For the past 8 months, the intergration with ZOHO has not worked at all. They keep having people at various levels of management contact us....and nothing. All appearances of caring and NO SOLUTION.

I mostly use it for contracts, so it does the trick.

Pros

I like that it converts documents so you can edit them and you can create little templates that you add to your library you can use for any new document needed.

Cons

I don't like that your clients can't redline. It is super hard to operate unless you do a tutorial with their sales team, and even then, I am sure I am missing a ton of cool features I could be using. The app is terrible and not mobile friendly at all.

PandaDoc webapp and its chrome plug in extension work well in sync with Pipedrive. So I can track my documents status straight from my CRM. Documents overview is a useful feature too.

Pros

I enjoy using PandaDoc for sending quotes to my customers.

Cons

It seemed so confusing when I first started using it 2 years ago. UX and onboarding could be improved.

Pros

Panda Doc allows for a free trial and I could test the app before paying

Cons

I didn't like that there's no direct integration with Paperbell, a software I use for coaching clients.

The simplicity of the platform makes signing a contract a breeze, and allows me to make the income that I work so hard to earn.

Pros

I like to check in on my prospects from time to time before the point of sale. Seeing where they viewed the contract lets me know what their main concerns are so that I can answer them without them having to ask.

Cons

Can’t really say I dislike anything about the platform. I’ve ver had an issue with it that wasn’t our own fault.

I really save time with Pandadoc and I also increase the professional aspect of my documents. I also use Pandadoc to build proposals: it gives a positive and innovative image towards my new clients

Pros

I really enjoy using PandaDoc for many business uses. I often generate recurring documents for my customers any easily can customize them to specifics needs. I like the professional look and feel, monitoring access and expiration date, really enjoy token and electonic signature.

Cons

When you have a long document such as legal contract it's very painfull to create it because block management (normal text versus title) is not very easy to use : drag and drop not easy in such situation. Image management : size, location , quality definition sould also be improved.

I like the integration with other software such as Hubspot. We can view and create proposals from within our Hubspot CRM.

Cons

Very little mobile functionality. There is a PandaDoc app and I can access documents mobilly but the mobile view is not optimized and it is not designed for mobile use.

Very good - have had clients mention how professional it looks and has helped close business.

Pros

Outputted forms look professional, load quick and clients like them. Helps close business once you have the forms setup properly!

Cons

It can be a struggle to get things to line up properly, especially when you have pre-existing long multipart forms where you'd like clients to complete fields inside blocks of text. End up having to juggle CSS & hope! Mostly an issue when working with existing forms, if creating one from scratch it works great.

Overall this is an amazing software that takes care of so many business needs with ease, mainly: - ESignatures - Proposal creation - Proposal tracking - Payments - Keeping track of pricing The learning curve is a bit steeper than other like products, however, once you get the hang of you you'll see that it is hands down the best software. Yes the pricing is usually higher than other proposal softwares, however, you'll find out that it is much much more than a proposal generation tool and the convenience and ease of having so many features in one place saves so much time and money needed to run and integrate multiple platforms to do the same thing.

Pros

the scope of features is unmatched by any other software the scope of native integrations into tools we already use tracking of users and activity HubSpot integration Dynamic pricing grids and ability to store products/services for ease of use later

Cons

Because of how powerful this tool is and how much it can do, the learning curve is much steeper than other products we've used. However, once you get the hand of it it blows everything out of the water

### "I've helped get PandaDoc up and running for a client"

Beautiful layout and design, easy organization.

Pros

I worked with PandaDoc to bring it as a solution to a problem one of our clients was having. They wanted consistency and control over their proposals. Through our research, we found PandaDoc as a solution. Not only could you control the consistency from document to document, but you can streamline the process of entering information, organize the proposals by sales person, set admin controls for review, get digital signatures, and about a hundred other things. The thing I appreciated most about the application was the ability to great a great looking document that combined live, editable text as well as graphics. This streamlined our design process and gave them a beautiful looking proposal document.

Cons

While formatting the proposal, it was difficult to see where the 8.5x11 page breaks would land. You can "add" a page break anywhere, but that won't indicate where the page will actually end when downloaded. For our client, it was important to have a great looking document when downloaded as a PDF. We ended up having to do trial and error by making changes and downloading each time to see if it looked alright.

Very positive software.

Pros

Very simple to setup and deploy, I love that it alerts us when the customer opens it and approves the proposal.

Cons

I wish we could use the tab function inside a quote, and the phone app needs an easy way to change the status as well as do the final signing on our end. I need to always log on to a computer to do my final signing. Also it would be great if we can incorporate into our CMS software but that might be a big wish.

At the beginning it was a good experience, but no I am cancelled my subscription and going to another software. Is not acceptable for me without any support and so many problems

Pros

When I signed up for Pandadoc, it was the right choice for me. Getting insights from customer, interactive documents with videos and some other options. Performance was great and customer loved it. But it changed a lot the last weeks

Cons

Editing is not always running smooth. A lot of problems occur when editing documents, sometimes you loose the whole document. Clicking one a contact, you don\`t see that you already sent documents. Customer can\`t open documents. In the last weeks a lot of problems came up and I lost a lot of clients due to problems with PandaDoc. Customer support doesn\`t reply.

Have used about 4 years now and love it! When I started my own firm didn't even look at other options, just automatically used that!

Pros

As a tax professional I need to get lots of signatures on forms. This software allows me to in about 30 seconds upload, add the signature templates and send to the clients. Love it!

Cons

There needs to be a different pricing between $9 and $50/month. I want to still have some of the features of the $9 but have too much volume, but not enough to pay $50. A few more layers of pricing would be awesome.

Overall it's a great tool to manage your time well with good and presentable document created, at your service.

Pros

1\. For the purpose of client docs signatures, this tool is used by the Marketing and HR department of the company. There is also a mobile application available for PandaDoc, which is very good. 2. You can also include videos within the doc as you send. 3. It also comes with an option of email tracking, so you can know if the doc was opened by who all and by who all not. 4. You can also save a lot of time, because it's more user friendly and has a better look and feel than MS Word.

Cons

1\. When it comes to using dashboard, they should come onto increasing the search options. 2. You can upload a lot of things, but not a template. Please look into adding a template option with Mail.
