Pros

I love the HubSpot integration and the fact I can pull data from the CRM into my documents. I like the analytics area to see what pages people have viewed and for how long.

Cons

The ONLY thing I don't really like about the software is the price. Considering there are many e-sign software options available, the pricing model make it hard to justify.

Pros

It's a fantastic SAAS solution for Small and Mid sized business. The ease of use and he functionality offered are fantastic and in general has made our company more efficient in our operational processes.

Cons

They could update the software slightly faster, some basic functionalities that have been missing for years and recently we have felt the software very slow . Also the quality of the Customer service is sometimes lacking!

was a good step in the right direction. We definitely needed to be using a content library and standardising our process, but it needs to be very fluid and usable for salespeople. They just weren't thrilled with the experience.

Pros

It gave us a way to easily template out our contracts process and use a library of content to help shape the contracts.

Cons

The UI was very clunky and ended up turning our salespeople off. They reverted to using other software so that they could get their contracts out on time since the UI cost them too much time to manage.

The templates are great and convenient, but it isn't always easy to type in them.

I have been using for Proposals since 6 months from now. I love the platform. Just missing some better features on pricing tables that would allow transport of cell values from one table to another inside the same document. Also some additional Multiplication Factors, like Taxes and Discounts, Uplifts, Markups would help in order to build pricing. Overall, verfy impressed with progress so far...but Pricing Tables must improve.

Pros

Easy to use, nice look and feel of proposals. Integrations with CRM and Zapier...

Cons

Pricing Table flesibility must improve. More fields, more multiplication factors, More taxes, More discount, uplifts...

Pros

A lot of programs are just as good with handling forms online ,but what makes stands out is how easily incorporated it is with whatever CRM you happen to use . Filing tax returns involves a lot of paperwork and being able to sort it online dramatically decreases the time it takes for everything to be done .

Cons

It's a bit pricey and the interface isn't very user-friendly .

We had been waiting years for our previous quoting tool to implement a content library, eSignature capabilities, live quote amendments. This was up and running in a matter of minutes.

Pros

It’s intuitive and easy to use. Being able to customise our design to suit and branding and style guide.

Cons

Native integration with Xero and cost however you get what you pay for. Also, you have to pay in USD.

It made our sales processes easy by allowing us to digitally share our proposals and the customers can digitally sign it easily as it is very intuitive and actually guides you through the parts you need to sign. It also makes it very easy to prepare templates and you can work from that template, so you don't have to prepare a completely new document every time

The box setting feature makes it hard to design it however you can sometimes

Pros

is a super easy to use documentation filing system. You can generate and fill out documents as well as format and create templates with ease. Most of the boring repetitive tasks are automated which increases the overall efficiency of PandaDoc. The high amount of documentation that is required today is a breeze with PandaDoc and without it, I think small to medium businesses would be drowning in paper.

Cons

Some of the templates on are a little bit buggy on their mobile app.

Streamlined paperwork process.

Pros

In healthcare there's a plethora of different forms to be completed in order to stay compliant when working in a clinical setting. With PandaDocs, we've been able to streamline the process for a lot of that paperword and keep more of our nurses working with fewer interruptions.

Cons

There are definitely still some kinks to be worked out in terms of the initial set up of documents. In forms where there are many, many fields to be created, the start-up time investment can be quite intense and off-putting.

We use this software for all our new hire paperwork and it has proven to be very helpful. It is easy to send documents and it is good for everyone ( not only for people working with it everyday )

Cons

Every time I tried to contact customer service for whatever reason it ended up with them trying to sell me something. Not cool.

Pros

gave us a great tool to create sales quotes that were custom to our business. It was great to have the option to brand our documents. as well. The mobile app is very easy to use and tracking quotes has been very valuable. Overall, very happy with this platform.

Cons

The integration with Insightly could be a little better. The document name does not transfer to Insightly. All are posted with the generic template name. could also provide better a better search engine. I would like to search by the name of the person it was sent to or their email address. I would also like to see it use our business email server for all sent emails. Sometimes the PandaDoc email ends up in the SPAM folder.

I wasn't impressed with the product at all. I attempted to create a template using a form I had already created and I found it challenging to correct mistakes that I was making. I contacted customer service via chat and I found the response time to be long and not very helpful. Eventually I gave up and tried a different product.

Pros

I liked the pricing for and it seemed that it would be a good alternative to higher-priced e-signature products. I also tried it because it's HIPAA-compliant which is critical and a must-have in my industry.

Cons

Creating templates was not easy at all. It wasn't intuitive and I spent a lot of time correcting mistakes that I had made. I did not find the support service (I was chat) to be very helpful or responsive to the point where I gave up and didn't even continue with the free trial.

Very good experience working with , they are always updating and making great changes to the product.

Pros

The multiple options for making and sending proposals. The system is easy to navigate and once you build a catalog you can use your items over and over again.

Cons

The cost is high per user so it is a little sticker shock at first, but once you use the product you can see the value.

Best in class proposal software used! This company was born from QuoteRoller and they have taken itto the next level while adding signoff's and inventory SKU's that can control the pricing adjstments down to multi-levels (Parent-child relationship). Customer service is first rate with answers

Cons

Learning curve might be higher than most proposal software however well worth teh effort put in.

We needed a digital document management tool and hit all the marks. After trying DocuSign, we realized that PandaDoc had more flexibility and overall better usability for our team. We see clients signing contracts twice as fast as they had before and it is really easy for our sales team to use, with minimal training. I'm sure there are functionalities that we'd like to see added in time, and PandaDoc seems to offer the most flexibility to add those "extras" as you go, and become more comfortable with the platform.

I don't like the way some images are managed in the system. Sometimes requires some photoshopping, to get them "just right."

\- Time saving when working with well organized and curated templates - Great way to follow your document views and edits, as well as feedbacks

Pros

\- it's great it has templates so you don't have to start from scratch - great way to organize your folder to keep your docs organized - nice dashboard, to have info that matters at glance - great way to follow all documents stages by a nice project timeline view is a good product, it has great feature that will definitely make your manager life easy, if you are patient. To work on extended/complicated document it will require a lot of time to compose.

Cons

\- it's hard to collaborate, for a doc that require a lot of hands at the same time I would better recommend to create a google doc and when done copy paste to Panda... Collaboration often remove changes or you have to refresh the page a lot losing your changes. - copy/paste not always work, sometimes the doc creator gets messy and it is hard to get the text just like how you see it on a doc. - lack of image tool, you have to crop or add simple image effects elsewhere - table management is awful, there is no easy way to edit a table. You have to create everything from scratch, there is no table copy/paste feature
