Pros

We transitioned to several months ago to automate our proposal software development, delivery, and execution. What used to take us several hours per proposal now takes us minutes. The user interface is easy to use and allows you to customize your proposals and add features in that were difficult before, such as video. Also, you can create your content library to drag and drop parts of your proposal that might be different or unique to each proposal, such as descriptions of products and/or services that you offer. The pricing library can be preloaded with your products and/or services so you can streamline and automate the pricing process, including the calculation of multiple items and sales tax. Finally, the integration that PandaDoc has with HubSpot is simply amazing. By having this native integration, we are able to pull most of the information about our customers or prospects directly from our CRM, pre-populating the fields that would otherwise be time consuming to manually enter.

Cons

The only negative that I have about is that when you create items in dropdown boxes, you don't have the ability to match the font of those dropdowns with the font that you use in the rest of your document. I have heard that this might be changing soon but it does make the proposal look a bit unprofessional to have 2 different fonts used.

Overall it has been great. We've signed many clients through their platform

Pros

The templates, form creation, automatic saving, multiple party automatic signing are all great features. Also it is a reliable software, which is super important for us.

Cons

It would be great if they could integrate with our hubspot workflows more smoothly. Also formatting certain forms and fields can be difficult.Also not a huge issue but I have heard that the automatic reminders get annoying for our prospective clients - perhaps to make this option more readily apparent or "opt-in" would be useful. I've had to manually turn them off multiple times.

Pros

is an incredibly useful asset for simplifying my document workflow. Its drag-and-drop editor enables me to modify documents swiftly, and the tracking and eSignature capabilities provide assurance that my documents are secure and my clients are content. On top of that, the user-friendly interface makes it easy to collaborate with colleagues and customers. I'm delighted with how effortless it is to create and share documents with PandaDoc.

Cons

The one thing I disliked about is that there are no free templates and features available. If you want to create a professional-looking document, you have to pay to access the more advanced features.

we liked from the beginning for its sales training system. To this end, the platform provides content managers, collaboration tools, and online documents. In addition, it has helped us a lot with the management of budgets with its document management system with prices and discounts. It is without a doubt a document handling tool of all kinds, it is very versatile. We have been quite satisfied with our experience of using pandadoc. There are a lot of advantages when investing in the service. This platform integrates correctly with services like OneDrive. The use of API is highly recommended, for reasons of practicality, recommendable.

Pros

It is used for the management of contracts, with tools that allow even reviewing the life cycle of the same, and control their different versions. allows you to manage documents within the platform without having to be connected to the internet, and has an excellent integrated calculator for taxes. Pandadoc is recommended for its wide range of tools for managing all types of documents, stores and workflows. Your business process automation is excellent, and your Dashboard is extensively customizable. In addition, you can track the progress of each task. The training for pandadoc end users has been very profitable from the start. Thanks to that, it is easy for us to manipulate the platform.

Cons

The platform does not support the management of online payments, nor does it allow the billing of unforeseen expenses (emergencies). As a document manager, it fails to have optical character recognition, nor can it configure access controls for team members to stored documents.

Cons

No notifications option for expiring contracts. THis could be useful feature to be able to keep track of necessary renewals.

Pros

makes it very easy to create and templatize amazing looking proposals. The technology has helped us scale our business. It is way more than just an e-signature platform!

Cons

There really are no major cons here. As a SaaS company, at times it is hard to get a member of 's support team on the phone, but their library of best practices is helpful.

Digital e-signatures for the company. For proposals, authorization forms, interviews, etc.

Pros

Main advantage over Docusign is that it's free tier and also it's way easier for salespeople to use with it's interchanging block and templates. Makes it easier to send proposals and doc if you have more than one package. Easier to use than docusign which is a plus.

Cons

A lot of times when sending via email, it'll get lost in spam. And the worse part about it is, they know about this and they still put the sending from your own @company domain only at the highest pricing plan (Enterprise).

We streamlined the user experience and expedited our document signing procedure by using this tool.

Pros

With the tool, I can easily create contracts and proposals that are consistent with our company's image. It also looks highly professional without having to pay a steep fee to have someone else handle it for me.

Cons

does a lot of things really well, therefore it's difficult to criticize it. It's not always a PandaDoc problem when consumers experience difficulties opening documents.

We onboarded to upgrade our contract signing process from a simple Google Sheet that our clients had to print, sign and scan. So just that switch has made a huge difference. Since then we have also found many other use cases - such as employee contracts and performance review forms

Pros

Lots of really useful features that are really simple to use. Lots of integrations also available via Zapier which has saved us a tonne of time on processes

Cons

There are some features that are quite complex and take a bit longer to get used to or set up

Have still using for follow-ups, gets the correct signature from the correct person once you get the setup done.

Pros

Can recognize signatures on images with mobile which makes the product unique, can create automated approval flow and ensures it gets signed correctly within bands, limits and in the correct order.

Cons

The main dashboard should be simplified, we do not need to see everything in the main screen. The simpler (and faster), the better.

Pros

As a user of for 9 months, I must say that I was impressed with the ease of use of this platform. Creating, customizing, and tracking documents such as contracts and invoices became a breeze thanks to the user-friendliness of Pandadoc. I also appreciated the electronic signature functionality that greatly improved transaction speed.

Cons

Regarding the negative aspects, I found that the customization options are somewhat limited, which can be a disadvantage for businesses that need to further customize their documents. Additionally, the cost of can be a bit high for small businesses with a tight budget.

I really enjoy PandaDocs ease of use, Ive used many signature platforms include the large incumbent and found to be easier and lighter, with more and better features at a better cost.

Cons

Although the proposal generator/Document builder is robust, it can be a little tricky and can take some getting used to. However once you work out how it works it's plain sailing after that.

has given me a sense of security when it comes to signing off on agreements & proposals with clients. Clients too feel confident and don't waste our time when they receive a proposal via PandaDoc. We also find it easy to create beautiful looking proposals that change with the industry and proposal type. I can't ask for more.

Pros

Their templates are what drew me in first. I started using templates a lot as a reference and then decided to take a shortcut and pay for it. Before I knew it I had subscribed to their individual (now called Essentials) plan and 15 months later, I'm still there. The next best thing is their pricing tables and online payments integration. These make proposal sign-offs so easy to implement and for work to begin. This all adds upto to time savings. Goes without saying that document signing is fantastic and easy to verify.

Cons

Adding collaborators is expensive! So is using content library. They call them advanced features, but I dont think they are worth $59/user/month. I think that content library should be allowed at the Essentials plan which is $25/month

### "After six months of using Pandadoc"

I use for proposals and contract agreements for my Marketing consulting business. It allows clients to sign electronically and it notifies me when they have viewed the proposal which helps me track how engaged they are.

Pros

I like that notifies me when prospects view my proposals and it allows them to easily sign electronically without scanning and printing. I like that it gives me the ability to propose a pick list for clients and they can select which package or which services and it will automatically total them.

Cons

I can't clone whole pages, just content chunks. And I can't move entire pages, just content chunks. This is annoying. I find that a bit clunky. I also have not liked the visual aspect as much as designing on my own, and it hasn't let me compose in Landscape mode, so I have instead been designing my own proposal slides in InDesign and then when the client is ready to sign I just copy/paste them as images into an agreement. This is creating some double work for me, which is annoying and part of the reason I wanted a software in the first place was to minimize time spent on proposals.

Overall, is a great product to use for basic document creation in word and PDF format. Great for document storage and organization. Easy to send documents to your clients and easy to see the status of all your documents simply by reviewing your account dashboard.

Pros

It may get a bit confusing to use at first if you plan to intergrade with other software for automation, especially when trying to set up the signer roles, but if you are simply looking to send documents directly from the platform, it will make getting documents signed a breeze

Cons

The integration roles don't always work as they should. We use zapier to integrade various software for automation and the capabilities allowed at minimal at best. Also, some of the integration fields are mandatory even if you don't have any need for them so you have to really get your brain hamster to improvise and work around that obstacle.

Reason for choosing PandaDoc

Given our company needs, it was easier to decide for because of the great value compared to the competition.

### "PandaDoc: document management powerhouse"

For a long time, we were handling our customer contracts by creating a digital document, faxing it to our customers for signature, and then having them fax it back to us for our records. Managing this process was time-consuming and since it was all done via fax and email, it was a real pain for follow-up. We had looked into several solutions for document creation and management, but none seemed to quite do everything that we needed. We stumbled across in our research and have not turned back. Their online document creation tools were already best in class when we started and have been improved regularly since we started with them about 2 years ago. The ability to upload documents created with a program like Word or Pages and set them up for signature has also been key. But I think most of all I LOVE the way they've set up e-sign. It's fast, convenient, easy, and works in nearly every case we've had in the last two years. We've expanded beyond project contracts and now run almost everything that needs a signature through this system. Their service is top-notch, they provide a lot of value for the money, and I have not regretted our purchase...ever. I can wholeheartedly recommend this product to nearly any business.

Pros

Cons
