything on how to use its features optimumly. PandaDoc has an in-built e-signature feature that makes my work easier to sign forms and authenticate documents before i share them. It also has a very secure storage vault that allows me to keep my forms well secured. Cons All aspects about PandaDoc has been impressive by a great margin. It has improved the experience of our customers to digitally sign the documents and send them back to us without much hassle. This helped us save time, which was utilized in the manual tracking of the updates previously. Pros I liked the cross-platform availability of PandaDoc as we can use it on a laptop as well as on our mobile phones. There are various templates to start with the editing of documents. We were able to integrate our Google Workspace seamlessly with PandaDoc. Cons I did not find difficulties using this software so far. I found the document editing process quite intuitive. Pros We use PandaDoc for our side business we use it heavily for contract signing and to keep up with different companies we have contracts with. It’s super easy to use and manage. Cons I wish it were a little bit easier to use when making new templates or there were more template options you can use to adjust. You can make your own blank template but it does take more time. It's effective at both presenting and capturing information. Pros PandaDoc allows me to create standardized documents and presentations that can then be easily collaborated upon and edited to suit other teammates' needs. Cons I find that editing any documents with a combination of graphics and text can be a bit clunky. November 21, 2024 5.0 The experience with PandaDoc has turned to be a greater one than we had anticipated. It has made document creation and management become a lesser labour intensive task. PandaDoc allows us to create documents so easily and quickly. Moreso, its fantastic security tools has been making sure that our sensitive information remain safe. Pros PandaDoc is a very flexible product and has been easy to customize to fit the needs at hand for creating specific documents. It has delighted us with its superior data safety functions that has been keeping our sensitive documents and information safe when working on them and sharing them. PandaDoc has an inbuilt e-signing feature that has made it easy to add signatures to documents without having to first print them. It provide us with audit trails that help track all the documents access activities to ensure no unauthorized access is permitted.
