My overall experience was very satisfying, there is no more manual work on formatting the document. Very easy to use even doesn't have much knowledge.

Pros

In my office, they used to create an invoice in the manual format on MS Office but after trying this it was really nice to use because of consistent styling formating. Now they are planning to buy this product subscription for sales invoice, proposal, and quote.

Cons

I don't think a major drawback of this product. Maybe it fully depends on the Internet so we need to look for this one issue.

Not the smartest program when it comes to doing back end heavy lifting but with the Salesforce integration that should change soon.

Pros

Extremely easy to use on both sides of the sales pipeline .Documents get prepared and handled extremely efficiently as everything is done online . It also allows you follow the progress of documents you send ,which is immense .

Cons

Only good for handling pdfs ,which is limiting,but not fatal . Occasionally confirmation emails are not delivered on time or at all .

Pros

I think is a winner when it comes to convenient document sharing, contract sending and e-signing. We use it all the time with clients and it has proven to be very successful as it allows you to track activity, collaborate on a document/contract, add notes and edit as well as most importantly get a signature. Obviously one of my favorite things is that you are no longer wasting paper and ink and you're able to have everything stored in one place when it comes to your important business contracts.

### "Great way to share pdf"

Love it. It is great and how we have our clients sign sows

Pros

Easily editable pdfs to share for example as contract offers to clients. Integrated seamlessly with hubspot making it simple to track in our crm

Cons

Interface is great but there are some small challenges in the clock and drag that make it difficult to land each line. Sometimes you need to move to lines to move one

I love and use it for all the documents that I send for work. I love that the service is real time. It makes turning over jobs much quicker.

Pros

The fact it is real time let's me get quotes out quick and back even quicker.

Cons

The fields don't always create correctly.

4 instead of 5 is because although said it integrated with Group edition of Salesforce, that wasn't the case when I signed up. So I couldn't use it as expected until later, when integration did happen. 4 instead of 5 also cause I haven't used it integrated into salesforce in any way so can't vouch for all of its functions. But I expect good things. My review: Was looking for something that made me WANT to create proposals rather than dread them and this does the trick. This feels more like playing a game than arguing with a spreadsheet until it unwillingly submits. I love how the proposals look when I send them to clients; I feel that alone builds peoples' confidence in my business. The analytics speeds up the sales cycle since I don't have to guess if they've looked at it or not and waste my time with a phone call to find out that piece of information. I use Group Edition of Salesforce and they didn't have that integration at first but worked to make it happen, then followed up with me to tell me it had gone through. Small customers become big ones someday and it feels like they want to help me become big by serving me well while I'm small. Thank you Pandadoc.

### "Decent product - Not for us"

I wasn't able to solve the business problems that I was trying to accomplish with SugarCRM. We were pitched specific functionalities and wasn't able to perform. We ended usage of the software and started exploring more ways to utilize Sugar CRM.

Pros

I liked the ease of , it is very user friendly.

Cons

I didn't like that the format of the templates were basic, that you had to upgrade to get a Microsoft Word document, and you weren't able to email from a custom email.

Pros

Intuitive and very easy to learn. Also a little fun to drag the fields around. Makes it so much easier to get signatures, compared to using pen and paper!

Cons

If you start a document and send it out with the wrong email/name somewhere, that person/email becomes permanently associated with the document. Would be helpful if that wasn't a thing, but it's also extremely easy to start a new one.

the ability to send quotes from HubSpot and have all information stored in one place. Also, being able to track quotes is very helpful!

Pros

The integration and plug in with HubSpot that allows everything to be in one place! It makes day to day tasks simple

Cons

It was a little difficult to get the tokens to behave properly at first, but after some finagling, I got it to work correctly. Instructional videos were a big help.

Pros

Presentation ... Good for some of our customer communications/formwork. Does the job but have cut down usage due to deficiencies in other areas.

Cons

Quoting is very painful Have given up on trying to use price list/catalogue feature as the workflow is too cumbersome. We have reduced user account as a result as it too difficult for our small salesforce to use effectively. We have provided a youtube screencast with suggested improvements previously. .. That was quite a while ago not seen any changes since.

I had a great experience with and was able to use contracts to sign a few contracts and earn a bit of money from a previous digital marketing agency business of mine.

Pros

is great for creating contracts that look great. Instead of just a simple plain looking one with words, you can use drag and drop elements to make the contract look professional and appealing.

Cons

The only problem I had was once when I scheduled a support call they didn't show up on time, but they contacted me after, apologized and it never happened again.

Pros

was relatively simple to get started and the ability to send the document straight from Pandadoc has been great in keeping track of documents.

Cons

Working between workspaces can be a little clunky. It can be combersome to move templates and documents between spaces.

Doesn't have all the features I am looking for, especially for the price. I will continue to use the product, but am looking for a replacement product.

Pros

Needed a product to have our customer sign documents online. The tool is easy for customers to sign and return the document.

Cons

The document to our customers comes from a panda doc email instead of our business email. This confuses some customers and some customers said the email went to spam. Also, there isn't a great way to edit the document once you upload it into panda docs. This would be a great feature.

Pros

The drag n drop interface is great and makes it easy to manage templates. Haven't used beyond single licence but signing experience is also a plus. Nice security, definitely you program but better than most out there.

Cons

Limited functionality without coding knowledge. Autoformating isn't great. Over priced by a factor of 4.4x and customer service is almost non existent.

Pros

What I like best is that can be implemented to work with already established CRMs . It simplifies the process for both customers and employees .The E-sign and online tracking option make finalizing transactions seamless .

Cons

I use exclusively on a computer as I find the mobile app lacking . They can also take it a bit easy on the number of notifications ,but other than that it is great .
