Pros

Analytics and feedback relative to the proposals is great. Also really like the clean and highly professional feel to the software

Cons

I would really like to see some additional editing and review pieces added, specifically related to commenting in specific locations and red/green lines of edits.

PandaDoc has literally changed our business and our work flow. In fact, we just updated our "Sales to Delivery" workflow diagrams to be in line with how we work with PandaDoc - it dropped from 16 steps to 9. That is a huge convenience. As a small company, previously we would literally do the "print-sign-scan-print-sign-scan" dance to execute a contract. With PandaDoc we are able to provide a smooth experience for our customers and our sales team. My favorite part? That I can sign a contract while I'm out to dinner or on the road. The platform has gotten consistently better over the last year, and could stand a few more improvements. But overall, this has been a game-changer for us.

Pros

I love that it is integrated with our CRM and quotes are not just easily created, but they are stored in our CRM and easily accessed and modified.

Cons

We were hoping to be able to automatically create a license agreement based on the information from the quote but that has not been possible.

I canceled my trial because I was havin so many issues. Customer service is a joke- there was never any resolution to the problems. I was going to utilize to full product suite- thank God I did not sign up.

Pros

I was looking for document management, electronic signatures for my proposals and engagement letters

Cons

There are a lot of bugs. I could not get resolution. Every time I called, I had to submit a NEW bug ticket for the same issue.

Pros

It's dynamic, professional look with analytics for greater intel. We can customise the look and feel using a style guide to represent our brand.

Cons

Needs some more functionality around formatting. More inline with Microsoft programs i.e. multiple highlight and select to move or delete text.

Okay, unsure whether I'll renew due to the costs and the packages not being suitable for freelancers with limited budgets and fewer proposals sent monthly.

Pros

The core function is useful and does reduce the time to prepare and send proposals compared to word document alternative.

Cons

The packages are expensive and as a freelancer, I'm limited to the starter package which lacks functionality that I'd describe as essential yet not worth the vast increase in cost to upgrade eg: numbering quotation documents with an automatic reference number. Again, tried hubspot and xero integrations but they didn't vastly improve workflow and the cost difference to get these integrations was massive.

Pros PandaDoc is a nice combo solution with a sleek and modern UI. Good use of document content "blocks", lightning-fast auto-save, easy-to-use folder system for organization, simple e-signatures, reusable templates, customer service is best in class. Cons Missing some of the more advanced features that other e-signature solutions have. No security features for sensitive input (e.g. masking SSNs or credit cards), cannot "draw" initials, no real field "alignment" help, signature fields do not adapt with placement upon editing (unless in table). Mostly minor shortcomings... Overall, we're very with PandaDoc over past experiences with EchoSign, RightSignature, and DocuSign.

My favorite benefit is being able to track in real time who is looking at and interacting with our proposal or contracts.

Pros

Easy to use interface, great for tech beginners or more advanced users Great personalizing options (photos, backgrounds)

Cons

I wished there was the ability to make more advanced tables and add more complex formulas to the tables provided.

Wanted a repository to share documents, proposals, videos, sales materials, etc. with sales people around the world.

Pros

I like that when you send documents to a client, you don't have to upload any attachments, the documents are web-based. It has a legally binding DocuSign type of function. You can track when people open up your documents, how long they spent on each page and if forwarded. Great account support.

Cons

It is not useful for RFP responses. Too many price add-ons for functionalities that should be included.

Ease of use and connection through Salesforce. It is imparative that we caputre this information and are able to share it among staff - PandaDoc has made that easier than ever.

Cons

The image on the coverpage constantly changes itself. We have every single template set to the same background and it changes upon opening the document.

The ability to save folders for Clients Proposals and download copies to save to client files in QuickBooks

Cons

I wish I could complete the proposal without a signature - for those that sign OFFLINE. Not Savy Computer users will print it out and sign it and then it is stuck in Pandadoc.

I am loving it. Makes my work super simple and efficient as I can retrieve signed documents from my clients in no time and they love it as they can just sign the papers right on their phone.

Pros

Very reasonable cost when compared to other products in the market. Very easy to use.

There isn't anything that I could think of.
