Pros I liked how I could collaborate easy with my team with PandaDoc and create virtually any type of document that I needed. Cons I didn’t like how it was sometimes lagging in creating a document. Pros Would I like most about panda dock is it’s ease of use for us to be able to sign client contracts, especially purchasing sale agreements. Cons What I don’t like about panda Doki is there sometimes clients find the interface a bit difficult to use in comparison to DocuSign as far as the field arrangements as well as the walk-through screens. Sometimes support is slow to help fix a bug or reset our system. Pros I like the fact that we can send a link and customers can review the document. Also all of our team can have access to various documents. Cons Sometimes pandaDoc can be hard to synchronize documents or it has trouble loading them. It ends up slowing down our systems. It has improved the experience of our customers to digitally sign the documents and send them back to us without much hassle. This helped us save time, which was utilized in the manual tracking of the updates previously. Pros I liked the cross-platform availability of PandaDoc as we can use it on a laptop as well as on our mobile phones. There are various templates to start with the editing of documents. We were able to integrate our Google Workspace seamlessly with PandaDoc. Cons I did not find difficulties using this software so far. I found the document editing process quite intuitive. It’s cost effective and offers the same benefit as any other provider in the space. Pros PandaDoc is a clean and easy to use platform to easily sign clients onto your platform or to your service! Cons The only thing I’ve come across as far a small issue is people aren’t familiar with the platform but that is changing as it becomes more popular. I think it is a pretty simple and easy way to send digital contracts to anyone. Pros I have used PandaDoc a lot for sending contracts to my clients. It is a great way to send over digital contracts and forms. It is easy to use. I am able to add all my services. My clients are able to easily sign and then I can keep record of contracts. Cons I do not love that it is not easy to edit a sent contract and also contracts expire which creates issues with having to resend and confusing clients. Review Source Janne L. Pros It's a platform with great features. Having them in a single platform helps make work more organized by storing all the information in one place. I can manage all my documents in one place, creating a faster, more organized, and more effective workflow when sending documents for electronic signatures. I can keep perfect track of them, helping me know when they're signed and avoiding the hassle of information getting lost. With all the content, I can keep track of everything to maintain secure and highly organized work with my colleagues. Cons There's nothing I dislike about it; its features have been useful at every turn without any issues. I like it and will continue to work with it. September 10, 2025 5.0 Overall we have been very happy with panda doc we have had it for about 3 years now and minimal issues. Pros We use PandaDoc for our side business we use it heavily for contract signing and to keep up with different companies we have contracts with. It’s super easy to use and manage. Cons I wish it were a little bit easier to use when making new templates or there were more template options you can use to adjust. You can make your own blank template but it does take more time. PandaDoc also has a great free version with several features that are paid on alternatives. Cons Private email addresses are usually displayed on a signing certificate for both users and their paid version is pretty expensive. The drag-and-drop editor and templates make it ridiculously easy to create professional-looking docs. Plus, I appreciate the creative freedom it gives me to customize my documents. It was synced with HubSpot and for 95% of the time it worked very well. Pros It is a very flexible product, not unlike Word, it is very easy to adjust and you can add people for signatures. It is quite easy to learn too. Cons Legal documents with their various clauses and punctuation are not easy to bring into Pandadoc as the formatting gets lost during the cutover if you are bring Word docs into Pandadoc. I had to change them to PDFs before bringing in, otherwise I would lose the punctuation.
