Faster to create proposals.

Pros

Being able to use drafts for proposals in an easy way. Being able to send the documents directly on the app and to have electronic signature. Being able to customize your document

Cons

The fact you cannot use "blocs or other features if you are not on premium accounts. Some functionalities seem crucial to a well functioning software, but only accessible on premium. For example, we don't use many templates because we don't have access to content bloc/library to choose from so we just copy a document and make the changes.

elevates and streamlines the proposal progress. It may take a little bit of getting used to, but it's a great tool.

Pros

\-Awesome e-signature feature allows us to send out contracts and receive them back much faster than we would with a traditional printed proposal -Allows you to upload an existing document (word doc, etc.) to a panda doc, which makes it easier to switch already existing proposals into the system -Price calculator tool and other cool features take the software from a replacement for paper to a transformed experience

Cons

\- Sometimes run into some formatting glitches - Once you get it, it's easy to use, but there's a bit of a learning curve to get all the tools down

It helps me to streamline our proposal process while delivering an easy-to-follow platform for both staff and clients. Having the assurance that the eSignatures are certified and legal gives me confidence that my company and clients are well-protected.

Pros

I appreciate the versatility in design so that my documents promote my brand while accomplishing their intended function. I also value the many available integrations that help to support productivity and efficiency.

Cons

The integrations don't always work quite as smoothly as I would prefer, but listens well and continues to make improvements.

Simple to set up and get started with, has long been used to manage our contracts between our business and our customers.

Cons

New user set-up; if you're invited to an existing instance with no prior experience, it can be a bit of a struggle to find your way around as there are no prompts and tips in the UI.

Pros

Easy to fill contracts for signature an create fields

Cons

Limited templates, pricing is little more expensive than other basic options and high subscription required to integrate with CRM systems

Reason for choosing PandaDoc

was first, have since moved to another signature software for the pricing

Cons

Too many features locked behind a pay wall. Not sure how good it is if I need to pay upfront. Plus there are certain features that similar applications offer for free such as Adobe reader

Pros

Editing proposals was pretty easy, and you can knock them out pretty fast when you're using a template.

Cons

Having a limit on the number of templates you could make (and setting it so low) really was terrible for businesses with many different services. The design of the dashboard was terrible and unintuitive.

It's awesome that it can send and sign documents through email, makes it really easy to send contracts remotely. Very convenient, perfect for small business HR departments and property management.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about it. The one thing that I would improve would be the screensharing capabilities

Pros

I like the stored templates and pricing catalog feature the most. It helps store each item pricing so that we're consistent with pricing and accurate. We re-use templates a lot and it's nice not having to add in contact info for each quote.

Cons

The software can be slow at times. There are long pauses sometimes in between moving an item or table and inserting a new item, table or page break. It's also not always easy to select an object; my cursor sometimes selects the wrong item. Double-clicking an item to edit it can be slow as well.

has really increased the speed and security with which we collect information and signature and eliminated steps in that process. Our office definitely couldn't live without it!

Pros

I LOVE how versatile is. It creates fillable forms, captures signatures, processes payments eliminates the need for scanning PDFs to my clients, asking them to print, sign, scan and email back the document.

Cons

The only thing I wish was available was the ability to share templates with other users who aren't on your team or download actual templates (not PDFs of templates) to use.

Pros

Great way for our marketing team to create a consistently branded, professional communication with our future customers. Great feedback on opens and areas of the document your recipient views. The integration to multiple CRM's makes creating documents with lots of variable fields a breeze.

Cons

This was built for the service industry. As a manufacturing company, the tool lacks some basic features like address for contact records. We sell stuff and have to have a way to ship it somewhere. We are also looking for more functionality in quoting on a pricing table.

Great for everyone : employees , customers and the environment . It moved almost all of our paperwork online ,which makes us a more efficient when handling it .I can't imagine going back from using .

Cons

A lot of mail server providers automatically flag emails as spam and this causes unnecessary confusion with customers

Pros

In my opinion, is a valuable application, as it facilitates the document generation mechanism. Indeed, it offers users a variety of customizable templates. Moreover, it has an efficient tracking process as well as a very useful electronic signature feature.

Cons

This application is expensive in my opinion. I don't think it's user-friendly. Also it's a little slow; it can take awhile to load documents. Plus, editing a document is not simple.

Pros

I like the potential integration with the CRM that we use (ZOHO), however the reason that I say "potential" is because your technicians have not resolved the token issue that will allow us to easily generate the documents that we need. Instead we were provided with a "workaround."

Cons

I think that the API integration should be provided with any paid subscription (or at least the Business Edition), but instead we would have to upgrade to the enterprise edition to have capabilities that the program should already have.

Pros

The software integrates seamlessly with our CRM, allowing us to create customized contracts for clients with the click of a button. The onboarding support was excellent.

Cons

There is some room to grow with expanding the different data types with Insightly. But for now it does what we need. It's a little pricey for us to use in just one aspect of our business but I'm sure for other companies there is much more use for the different options.
