It's really well designed to help us get the right documents built from clear and easy to maintain templates. Smart content is so powerful and they've helped us no end get up and running. Really impressed. Pros Robust and well thought through product. Really understood the needs of companies and are well equipped to delight them. Cons Reporting needs work. There's a lot of data missing from their reports and it is impossible to identify the difference between documents created in our production environment and our sandbox account. All shows up together. Switched from [Docusign](https://www.capterra.com/p/121506/Docusign/) They were utterly terrible in every possible way. They charged us for every feature separately. Never knew which features we could use because they were all enabled in sandbox but then not in production. Cost an absolute fortune and still it didn't work. No template management at all. No scalable way to export documents except for some disastrous piece of Windows app rubbish they wanted to charge a fortune for. They corrupted multiple documents and never told us or offered any compensation. Their account management team told us one thing then their senior management would contradict and over rule them. Their support was nonexistent and when you could get hold of them they were poorly informed about how the product actually works. Their API documentation was always either out of date, incorrect or inaccurate. I spend a good amount of my day drafting and sending proposals and pandadoc is a good help Pros pandadoc is a solid esignature tool. What I like the most is that it can help you quickly draft and send a contract while also being intuitive for the receiver. Cons not sure, there are some things they can improve though. User friendliness when drafting a new doc is one of them. Not just for our sales team but also our customer success team too. Pros It has hugely improved the way we share quotes and contracts with prospects and customers. Creating a fixed, but customisable quote builder that allows for accurate costings, clearly defined and looks professional. Cons It can be fairly complex to setup depending on how you sell your product. We have ended up with 100s of templates and content blocks in multiple currencies and at times can be a little overwhelming. The speed in which you can produce a very professional proposal was great! Pros At the time it was pretty much cutting edge software. CRMS have now made it pretty much obsolete. Cons I loved it! It is just more or less obsolete now with all the CRMS having pretty much the same quoting capabilities built in. The less subscriptions and platforms you have to use the better. I think it is a pretty simple and easy way to send digital contracts to anyone. Pros I have used PandaDoc a lot for sending contracts to my clients. It is a great way to send over digital contracts and forms. It is easy to use. I am able to add all my services. My clients are able to easily sign and then I can keep record of contracts. Cons I do not love that it is not easy to edit a sent contract and also contracts expire which creates issues with having to resend and confusing clients. Review Source BM Brian M. PandaDoc also has a great free version with several features that are paid on alternatives. Cons Private email addresses are usually displayed on a signing certificate for both users and their paid version is pretty expensive. As a marketer it's an absolute pain when your operations team asks you to help them make their legal or sales documents more pretty. PandaDoc makes my job easier. Pros After using Adobe Signature and DocuSign, PandaDoc is just simply better. The analytics, real-time feedback, and templates are fantastic. The UI is also very enjoyable to use. Cons It's quite pricey, but it's worth it if you need to send lots of contracts. This has replaced a very clunky process of updating a word document and sending as PDF etc. Having a web based product, including an app has allowed our lawyers and sales team the ability to important and timely steps! Cons We have been quite happy with PandaDoc, including all of the regular product update sessions. They appear to listen to their clients and implement positive changes. (as a user) It is extremely user friendly and highlights the parts it wants you to sign or initial. It is very simple to use, and I know I did not miss anything. User interface is very easy to understand. Cons Everything is great. I have not faced any issues. On using similar products before, I would sometimes miss pages I needed to sign.
