Pros The process is quite simple, even enjoyable for both us and the clients, thanks to the user-friendly design, straightforward procedures, and seamless connection with other programs. Good-looking proposals are also simple to develop and customize with PandaDoc. Cons Some integration fields are required even if you don't need them, so you must truly train your brain hamster to innovate and overcome that challenge. Pros What I find most amazing about PandaDoc is how it makes it easy to create quite complex documents with a list of tools and features while enabling collaboration. Cons I would prefer an offline version too so that without internet, I can still work on any document and sync it when I have access to internet. Pros \-Easy to use -Great analytics, will prompt you via email when a customer has viewed your document or signed it, not only that but will ALSO tell you have long they spent looking at certain pages, can become so useful. -Gives you all the tools to create a really professional sales proposal -Good customer support Cons There is nothing I can think of in which I dislike about PandaDocs, perhaps making it easier and more obvious when deleting documents however I would be really nitpicking by using this as a con. Would recommend to growing sales teams. Pros Great experience to use as a sales rep, the pre-set blocks to drop into quotes or invoices made it simple to get documents ready to go. Tracking opens and comments being built in was a great experience, especially sending reminders via the app. Cons Sometimes the mapping to Salesforce was tough to reconcile and formatting text could be cumbersome at times. We appreciate the continued enhancement and refinement of PandaDoc features, and have no plans to move off of this platform any time soon. " May 11, 2018 5.0 Super easy to send out what I need and love seeing what time to the customer viewed, signed, and paid the document. Pros Super easy! It only takes a view seconds to send out an agreement. Everything is already set up in a template and all I have to do is fill in like 2 items. I also LOVE how I can see when the customer views it, signs it, and pays it. Also love how I can see how long they spent on each page and how many times they viewed it. Cons The only dislike I have is sometimes I don't get replies from the customer to the email with the document (hopefully that makes sense). No problem at all though! I just send an email and say not to reply to that one, but my work email. Super easy. Cons PandaDoc has lot positives than negatives but sometime when customers used to report documents were not opening bust most of the time they were solved by re sending or waiting for sometime. For example we use PandaDocs for all of our HR documents from offer letters to compensation plans, company policies and even workplace compliance records. We also use PandaDocs for all of our sales documents from order forms, to renewals to scope of work documents. PandaDoc's ease of use paired with its capabilities has made it a company-wide staple. Pros My favorite part of the PandaDoc software is how easy it is to use. Once you understand the basics, PandaDocs is incredible intuitive primarily due to its user friendly interface. As my company's PandaDoc administrator I like that PandaDoc doesn't require extensive training to users. This makes it easier to roll out company wide. Cons PandaDoc's pricing table can be frustrating because it doesn't function like a typical excel-like spreadsheet. Our sales reps will constantly express their frustration about this. In many cases it limits are capabilities or greatly increases the time and effort we have to spend on certain documents specifically sales orders. Review Source Kristy W. Apart from that I can easily create contracts, proposals and different legal documents through its variety of function. Pros Pandadoc is stable, and that makes it a reasonable option to work with digital signatures, since their information will remain secure. There are many customizable models for signature formats, and allows for inclusion in many documents, including several for audit records. Cons In terms of electronic commerce, this platform has been of little use when wanting to work with self-service portals or inventory databases, as it does not even have an integrated product configurator. In conclusion, it does not work for it. We have automated the internal and external processes for the creation of quotations and proposals based on the content library and the templates creation features. Also, it offers an easy way to get electronic signatures for documents and agreements. What we like most is the ease of use. We highly recommend it! Cons We find PandaDoc slow to load sometimes or when downloading a document. Also, the pricing table is pretty restrictive. Other than these, we do not have any other issues or concerns. PandaDoc makes it easier to streamline and automate document management, providing better insights and performance. Cons One feature that is missing from PandaDoc that would be very useful is a way to check the version history of a document. They listen to your needs and even helped us built a custom integration. Very happy with the service and responsiveness. When we first launched with them the product seemed very young, lots of features to get built out. Now, the features continue to roll out and our lives just get easier and easier. Love them, would recommend them for anyone, especially for custom solutions as they were one of the few companies who were even interested. Our reps are the best. Pros Flexible, I really like the templates and tokens. We are able to pass data from systems right into the docs. Cons Never had any issue, except for a few crashes, but that depends on the document weight and on my pc RAM.
