Have not had to rely on Customer Support since the initial set up. This has been a very easy platform to use.

Pros

The ease of use when I need to transition a contact and generate Quotes, Invoices, and Warranty Registrations

Cons

The editor window could be a bit larger and easier to resize / reformat areas within the document. I find it difficult to fit into “standardized” text boxes; but it is not prohibitive.

When I was starting my business, it helped me make professional looking proposals that new clients could sign.

Pros

I like the pricing table feature. I like that it winds up looking okay. It took me a while to figure out how to format things, but once I did it wasn't too hard. I like that you can make templates.

Cons

I hate that you have to build it in order because adding a new element and then placing it within the doc is a royal pain in the ass. Formatting content is time-consuming and difficult. The design for the cover page is kind of pathetic. I once forgot to assign the signature box to myself and now can't sign the document, which is ridiculous. Creating signature sections is difficult and always looks terrible.

Wonderful solution for our small business. I would like to see the ability to tab thru individual line items and "undo" entries. Other than these two things, it is fantastic.

Pros

Interface is very easy to use; way more features than Docusign when it comes to functionalities that the platform is capable of supporting.

Cons

There really isn't much to dislike. I like everything about it. It looks great, it works great, and its affordable.

It allows us to automate our document creation (to some degree) and to make beautiful documents.

Pros

I love how easy it is to style documents templates, especially if you know a little CSS (not necessary, just a bonus). Our documents look great thanks to . It's also very easy to make a template for just about anything, and it saves a ton of time in creating documents.

Cons

I wish API/Zapier access was available on lower tiers. It's not a costly service to offer and the value isn't there for small companies. It should be available on the first paid tier, like most other SAAS companies.

If you're a small business consultant and need something simple to create a proposal template for clients to receive electronically - PandaDocs is great. However, if you've got a lot of proposals to do and have multiple clients across multiple sectors, other software that is more robust will probably suit your needs when it comes to proposal writing.

Pros

Our business was using another proposal software and we decided to try out as it seemed simpler, more elegant, and cheaper. PandaDoc helps you create a template, add variables so that each proposal is different, send it out to a potential customer, and generate analytics.

Cons

The hardest part about using is creating a template which can be a very frustrating experience. The software lacks two core features that would be very useful when creating a proposal template: (1) the ability to copy/paste across pages and (2) the ability to re-arrange pages within the template. In our business, we customize each proposal depending on the client project and sector. As such, we need to be able to re-arrange proposals. The lack of the two features highlighted above made it extremely difficult to create custom proposals.

We are really happy with . It has made sending and sharing our proposal documents so much easier and made our contract sending and collecting a dream process. It also now integrates really well with our Sales CRM product Base. When certain features of the API integration didn't work straight away, from your support team could not have been more helpful in resolving the issues. So overall, we are having an excellent experience with PandaDoc.

Cons

It could be easier to make and edit templates.

Excited to have it! In my previous company, did not have such easily searchable contract info.

Pros

I've had very few questions from partners on how to sign their renewal documents which has made the renewal process very smooth.

Cons

I only need to access a few pages in the platform but there's a lot of different buttons. Wish it was easier to differentiate privileges so could only see what I needed.

Pros

This is a super easy to use and competitively priced document signing tool that I use for my clients to manage compliance and the legal side of things.

Cons

The free plan is great but now the pricing has changed to a 14-day trial only. That being said the pricing is similar to competitors like hellosign too.

We use HubSpot and integrates with a wide range of third-party apps and services which allows us to integrate HubSpot.

Cons

The pricing! using it for my individual use, I find it a bit costly but for organizational purposes, it is bearable.

Sending contracts and getting e-signatures to move deals forward quickly.

Pros

My favorite thing about this software is how intuitive and straightforward it is. It allows me to single-handedly manage all the contracts for my small business without wasting any time. The thing I use it for most is sending sales contracts to get a client to e-sign. With templates, it's extremely easy to draft up a new contract for a new client, and the automated notifications and emails make it easy to stay apprised of any progress through to signature.

I love it. It makes it so much easier to send contracts to my clients, and what I like best is how easy it is for them to sign it too. I don't like relying on software that requires me to educate every new client because it overcomplicates the process, but makes it really easy for everyone. I'd 100% recommend to others.

Pros

I use to sign contracts with new clients for my editing business and it's the easiest tool I've come across so far. It's simple enough for me to upload a new file and drag-and-drop the signature boxes, and no client yet has had any trouble signing on their end.

Cons

It can be a little annoying to get an email for every action my client takes, such as clicking the link, viewing the file and then signing, one email for each, but it's not annoying enough that I've bothered to check the settings to see if this can be turned off. And I guess it's good to see if a client has read the file but not signed yet.

### "Easiest Platform To Add and Remove Services From A Contract"

is nice to use when you have contracts that are generally the same and only need to change out a few things (such as a services-based agency).

Pros

The best part about is that it's super easy to edit services while filling it out. We have a standard agency contract that we then input services into (such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, Email) and each contract is unique. It's very simple to put the details of the contract into each unique contract.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is pretty lame, but sometimes when I try to open to document the first time I click on the link it says "error." All I have to do is exit out and click on the link again but I was trying to think of a con.

I have always had someone to reach at support. They are on the ball. I have asked for features in the past and I have seen that they kept them on their 'list to do'...and they have been done. There are some restrictions on the features but overall for the quality and price, I am happy.

Cant save into regular document form......only pdf. Would like to set the documents with one SIZE font throughout....but I need to change size in every block of text.

It's ok, but certainly not best in class. Kinda late to the party and not doing it well.

Pros

It has built in electronic signatures, workflow management and document creation capabilities. Good for sales teams.

Cons

Microsoft's office products are the standard. Google's suite is good for low cost and an alternative to Office. Panda's capabilities are very limited compared to those two.

Still a great electronic signing software, just not thrilled about how they did the 5 documents a month downgrade.

Pros

Feature-packed signing software with lots of options. Gives the ability to accomplish any signing scenario.

Cons

Their "free/entry level" plan now is reduced to allowing you to only send 5 "signings" a month. This includes resending a doc in the event you had to make a correction.
