Pros

I have been using for a while now and it works amazingly. I am able to have a clear view of my pipeline and can pull different metrics as and when needed. Its integration with Pandadoc also makes it easy to create quotes for different customers. Ow and i love that i get notifications when i need to perform tasks.

Pros

Integration with ,Google Calender. Metrics for different purposes. Ease with which i can track deals

Cons

Sometimes the program gets stuck in a loop and other times it is very slow even though other programs on my PC work well.

Good app, nice features, but with so many apps and competition out there, the price is just insane. $200 + per year to send out a few proposals. That would be fine if the program was absolutely flawless with 24/7 instant support. There are some kinks. Some people "accept" proposals without clicking accept or they do the opposite and I can't update the status (or maybe I can, if support was more readily available), and the Freshbooks integration doesn't really make sense. Obviously, no one's going to pay the lumpsum of a project upfront, there should be a way to integrate deposits & milestones better so they can really go straight to the invoice and submit a deposit on the project - indicating that the status is truly accepted. They should also have a free option for low volume usage.

\- good organization of library items and templates to streamline proposal making process - nice appearance - good pricing tables - good content editor - easy to use

Easy sending out employment agreements, easy sending out service proposals.

Pros

Its so easy to get paper work to people who are faraways! It's made my life so much easier when it comes to the hiring process in our security firm. Once an interviewee leaves, we discuss if we want to hire him/her and then I send them the employment package, making my life so much easier.

Cons

You have to select each feild when assigning them to someone. Like why isn't there a control select option on here?

Pros

It wasn't hard to learn or set-up. I also like the 2.0 builder, for the most part.

Cons

Something as simple as setting up your brand, colors, fonts, etc. takes CSS. There is a print preview (line break) feature that is horrible. They could really use a jump to grid. When it was created, they weren't thinking about marketing, but instead about contract strategy. There are a lot of problem areas, and they are slow to do updates.

Nice clean beautiful looking docs. A place to keep all of my docs not just proposals, and they look fantastic!

Pros

The user interface works really nicely and things are easy to find for the most part. The support team has been extremely helpful. I transitioned from an old proposal platform to and they helped me through every step of the way.

Cons

I don't have a lot to complain about but I was a little sad to see that some features I was using in the old platform I used were only part of a higher priced package for larger studios and agencies, such as the password protection feature. I would say analytics secondary, there is plenty for what you need but I wish I could review my win rate and more insightful data to help plan for the future in an easier way. (I might just need to learn more!)

Pros

is one of the best document management tools that has an integration with HubSpot. Easily create sales documents on the fly with contact, company and deal tokens that are automatically pulled from HubSpot.

Cons

It can be a little tricky to get set up at first. After you get familar with it, it's very easy to use.

There are still some functions that are difficult to use or do not exist. I would like to know exactly when I sent a document....not 3 months ago, 6 months ago etc. Search function would be beneficial to use if it worked properly.

It is easy to use but there is functionality missing.

Cons

When a document was sent...i would like to know the exact day and time....not 6 months ago. Search function is difficult and I don't think it works very well.....also being able to sort using various filters...does not exist.

It cut down our proposal delivery time from 4 hrs to 1-2 hrs average and sometimes even less. We consistently get the same formatting every time so it is simple to train new users and get them up to speed quickly.

Pros

\- Easy to learn and use - Forget about formatting, get it right everytime - Rehuse text across many documents - Templating - Digital Signature - Integration with CRMs

Cons

\- Limites collaboration, it is not possible to edit the same document by more than one person at the same time. (It is possible to use the same account on different computers at the same time though)

It helps me track who opens the document I sent and when it was opened.

Pros

I love the email tracking of who opens the document and when it was opened. I also love the mobile app, it is user-friendly and very easy to use. When it comes to creating documents, makes it very easy to create and it has vast templates to use from.

Cons

Sometimes, emails sent via are filtered as spam which is not healthy for business. When downloading a proposal in PDF format there are times when an entire block of content is missing which distorts the layout.

Pros

There are lag issues when using on a mobile device. Other than that, it's an amazing platform.

When sending out a proposal it is important to have all information be consistent and correct. I love that each proposal contains uniform parts and still allows for necessary customization.

Pros

With the ease of using templates to quickly send out a proposal and update a proposal to make serving clients much quicker.

Cons

Sometimes the software will not import information from Nutshell. Also there still is no way to have my information autoload correctly.

We are cutting time spent on administrative tasks and, being a very geographical dispersed company, cutting costs on outcoming mail and paper.

Pros

For the ones (like me) who loathe paper, this is one of the best ways to keep track of all documents needed on HR Management. It cut's administrative time spent in about 50%.

Cons

The worst part (which is picky) is the fact that e-signatures is an independent product. My suggestion is that on creating a user he/she signs a piece of paper with their signature and the signature would be forever connected with that user.

I like how you can resend reminders to my clients. This will keep them on top of mind. I also like that they can pay via the credit card implementation

Cons

I dont like that i need to keep re-signing in every day. It becomes tedious to have to sign in via my google account every day.

It makes creating and sending SOWs and other signable contract type stuff super easy and professional. It's a great tool for that sort of stuff. We have used it for proposal making as well, but it's just not very visually compelling at the levels of effort we're able to invest. (Qwilr makes it much easier to make beautiful presentations for proposals.)

Pros

Content Library / Template Library functionality is the best feature. Close second is the import from google doc feature, if the text were editable after import this might be the #1 feature.

Cons

The text formatting (especially with bullets) is atrocious! It's also very difficult to make pretty looking presentations compared to a tool like Qwilr. The way files are made and filed is also pretty annoying, it takes a lot of dilligance to keep proposals, sows, etc, filed in different folders. Also the abandoned started template docs clutter things up. (Maybe have a status for a doc created from a template but not edited, or just remove the ones that aren't edited?)

takes the "urgh" out of creating and sending business documents.

Pros

Love the UI and ease of use. The document templates and ability to send docs for e-signing (and track them) are my favorite. Especially as the person on the receiving end doesn't need an account and I've never had someone email me to ask how to sign it. Panda seems to guide them through it pretty easily. Document building is drag-and-drop so it's very intuitive and cuts down hours of tinkering with contracts and proposals—which are the most tedious things to create as a freelancer. Also love the fact that you can add your own personal touch to the documents and switch up the colors so it doesn't seem disconnected from your brand.

Cons

Tables and pricing templates are a bit rigid and I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like more customization options. Other than that, not much else to say about it.

I love the HubSpot integration and the fact I can pull data from the CRM into my documents. I like the analytics area to see what pages people have viewed and for how long.

Cons

The ONLY thing I don't really like about the software is the price. Considering there are many e-sign software options available, the pricing model make it hard to justify.

It's a fantastic SAAS solution for Small and Mid sized business. The ease of use and he functionality offered are fantastic and in general has made our company more efficient in our operational processes.

Cons

They could update the software slightly faster, some basic functionalities that have been missing for years and recently we have felt the software very slow . Also the quality of the Customer service is sometimes lacking!
