It also seamlessly integrates with Hubspot which simplifies the process. Pros I love the templates available so I can create proposals quickly and I can use the drag-and-drop builder to edit them how I like. Obtaining signatures globally is effortless and it is easy to track the analytics of the proposals. The live 24/7 support makes it easy to resolve any issues that arise. I use the library a lot which streamlines my proposals Cons I recently had to merge 2 different templates and I did not find an easy way to do it. I finally just copied all the blocks into a temporary folder and pasted them into the other template. Maybe there is a better way, but I didn't find it. Review Source Alex W. Pros This is the best document management tool I have used. I can now make proposals in minutes that used to take almost an hour. They have a great ipad app as well. It's affordable, works with small teams, has some analytics features that most of the others do have, plus my clients find it easy to use. There's no reason to try anything else as PandaDoc is the one! Pros Ease of use and affordability. I can't rely on a product for contracts and document management which don't have business continuity plan for periods of servers downtime. Cons They don't have proper Plan B for situations when servers are down. The support is not responsive, and didn't do anything to help me resolve the critical issue. I can't rely on them anymore. Multiple format and fonts options. Shows IP details of signatory for security purposes. Cons Security concers, Anyone with the link can in theory sign the documents. Cons The one thing I do not like is that multiple users cannot work from the same account at the same time. I love everything else. April 3, 2019 5.0 Sell faster and make better looking proposals that are easy for clients to to sign off on. What's not to like? Pros Very easy to templatize your proposals and set up pricing tables and get signatures and payment info . Also I treated with Salesforce. Options Specialist Construction Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "PandaDoc is my Go-To " January 6, 2017 5.0 I started using PandaDoc a year ago for all of my Purchase Orders for our construction company. It was ideal in that I could customize it to my specific needs very easily. It was easy to learn, easy to organize, I'm able to view it on my phone on the go, and my vendors and sub-contractors can easily navigate it from their end, as well. I did a lot of research and found that PandaDoc, for the price, is by far the best product I found for our needs. When I first started I would send Chat requests for help and always had a response within minutes. They genuinely listened to me and helped with all of my needs. They even changed some of their programmings for a specific need I had. I would highly recommend PandaDoc and actually, do recommend it whenever I get the chance. Thank you, PandaDoc. Pros I like that it's customizable and easy to use. Cons I wish it had a few more excel type abilities like being able to add lines wherever I would like rather than having to drag it up from the bottom. I also wish it had a total column for figures. Customer service is excellent. We're using PandaDoc to send 10-30 documents a week and are always finding new ways to take advantage of the e-signature capabilities. We use it for contracts, W-9s, and waivers. Cons Design functions and capabilities are pretty limited- we want to use PandaDoc to create really dynamic proposals, but it's impossible to do some of the things we wanted to. We have to resize images in order to make what we need fit within one page in our template (when you download a doc as a pdf it splits it into pages instead of being one continuous document), but we have to resize them in a photo editor first or use CSS, so it's not very user-friendly. With that said, it's a great product for simpler docs or contracts, which is really its main intended use anyways. Review Source Mathilde C. Having done deals across the phone/zoom, this software has helped me save a ton of time from physical signatures and meetings. The ease of using it allowed me to send follow-up contracts fast, and as they were time-sensitive, it helped me to close deals fast. The software also integrated well with Stripe which made payment processing easy and seamless. Cons Couldn't think of anything I disliked or liked least about the software. The product has become consistently worse and is now unusable. The PDF's it produces have boxes and checkmarks in the completely wrong area. Signatures often don't save, ticked boxes often don't save, dates will changes for no apparent reason. Do not bother with Pandadoc, it's an unusable platform Pros It is simple and easy to use. unfortunately it also doesn't work Cons So buggy that the platform is unusable. The product also allows duplicating and editing documents which is very helpful. The features for security are great even allows use of digital signatures. Is integrated with our CRM to make it very seamless for a quote to cash application. Cons not integrated with Hubspot that is a issue. Also some of the features are currently not usable by us better education is required. The only other issue is the rigidity in allowing incentives and discounts to our customers. Pros The software is easy fun and intuitive to use. I like how you can set up your proposals and collect payments al from one system. Cons The editing tools are not the best and do need a little work. Pros It's good for setting up repeatable workflows involving document management and traceability. It let's you define templates and a resource library that you can later re-use in new documents. What would really kick this up a notch would be the ability to copy/paste sections between browser windows when you don't want to duplicate an entire document, rather some sections. Also, the ability to add rows/sections perhaps at section breaks or other locations rather than only at the end of the document since our docs can get long and unwieldy, and I end up spending a lot of time dragging and dropping additions from the bottom to where they belong. Lastly, an undo feature that is more consistent. It feels like if you make a mistake, sometimes you can correct it if you alt-z quickly enough but sometimes it is already done, accepted and saved. Oops, I guess one more addition that would be great would be a way to track editions. The software is clean and easy to use. Cons Constant glitches in the WYSIWYG text editor. It takes extra effort to clean up text, especially bullet points. Cons It is not very user friendly. Any edit to a contract by the creator forces me to start again as each of our contract is unique and not conducive to a cookie cutter solution. A "PAID" email or document is not sent to clients when they use PayPal to pay invoices. Allows for comprehensive anaytics of online presentations and esign capabilities. Cons Have not found any cons, but it is an emerging product and always improving.
