Sales, is, about efficiency. Having control of the little elements and details that quickly tend to be out of your control. makes things easier. The obvious is it allows you to create documents with easy templates and modules to follow. What I like most are the features that come after. When you send a document it lets you know when it is opened, how long its opened and which part of the document the receiver pays most attention to. That is an invaluable bit of information when entering negotiations. It also ensures accountability by recording every transition the document has undergone from creation, editing to approvals

Pros

The tracking and Audit trail features The activity log of the receiver's actions. Allowing clients to sign electronically. Adding an in-person sign feature for assistance by sales rep

Cons

Nothing at the moment. Yet to find something I hate about . Still using, will revert when I find one.

### "Panda makes my life easier"

Panda has been used since before the pandemic, but in it (2020) it helped us a lot to carry out work from home, it is no longer necessary to be present to sign important documents.

Pros

That our collaborators are sure that their documents will be signed remotely by the necessary person, I highly recommend it especially now, during the pandemic. We work from home and the documents are signed in the same way. It's very safe

Cons

Send a lot of emails for a single movement, emails are useful for tracking signatures, but it can be a bit stressful to receive so many when you have a lot of movements for a day

Reason for choosing PandaDoc

It has tools that are very useful, the follow-up to the documents, the assignment of collaborators, the follow-up emails and its ability to transform documents.

It was near perfect using Panda Doc. Can make signature documentation easily and share it with the employees. Saves a lot of time for HR team for digital signature generation.

Pros

It is very easy for signature documentation, digital signature and HR forums.

Nothing much, this app is near perfect. It'll be better if they update UI.

### "Great concept - but some serious bugs, and issues on support"

Good embedding. document signing features, and capabilities for proposal sending/components to put together.

Pros

The company had a wonderful concept to bring to market, with great (potential) tracking and document signing/embedding The real reason to use, is its a money saver vs. the current industry leads. However, don't expect it for the analytics component they sell, as there are issues there.

Cons

\- They have serious issues on customer support, follow up, and execution. - They have bugs that have lasted months/years in their organization, and with little follow up from customer support, for issues on their reports of tracking, email, and view analytics - Things like the analytics feature sends false information on reports (their real value-add/differentiation), and has incomplete data when you actually compare the analytics generated on proposals or documents sent vs. the real use. - As well, their customer support can fluctuate a lot, and they've had significant staff changes which change communication with tickets for support

Overall experience with this product is 99% useful to make my work easy .

Pros

I like the most in is SLL Security Because all data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and have sophisticated encryption keys management

Cons

Least i like is multiple party signing i do not always use the e signature multiple times.

Quoting is great with it, which helps a lot in many of our transations.

Pros

The client-editable quotes are awesome. The UI is good (UX needs some work, below). Content re-use is great. Love the signing and notifications.

Cons

Clunky interface (pretty, but not smooth). Makes it hard for us to get work done sometimes because we're waiting for the interface or having to move things around because they jump. The design philosophy and UI are great, but the UX leaves a little to be desired. Also, some refinements like keyboard shortcuts, maybe a favorite or most used bar. In addition, we'd love more integrations. We're big into Google Apps, I'd love calendar linking that told us when we sent something (calendar item), when it expires (calendar item), etc. The lack of sorting options, and default sorts that "stick" in the documents/ templates list is killing us. Open a folder, wait, sorted by default (age? Which is the least helpful when dealing with dozens/hundreds of docs). Sort by name. Wait. Would be AMAZING to be able to set "sort by \[name\] \[date\] \[recent\] \[X\] as default" so we don't have to resort and reload every single time we go looking for a document. For heavy users, this is a real burden, wasting time waiting for the product to be usable, instead of doing work. It's a good standalone product and helps a lot when we have a document built and send out multiple versions. Building documents is still a little clunky. And some of those "native" integrations such as calendar would be great, to make it less standalone.

Used the free version for a few years - then they took away unlimited signatures - tried to buy 1 but would not allow it - so we find a better alternative.

Pros

Quality product that works every time. We need signatures for tax filings but do not need templates or have a need to upload contracts.

Cons

Now charge for more than 5 signatures a month. Tried to buy their package, but since we had 2 they would not let us downgrade to one subscription. We are a 2 man shop that only needs 1 subscription.

I like that this software allows us to share critical documents that are important to our onboarding process with clients in a manner that is easy for both parties.

Cons

It logs me out if the 3rd party connection to sales force often and sometimes the documents will not even show up.

Panda doc has saved me a lot of trips to the mail box as well as offices. It has helped me to get things signed and sent over in less than 30 seconds and for that I am grateful.

Pros

I love that panda doc is easy to navigate through and the fact that it helps get important documents signed and sent securely through a fast and easy process. The software is very reliable.

Cons

I don’t have any cons to using the product yet other than sometimes it loads slow .

I had high hopes for this software and am leaving exceptionally dissatisfied. Normally I wouldn't write a bad review, but this is more of a warning to others so they don't get surprised like I did.

Pros

Cool name.

Cons

#1. No text wrapping in fields. If you put a field on a form and someone types past the end of the field, it does not wrap text. It also does not tell them they hit the character limit. So what happens? Anything extra is lost with no way to retrieve it. Quote from support "Unfortunately this is a known issue. At this time there is no way to retrieve any information in these situations. " Yes, in 2016, a software company creating fillable fields is not capable of wrapping text or telling a user they are at the limit. #2 No batch sending. Want to send the same document to 20 people to complete individually? You have to manually add all 20 contacts, then manually send each one of them an individual form that requires an 8 step process. That's 160 steps to send 20 people the exact same form. #3 No way to identify required fields. Creating a doc with lots of fields with a mix of required and not required? There is no way to differentiate them visually. To check your work you must click on each field and see if the box is checked for it to be required. Nightmare of epic proportions.

It's been good, we're happy with the platform.

Pros

has made our digital contracting signing and proposal process significantly more efficient and easier to use. The contracting software we were using previously always confused customers and it made signing the contracts to start business a pain. Have not had a single complain from a customer since we moved. Our old proposal process was a long, complicated and manual process in various graphic design applications. It would take us significant time to put a proposal together. We did have a bit of a hiccup trying to figure this out, but PandaDoc was able to build a custom proposal for us at a reasonable price, and now we're able to get out beautiful, complex proposals 10x faster than before. ProTip: If your proposal document is complex, get PandaDoc staff to create a template for you, it's 100% worth the cost!

Cons

runs slow for some of our staff and they have been unable to find the solution / source of this slowdown.

We use it for sales quotations. It makes it easier for us to track and manage our documents. Because it has integration with Hubspot too, we can quickly reference our Hubspot CRM for the quotes as well. We love this service but it is a bit pricey for our region though.

Pros

is simple to configure and easy to use. I love that you can manage and track the sending of the documents especially when its for external customers. The fact that you can add a layer of approval to documents before you send out to external customers is great too. Plus points that it has the mobile app as well!

Cons

Sometimes, external customers do not want to click the link that leads to the document. They would rather that they see the document straight away on their email inbox. In fact, some email systems block the emails we send through .

Is a great tool to manage your contracts, invoices and others. Easily to setup and get it running. It saves you a lot of time when it comes to documents hassle.

Is not the cheapest in his category, would be great if they offered some discounts.

Pros

is very easy to manage, and take in our hands. The UX, UI is very simple for our customer. The connexion with all the tools that we use our on the top (hubspot, slack, google sheet).

Cons

The management of document is not very UX friendly. It's difficult to find the document that we search juste by having a look. Also, it's not possible to create some variables with our CRM.

Overall Pandadocs has provided a cost effective solution for proposal sending and signing. It’s integration with Hubspot really helped this software “take the cake” when I was choosing which proposal software to use. Although it took some getting used to, I now feel comfortable using the software and take comfort in knowing all my contracts and proposals are signed correctly and properly.

Pros

As a marketing freelancer, I have been using this software to send proposals to clients. For me, there was one big advantage with Pandadocs over its other market competitors, Pandadocs intragrates with the CRM system Hubspot. Pandadocs makes sending my proposals easy and it can be done straight from Hubspot itself. Meaning whenever I need to check a client or enquiry’s proposal and contract it’s all there in one place with all of their other information. This software also allows for proposals to be accepted and signed electronically. This cuts down on the amount of back and forth emails usually needed to get a contract signed.

Cons

Initially I found this software more difficult to get to grips with than some of the other market competitors that I had tried. I found the design aspect of creating proposals tricky as I couldn’t always get the design or feel I wanted. Aside from this, I haven’t ran into any significant problems with this software.

Disappointed. I found collaborative in the early years and receptive to feedback and suggestions, now it seems they are just focused on extracting as much money as possible from their clients.

Pros

The product is easy to use. Great template editor and the calculator makes it easy to generate quotes quickly and easily.

Cons

The features are great. I would just alert other users as to the continual cost increases. Last year was a 20% +price increase and then this year again they are increasing our cost by another 20%+.

Reason for choosing PandaDoc

At the time we chose them it was based on the feature set and their willingness to listen to feedback.

We improved our order to cash cycle using the e-signing function since the delivery of the invoice is now instant instead of the 2-3 days taken for the physical invoices. We can also track the status of various documents using the dashboard and the workflow management.

Pros

Intuitive User interface and easy to get started with, clean dashboard with everything neatly organised and accessible. Really love the signature function and the analytics available.

Cons

The mobile app could be a bit more user-friendly.

Pros

I like how easy it is to set up the document to be signed, dated, initialed, etc. by our clients and partners. I also like the tracking of the document and being able to see where the document went and who viewed it when. Finally, I like the ease for our clients and partners, who often struggle to know how to digitally sign a document. I also like the feature of being able to remind people to sign.

Cons

There isn't anything I don't like, but we use the free version so our usage is limited.
