We use it for our proposals and contracts. Works great for this, and it keeps getting better.

Pros

We get contracts signed. The signer forwarding feature has been beneficial and time-saving. Tokens are also a huge help in connecting with our CRM and other tools.

Cons

The design is clunky, and you can't edit the document at the same time as someone else because there is too much risk of losing work or whole sections.

It has helped us bring in more money, faster. It's pretty easy to use and we don't have to keep track of physical contracts anymore which is awesome. Everything is in one place!

Pros

The fact that you can easily send invoices online has made a huge impact on our business. It's relatively easy to use once you learn how it works and it will reduce the time it takes for you to get your agreements signed massively!

Cons

It has some minor things that would need some tweaking. For example, it would be nice to be able to delete more than one textfield at the same time. It's really annoying to delete them one by one. You could however set up your agreements in other ways but it shouldn't be necessary. One other thing that can be annoying sometimes is that you can no longer see what cost you put for a certain product once you've sent the document. Sometimes that can be useful if multiple people work with on your team and needs to know, or if you for some reason forgot.

It's been great, we plan to use it indefinitely and are happy with our decision to bring the Afton Tickets sales team onto PandaDoc.

Pros

We had been using echosign and needed a better contract solution with e-sign where we could redline contracts and see changes made. Our sales staff has been a lot busier with COVID-19 ironically so we needed a better solution for the contracts we were sending out. This did the trick.

Cons

So far nothing comes to mind, it's easy to use and their support has been great so we are very happy.

### "How I view PandaDoc as a daily user"

Overall I can't imagine how I would do my job as an account manager without PandaDoc. Between all the order forms and renewal forms that I send out on a daily basis, I need a tool that can help me easily add and/or subtract from templates, and follow up with prospects when they view it.

Pros

I love how I can send quotes out to customers and see when they opened it, and where they browsed around on it. I really like how easy it is to build a template that I use all the time, and then also configure specifically to the customer.

Cons

It can be complex to learn initially. For example, I had a hard time figuring out how to apply a discount to a quote. Eventually I figured it out but it took a while - so the learning curve can be quite extensive. But that to be expected for a more complex system.

Pros

PandaDoc is pretty effective when it comes to signing electronic contracts and changing them to fit different client needs. It is a fast way to send out multiple different versions with only slight changes. You can save many different variations in PandaDoc.

Cons

I think there are other very similar software and there is nothing that makes PandaDoc stand out to be better than competitors. Still effective, but not noteworthy.

Pros

I love the customized reminders Pandadoc sends out about quotes that are pending. It makes my job so much easier and closes deals so much faster.

Cons

The Pandadoc to Salesforce integration works great when you don't have too many tabs open. Otherwise it crashes. But as long as you stick to the exact sale you are working on it should be no problem.

Time is a key factor when it comes to business. With PandaDoc, we were able to reduce the time of creating and signing documents in a meaningful way. It also has a considerably low cost

Pros

The sales team uses PandaDoc to quote, build, electric signature, contracts, modify proposals, etc. We can enter photos, graphics and videos in the document. The ease of adaptation of PandaDoc to ensure that the company and customers reach an agreement quickly and easily is undoubtedly the strong point. We can send copies of contracts to customers, update the contract in a reduced time when we wish.

Cons

We are satisfied with the PandaDoc functions. It gives us a very solid stability when making contracts and signing with clients. We also have a detailed analysis of the documents.

Pros

Let me start by saying that I understand that PandaDoc is more expensive than some other software on the market, but what it offers in automation will save you time, money and the reduces errors through automation (thus saving you more time and money). With PandaDoc, you are able to streamline and automate your sales and business process more efficiently. They offer a wide range of templates in their content library, and it is extremely easy for you and your team to use. Guess what? If more proposals are being written, then sales should be increasing, right? We are able to quickly follow-up with our prospects while also providing more accurate proposals that actually meet their needs. Our Marketing team is thrilled because all of our proposals are customized with CSS to fit our brand objectives. Also, their support team offers outstanding service if/when you need assistance.

Cons

There have been times where a document formats strangely, but it typically is a fairly quick fix and we are off to the races again.

Very positive - we now use it as a tool within the business and its added lots of efficiencies and consistency through our processes and the quotations that we put out. I can see lots more use cases for it for our Information Management documentation in the future also.

Pros

As a business we provide quotations with varying text fields - Panda docs was a perfect fit for this with its modular fields - We were simply able to create content blocks we pre-written content to drag and drop into place - it enabled the business to be far more consistent with our quotations. Previously we would be using word documents and macros. Panda docs is really easy to just pick up and slide in your content blocks but to also then customise around that. be that adding a new pricing table etc...

Cons

The only thing I struggle with is a slight lag on the website when actually creating content - I am unsure if and why this happens - however, I feel it could be slightly more responsive. It's only noticeable as I am making excessively long documents for tenders.

We use it as our official tool for finalizing sales and monitoring which leads have read our agreements or not.

Pros

It's always easy to user for our leads and potential clients. Very rarely does someone have an issue using it as long as they can electronically sign and know how to use a PDF! The best feature is the analytics and ability to see when users have read each page and for how long. This helps the sales team know when potential clients are engaged and whether or not they have just not had time to read our conditions

Cons

Takes a bit of time to setup your templates and get it organised, i also recommend using it alongside another tracking tool for sales (or a CRM etc). Not really a con though, it my favorite tool for getting contracts signed and deals across the line.

Pros

PandaDoc makes it easier to close a deal. No more hassle with contracts.. We use it integrated with our CRM to automatically fill in the fields. It allows our potential customer to quickly read, review and sign a contract while we can track the whole proces!

Cons

There isn't much that I Dislike about PandaDoc.

Providing digital quotes for customers is a breeze with this software. Everything comes in from our CRM and it autopopulates the fields necessary, make the task of providing quotes easy.

Cons

There are editing issues at times, they have been improved since we started using the product so it has become less annoying then when we started but there are still some minor issues.

Pros

Stop using Word or Google Docs or whatever for proposals. Just stop it. If you're using accounting software for proposals/estimates, then WOAH are you gonna be impressed. If you work in a creative field, for the love of all that is good and delicious, make your proposals pretty.

Cons

Can't send a link to a proposal. You have to use their app to send an email. Their reasoning is that they use that to verify signatures, but if I don't need a signature on a document... UGH... so frustrating... Great app otherwise.

Everyone I know uses panda docs for important information and documentation. Even signing paperwork for work is easy with the help of panda docs I don’t have to make the trip to the corporate office or fax/mail anything it’s quick and easy.

I love that panda docs allows everyone to sign and add personal information to their portion on the document.

Eased a great deal of my frustration trying to maintain up to date agreements with our clients.

Pros

Template creation and document recipient management makes the creation of agreements much faster and simpler than our previous process (which did not include e-signed documents), document status tracking makes the admin function of managing our clients and their contracts a breeze compared to e-mailed and Word/Adobe PDF agreements.

Cons

It definitely requires some team training and our sales team struggles with understanding the best way to manipulate the features. It can do so much more, but we often have to keep templates simple for them to get filled out correctly. It has become a dedicated part of my job duties to managing our team's use of the product.

What I liked most about PandaDoc is its ease of use and the ability to track my potential customers interest in parts of the proposal. It has helped us to constantly improve our proposals and increase our success ratio.

Cons

We cover a few geographic areas and use different email address for each area. There is no clean way to send proposals to each area based on its geographic location.
