Pros

PandaDoc makes it very easy to have documents completed and signed by our clients. We write are able to customer fields to be completed on contracts and forms on a user-friendly platform for our customers.

Cons

There really isn't anything I can think of to change.

saves a lot of time and is easy to keep track of what documents you have completed and what is pending

Pros

integration with leadsimple has been great, we used to send the contracts manually from a different application and it drained lots of time, with this integration you can just enter some fields and the contract is sent automatically

Cons

i didn't deal with it personally, but the team had some issues with the integration when we started using it, but everything has been solved

All in all I do like Panda Docs. It is easy to use and having the templates and catalogs saves so much time. It only takes about 2 minutes to send out a proposal, which is great. The templates are very easy to create/customize and change on the fly. My team has had a issues with the documents going to "draft" when actually sent, which at first we didn't realize and prospects were not receiving their documents. We however have learned to check for this with each send. We also found that if you do anything else on your computer while the document is "sending" there is a great chance of it getting stuck in draft mode instead of sending. But not a huge deal and easy to work around A few things that Panda Docs is missing that are becoming must haves, are: PCI compliant method to accept credit card information for purchases. And, and easy way to export all of the filled in fields for import into our other platforms. Support is very useful, although their chat support can take up to an hour to respond.

We close business faster and at a higher rate and we get paid more quickly.

Pros

My favorite part of PandaDoc is the catalog. We can drag and drop items from the catalog to quickly create contracts and proposals. We've closed more business because we can produce proposals and get them signed so fast. It also allows us to create beautiful looking documents online. We also like Stripe integration because we can take payments at the same time the contract is approved.

Cons

We've had a little trouble adjusting the order of our email notifications and approvals, but one of our staff is working on this with PandaDoc support.

Pros

I like using these over the other competitor, it's free for 14 days, easy to use, and can use link to share.

Cons

Unfortunately when the free trial ends it just locked and the document inside can't be downloaded. It's a bit risky to use in that conditon.

Pros

The capital planning tool is very easy to use. I love the customer analytics!

PandaDoc does what it advertises - it helps increase efficiency dramatically .It's great for creating proposals and then keeping track of them . It can be used alongside various programs and CRMs and the customer support can be of great help ,when needed .

Cons

I find it a bit pricey ,but here is a free version that helps you decide whether it is worth it for you or not . Since it covers so many things ,it can be confusing to use .

Pros

Our team was able to create a handful of templates, and utilize the library of resources to customize every proposal for the customer. Easy to use, easy to learn, and integrated smoothly with Salesforce.

Cons

Every document and template is auto-saved/updated while you're working. Must be careful not to inadvertently delete items/content that cannot be recovered.

Pros

I like that we're able to store all of our templates inside the tool to make creating and sending new contracts simple.

Cons

If I mess something up, it's difficult to modify without starting all over from the beginning. That said, it's more than likely a user issue as opposed to a problem with the software.

Pros

PandaDoc takes the annoying task of having to print documents, sign documents, scan them, attach to an email and send, into a couple easy steps. It saves time and frustration of having to get to a printer/scanner and making it work in a crunch.

Cons

Sometimes the set up is a little hard to get going, but once you understand how it works it makes life so much easier.

A parte de ser estafado en cotizaciones grandes se traba su página y no permite modificar. Gran problema ya que cuando tienes tanta información es complicado volver a iniciar. Otro tema es que no realiza el cambio de divisas o cotisas en pesos o en dolares no es versátil.

Es fácil de usar. Y algo intuitivo. En general la idea es buena

Cons

Pague una mensualidad de prueba por 25 dlls y me cobraron 2600 pesos es una estafa. Nunca me dieron solución

Contracts previously agreed upon via a scanning an email or sending back via the post office were kept in different folders on desktops and servers or paper filing systems- this keeps everything in one digital space.

Pros

It's an efficient tool and helpful in keeping everything in place. I love the "action" feature to track who's viewed the doc and how much time was spent reviewing certain aspects of the deliverable. I love that as the creator of the contracts, we can mark things are optional.

Cons

It would be helpful if there could be an easier way to have more than one signer for when we send contracts to our clients.

Such an enormous time saver - well worth the money!

Pros

So many pre-populated templates to choose from - takes all of the guesswork out of what to put in say, a social media marketing proposal, or what details should be included in a web design proposal. It saves SO much time not having to go through and write these; we just personalize each one to each client and we're done!

Cons

If we have PandaDoc open for awhile in our browser, it tends to hand and slow up our machines; a few months ago, it actually kept crashing our computers, but that seems to be resolved for the most part now.
