I love the fact that everything is online and that we can now duplicate documents. What would really kick this up a notch would be the ability to copy/paste sections between browser windows when you don't want to duplicate an entire document, rather some sections. Also, the ability to add rows/sections perhaps at section breaks or other locations rather than only at the end of the document since our docs can get long and unwieldy, and I end up spending a lot of time dragging and dropping additions from the bottom to where they belong. Lastly, an undo feature that is more consistent. It feels like if you make a mistake, sometimes you can correct it if you alt-z quickly enough but sometimes it is already done, accepted and saved. Oops, I guess one more addition that would be great would be a way to track editions.

Pros

I love the ease of getting contracts signed! The software is clean and easy to use.

Cons

Constant glitches in the WYSIWYG text editor. It takes extra effort to clean up text, especially bullet points. I don't like to present proposals in a messy manner and PandaDoc's WYSIWYG editor is weak and has flaws.

Pros

I can create and or make changes to existing ones. I like that my documents are saved and are simple to search for.

Cons

It was hard setting up and knowing how to save documents. It doesn't have the greatest instructions.

Pros

I like that I can create signable and now payable through paypal contracts and invoices in one place.

Cons

It is not very user friendly. Any edit to a contract by the creator forces me to start again as each of our contract is unique and not conducive to a cookie cutter solution. A "PAID" email or document is not sent to clients when they use PayPal to pay invoices. Documents uploaded to not retain their document names through HubSpot they need to be manually changed. and more...

Very easy to use. Allows for comprehensive anaytics of online presentations and esign capabilities.

Cons

Have not found any cons, but it is an emerging product and always improving. Sometimes things are rolled out without notice.

Overall PandaDoc has saved us so much time from creating, editing and signing a document. It allow our sales team to focus on sales and minimize mundane administrative work.

Pros

What I love most about PandaDoc is how fast and efficient the workflow is from creating, to sharing and finally signing a document. The ability to create various contracts on the spot have saved our sales team so much time from drafting and editing complex documents.

Cons

I wish there was a bit more support in difference languages since we have some French speaking members on our sales team. However the learning curve was not huge and it was very simple to use.

Made it easier for me to send high-quality proposals and contracts to my clients.

Pros

I like that the software integrates with my CRM system (Insightly). Using the integration, a majority of my contracts and proposals "auto fill" which saves me a lot of time and prevents errors.

Cons

As a small business owner, I think one of my biggest dislikes is the overall cost of the product. It's actually more expensive than the CRM system that I use to keep track of my clients. While PandaDoc is definitely one of my favorite proposal and contract software solutions, the high price is one thing that keeps me shopping around for a better deal somewhere else.

Great product, great user interface, and a support team that feels more human than others I've worked with in the past.

Pros

I love how flexible and easy it is to use. You can draft a contract fast and it's easy to share it with your prospects. The customer support is all ran through chat so at first I wasn't happy about that. After time I realized it was more efficient and as fast as a phone call. For our company under 50 people it does the job really well. Also they keep innovating so it's fun to see new releases regularly.

Cons

This is not a high end solution. It will probably work for 90-95% of businesses but if you want complex contract management there are other solutions a bit better.

Overall, it's a great tool for managing documents, proposals and contracts.

Pros

Analytics are fantastic, and it's very easy to configure templates. Multiple content library items make the process for updating templates really streamlined.

Cons

Inability to create a deadline for signing, lack of collaboration when sending a proposal, etc. I believe most of the "cons" are already being addressed but it would be so much better with functionality like that.

So far PandaDoc has really helped increase our sales and our efficiency to get estimates out the door and signed contracts in the door. It's fairly easy to use right out of the box and guides you through most steps. We're planning on sticking with PandaDoc for a long time.

Pros

Pros 1) A wide variety of boiler plate templates to get started with. 2) Multiple Recipients and Signors 3) Certified Signatory page 4) Easily copy templates for use over and over 5) Optional add-on and dynamic quantity fields to really increase up-sells 6) Set up automatic reminders and contract expirations 7) You can integrate payments right into the contract so the client can pay through the web

Cons

Cons 1) Slightly pricey for the type of software 2) Add-on users are costly 3) Cannot extend expiration of original document once sent 4) Drag and drop editor is somewhat janky part of the time... 5) Unable to slice payments up for online payment (i.e. 30% down, it wants to charge the whole contract price right then and there.

Pros

The structure with the Templates and material library are really beneficial due to the fact that it permits us to alter every file on particular areas. The design templates are baseline file and the advantage is that it uses several material library products

Cons

There are some functions that are missing out on when I talked with its customer support they have actually informed me that those functions are on the roadmap of the item

Overall an ok product, need to have in depth knowledge in css and html in order to customize themes and templates, could be more user friendly. I think it is heading in the right direction but certainly has a lot of fine tuning to do.

Pros

Ability to integrate with almost any type of program. The alert settings and payment functions are great features. I like the idea of the pricebook but wish that would auto save/include lookup field instead of saving/importing from catering.

Cons

Fields are not always synced properly when importing from other CRM systems. Will automatically change formatting of document when entering/changing data . Seems pretty slow when adjusting tokens.

It increases our productivity in the workplace. One can easily view exactly what was worked on & when (from an internal perspective).

Pros

I love that it is so easy to use and that one can view the analytics for each individual doc. I love the auto reminder feature as well, assisting us with closing a deals quicker.

Cons

A lot of the time the contracts go into our customer's spam folder, so it would be awesome if we could send a link to our customers to get the contract directly opposed to going through emails trying to find the link.

As already mentioned, we have found a good alternative to normal MS Word offers.

Pros

We use Pandadoc to write our quotes, otherwise, unfortunately, we've always done it with Word documents. With Pandadoc, it is now possible for us to combine this with Pipedrive. So we don't have to add addresses or anything like that. We can also add products.

Cons

Unfortunately I find the program a bit confusing, it took me a bit longer to understand everything.

It's fine, got the job done. I used it because an agency used it, and they were tight on a budget, so I'm guessing that why they used it.

Pros

It's easy to use, you can sign documents, and create a profile.

Cons

None of this is unique to the problem they are trying to solve. It's no different than signing a doc with Adobe or some other application.

Overall, PandaDoc has been extremely easy to set up and use.

Pros

I love how easy it is to create a document that needs to be signed, add payment requirements, and integrate with Stripe.

Cons

The only problem I ran into was the document creation date field sometimes displayed tomorrow's date because they have it set to a different timezone than where I'm located.

I really enjoy using PandaDoc and hope it will replace physical documents as soon as possible.

Pros

The main advantage is obviously a possibility to get rid of hard copies exchange with 3d parties. It's intuitive and easy to understand in case you have experience working with similar systems. Electronic signature is a savior!

Cons

Assigning the person to specific fields could be a bit tricky, as not all of your partners are fluent with such tools. Most frequent case is when there must be another signer and for some reason the process of forwarding the document is not clear for all people. Maybe it could be another way to do it.
