Sometimes support is slow to help fix a bug or reset our system. Pros I like the fact that we can send a link and customers can review the document. Also all of our team can have access to various documents. Cons Sometimes pandaDoc can be hard to synchronize documents or it has trouble loading them. It ends up slowing down our systems. It has improved the experience of our customers to digitally sign the documents and send them back to us without much hassle. This helped us save time, which was utilized in the manual tracking of the updates previously. Pros I liked the cross-platform availability of PandaDoc as we can use it on a laptop as well as on our mobile phones. There are various templates to start with the editing of documents. We were able to integrate our Google Workspace seamlessly with PandaDoc. Cons I did not find difficulties using this software so far. I found the document editing process quite intuitive. Pros It's a platform with great features. Having them in a single platform helps make work more organized by storing all the information in one place. I can manage all my documents in one place, creating a faster, more organized, and more effective workflow when sending documents for electronic signatures. I can keep perfect track of them, helping me know when they're signed and avoiding the hassle of information getting lost. With all the content, I can keep track of everything to maintain secure and highly organized work with my colleagues. Cons There's nothing I dislike about it; its features have been useful at every turn without any issues. I like it and will continue to work with it. Its as good as others but there are definitely some things that could be more intuitive Pros It uses a similar block system to wordpress for adding text or images. It is user friendly to a degree but to wordpress or canva users it will be much more familiar Cons The process of creating a document seems a bit like it is the wring way around. PandaDoc also has a great free version with several features that are paid on alternatives. Cons Private email addresses are usually displayed on a signing certificate for both users and their paid version is pretty expensive. It's effective at both presenting and capturing information. Pros PandaDoc allows me to create standardized documents and presentations that can then be easily collaborated upon and edited to suit other teammates' needs. Cons I find that editing any documents with a combination of graphics and text can be a bit clunky. What I like the most is that it can help you quickly draft and send a contract while also being intuitive for the receiver. Cons not sure, there are some things they can improve though. The speed in which you can produce a very professional proposal was great! Pros At the time it was pretty much cutting edge software. CRMS have now made it pretty much obsolete. Cons I loved it! It is just more or less obsolete now with all the CRMS having pretty much the same quoting capabilities built in. The less subscriptions and platforms you have to use the better.
