Pros

I enjoy the drag and drop aspects. It's overall easy to use once you get in. We have already created custom designed templates via our internal design team.

Cons

One big con would be the line item discount option. We would like to be able to put in the exact discount, rather than playing process of elimination with decimals. Also, when i click tab inside the pricing table thinking it will take me to the next box, it takes me to the bottom of the document. Otherwise I'd say to are my two changes I'd like to see.

Pros

This software is very useful and helpful to our clients life, this makes our clients life easier. We have been using this software everyday to interacts our claimants for electronic signature and its very very easy to use as long as you are connected to the wifi or internet. no need to download the application you can still use it as long as you have a link for the document. its very easy to understand the instruction and easy to navigate.

Cons

there is a delay sometimes with the document and also there is a downtime as well but overall this software is very very useful for me everyday

Having implemented PandaDoc prior to Covid, we were able to still do business with our customers remotely with the use of PandaDoc esign.

Pros

PandaDoc has changed how we interact with customers making signing contracts and sending proposals so much easier

Cons

There are occasionally times I find that signed contracts don't automatically come to my inbox and document reminders need to be sent.

### "Integrations and workspaces help me manage multiple brands in the same account"

Pros

I like the workspaces where you can have different brands, users and templates so I can manage various departments under the one account. I like that you can integrate with our CRM and grab dynamic field data to pre-populate some of the forms we use.

Cons

I think it could be cheaper to compete locally here in Australia with some alternative products.

Cons

Very SLOW interface. Very difficult in high volume situations. Any tools to make it easier require cost prohibitive plan subscription

The product really helped us save time when we needed urgent approvals where e-mail approval was not enough alone.

Pros

Getting approvals from management is very easy using the product as they can e-sign any forms that were submitted by their mobiles as well. Their technology can verify the legitimacy of the signature which gives security. Can support pdf and even jpg files.

Cons

There is a bulk sending feature but couldn't use if efficiently even though we needed it as it asks each field to be assigned to certain roles and doing it one by one is same as sending one by one. So I would say some features can be simplified.

Pros

We use PandaDoc software for all of our customers' digital forms that need to be filled out and signed electronically. It's a great option for forms management and collecting e-signatures. It is easy to set up new fillable form templates and send them out through our software for completion/signatures. Their customer support is always helpful.

Cons

Doesn't have as many additional features and customizable aspects that other document management softwares may offer, but it is a great option. They can sometimes have a bit more down-time than I would think larger companies would have; may take longer to resolve service issues.

PandaDoc is a fantastic document management tool that has helped me streamline my document workflow. Cons

I can't describe it as anything less than excellent, particularly when working with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and the development team to help make continued improvements, and provide quick support for unexpected errors, which rarely occur.

Pros

PandaDoc is an excellent product that continues to see improvements by their development team, who is always open to feedback on ways to improve on functionality and user experience. Their support and willingness to adapt the product for more improved functionality has always been top notch. Their modular system is easy to use and navigate, and integrates with Salesforce, to help our team work efficiently in preparing proposals for their open opportunities.

Cons

It has some components that can be a little sensitive/clunky, but the PandaDoc team continues to work on improvements and response rates. I see these cons as temporary, and overall not a concern.

Cons

Specifically to Hubspot, the available integration tokens. Additionally, and this might be something I need to better edify, how to best manage team/ client document (contracts, pro formas and invoices) via integrated partner (Hubspot) for better team collaboration.

Pros

Functionality is perfect for what we looking to have it do. Easy to set up the documents you need to have signed and on the back end easy for the user to sign and return.

Cons

It does take some time to set up the formatting for the documents, but the support team is great to assist with that.

Pros

PandaDocs is very easy to use although the interface can be quite confusing for first timers. It does the job and gives a lot of option to speed up things and processes. It is a great tool to manage contracts, collecting information, signatures and everything else needed - from beginning to end. It helped me a lot as an Executive Assistant to speed up everything at ease. I really love the option to customize fields as needed and however I want them by creating different variables. The help center is also great and easy to grasp.

Cons

I like a lot of things with PandaDoc - nothing much that dislike. However, the lack of "tidying" or cleaning up a certain design/format for a document is not fully available. I hope PandaDoc would deploy more features.

### "Easy Platform for Managing Contracts"

Overall, our office used three different platforms for digital signatures, and this was the best one by far.

Pros

The platform is easy to use. You can both gather signatures for any legal agreements, and you can also collect payment, which is the main reason my office chose this software. It worked very well for our firm.

Cons

The only thing I would want to change is to be able to send documents from different names or a separate email address. This way it would look like the contract was being sent by the client's point of contact, which may not be the main attorney that held the account.

I really enjoy this tool!

Pros

This software gives a professional look to my quotations so that it impresses my future clients. When they see this quotation, they get a "wow" effect and with it, they have a confirmation that my service is great.

Cons

I wish Panda Doc could integratr videos directly from Loom. Right now, I have to upload my videos from Loom to my computer and then from my computer to Vimeo which takes more time. Also, in the signature field, it would be great if I had the possibility to remove the word "signature". I hate using this term as it's too formal and is linked to a BIG LEGAL engagement for many future clients. Right now, I avoid this field because of this. If I could remove the word "signature " or change it by "agreement of this document", it would improve Panda Docs.

Great experience. Everyone I've spoken with at PD has been extremely helpful, willing to accommodate, and the product works very well. I'm also happy that the pricing is completely on-point. 100% recommend to anyone needing a solution for proposals, contracts, etc.

Pros

This is one of those companies and products that has nailed it. The onboarding was SO quick - it took about two weeks to be in a position where my sales team can use the product. The onboarding support is great - very responsive, and the documentation is pretty good too, making self-serve work much easier. There were no unpleasant surprises with the integration and the use of the product is really easy. Love all the integration options and best of all, PandaDoc has a ton of flexibility when it comes to how to handle pricing.

Cons

The only thing that bugs me is that there's one field that can't be synced from Salesforce which seems to be more of an issue with how Salesforce stores data. Other than that I have no issues with PandaDoc.

Gave us a centralised document workflow for proposals and contracts.

Pros

PandaDoc is generally an awesome tool. It makes creating proposals, contracts, and other documents very easy. The document editor allows you to use custom CSS, which is awesome, and the design tends to be very intuitive. We were able to create a template that closely matches what we were previously doing in Apple Pages.

Cons

While the editor is well designed, it can sometimes be finicky with formatting (PandaDoc support let me know they're working on rebuilding the editor to handle this issue, which is good). I'd also like easier way to share multiple blocks between documents  the content library feature is great but can be tedious. Content block multi-select would be really useful. It's also frustrating that certain bits of functionality require more expensive plans. In particular, Zapier integration and webhook integrations require the Enterprise plan. That's a huge bummer.
