### "My PandaDoc Review"

November 23, 2022

5.0

As a customer service representative who helps clients with their application and it required to send documents through text or email and they need to sign it so the application will gonna be quick and faster it helps me expedite the process making clients life easier without them waiting for the documents mailed to them. I al very dependent with when it comes to electronic signature of documents.

Pros

I love how it work. Electronic signature really help me to make my job easy and not sending documents through mail by just sending it to clients email or text the link they just need to sign it electronically and they can download their file. This is very useful at this difficult time of covid. Thank you .

Cons

Sometimes it is not applicable to all devices, they ask to login the client first but when the phone is updated it is very fast and easy to use.

### "One of the bets E-signature softwares i demo-ed"

November 23, 2021

4.0

Pros

I like the ease of use for our staff and for our clients. Everyone seems to like the software and it just keeps improving. There was one point where we almost stopped using the software because of a bug, but it was fixed and has gone without a hitch since then.

Cons

I wish the software integrated with more payment gateways. Other than that the software has been great

### "Easy, Breezy, PandaDocs!"

September 3, 2024

5.0

Overall, PanadaDoc has been successful in helping streamline our processes and contracts for remodeling projects.

Pros

has wonderful integrations with GMAIL, Salesforce and Quickbooks. Their ability to work with al three platforms greatly improves our sales process.

Cons

The backward-compatibility with Salesforce is very tricky to set up. Importing and exporting CRMs to link documents has proved to be a struggle in the beginning.

### "Best tool to e-Sign"

October 3, 2023

5.0

Very good! And the integrations and automations it provides are awesome

Pros

We use to close our final contracts with clients. This tool checks everything we want: - Send automated pandadocs via API; - See if the client opened the contract or when they sign and build automations around that- Send follow up reminders And of course, direct integration with Hubspot and Apis

Cons

The api could be easier to use. There are some things we can't do with the integration of hubspot and we need to use the API for that.

### "PandaDoc is more affordable & I receive same quality service."

October 12, 2021

5.0

I was hesitant at first; however, it was easy to adapt to being familiar with Docusign. Customers have not had any issues completing the forms.

Pros

I like that is much cheaper than other other sales processing software. Transitioning was not as difficult as I thought it would be.

Cons

Time consuming to set up. I have been told there are other softwares at a better price. So far customers are not having please with the checkout process.

### "If you will be processing payments via Stripe, this application is not for you!"

January 12, 2023

3.0

The tool is easy and intuitive to use and looks flashy on the surface. Pull back the covers a bit and it becomes incredibly apparent that their product designers have not built a strong tool. Integrations that make life more difficult for users should be amended. On top of all that, support is among the worst I've ever encountered.

Pros

Ease of configuration and use. Creating new and amending existing documents is a dream. And the native CRM integrations make managing agreements at the customer level very straight forward.

Cons

The Stripe integration is inherently broken. A paid invoice will invariably result in a net-new customer being created in Stripe (even if the paying party already exists as a customer in your stripe account). This wrecks your stripe analytics and requires manual reconciliation. Worse, when notified of this issue, has stated that "the integration works as expected" and that they have no desire to resolve it. But to get that answer, I had to go through a month long battle with PandaDoc Support to figure out why it was messing up Stripe records. The support team is offshore (managed by a third party outsourcing company) and wildly ineffective. If you expect clear communications about the issues you're reporting and plans for resolution, look elsewhere. Your tickets will sit in unaddressed for weeks on end. When a support rep finally responds, they will likely not respond to the issues you've raised (I've literally had support reps provide guidance to me that was clearly meant to address another customer's challenges as it was entirely unrelated to mine). And only once you escalate to your AE will support finally take you seriously. In an age when we must all do more with less, managing another company's support team is the worst investment you can make.

Reason for choosing PandaDoc

Ease of use. After paying for the product and digging a bit deeper, I have realized 's strengths are only UI deep.

### "All-around great proposal software and automation tool."

May 11, 2018

5.0

Pros

has allowed us to streamline our proposal process tremendously. Because of the content library, template functions and ease of use, we've been able to double the number of proposals we put out in the same timeframe before implementation. The analytics reporting feature has assisted in increasing our win rates. We can hone in on the areas of our proposals that resonate with our prospects, allowing the follow-up meetings to be more focused - discussing targeted, relevant themes, services and needs. PandaDoc's development team is very open to feedback and ideas on how to improve the platform. It's refreshing to work with a company that takes your input and one-off special requests to not only deliver on those requests for you but roll out these changes across the board for all of their users. Having a say in the process of polishing and tweaking a product to work best for us is a value-added benefit. The various plug-ins for other software, such as CRM systems, is useful for collaboration between departments. The ability to customize the CSS to fit our brand is essential. We can customize templates with designs that fulfill each of our needs. Having multiple workspaces under one account is extremely helpful keeping documents separated for different departments and projects.

Cons

There are a few small issues that we've run into, however, the pros of this software heavily outweigh the cons. does not allow for multiple users to work in a document at the same time, but I believe this is something that is being addressed in the new editor or at least on the buildout updates for the future. From time to time we will run into small formatting issues due to a glitch in the coding. More often than not, they are isolated to one document. For a couple of issues we ran into, the development team was able to provide a timely fix, and the issues have been non-recurring. In the past few years that we've been using the platform, we have only had three instances where the software was down, two of those instances were for less than an hour. Even with the downtime, we have never missed a deadline to deliver a proposal, even in an industry where RFPs are common.

### "Fantastic solution for digitizing your signed documents"

December 3, 2023

5.0

We've been using for about two years, and it's been a fantastic tool for managing our e-sign docs on the cloud. We usually get about a few dozen docs signed every month and it was priced a lot better for that scale. It's also pretty easy to set up and maintain, and rarely causes issues where we have to intervene manually. All in all, I strongly recommend Pandadoc, especially if you're still on paper docs.

Pros

I like how easy it is to get it up and running. We used the document scanning a lot in the beginning to move our standard agreements to the system, and that saved us tons of time from having to draw everything up from scratch. But the template library is also a great addition to save time when you have to create a doc on the system.

Cons

I'd love to have the personalization tokens improved, like having the ability to automatically enter names and titles etc., based on the information of each contact.

### "PandaDoc is a visually appealing and powerful tool enabling sales teams"

May 12, 2024

5.0

was a fantastic addition to our tech stack after a pretty poor experience with Docusign. It is a must have tool for dynamic sales teams that want to make their contracts far more powerful and visually appealing to customers.

Pros

enables you to create visually appealing beautiful contracts that make a huge difference when it comes to signing. Previously, we used Docusign and the contracts were incredibly boring and now compelling. With Panda, we have beautiful images that enhance the experience and increase the close rate. The integration with Hubspot is fantastic and the workflow automation is powerful. The ability to create templates has saved countless hours and can easily be adapted without needing prior training.

Cons

The challenge with PandaDocs is the limitations not having a native integration with Hubspot. Ideally, you want to have a contract tool built by the CRM but in this case, it relies on an API which does have certain limitations.

### "I quickly did a proposal thanks to the helpof PandaDoc"

June 8, 2024

5.0

Overall, is a great product. I would highly recommend and would probably be using it soon.

Pros

I recently had to do a proposal and after weeks of procrastinating, I finally went on to the internet and searched for proposal templates I could use. Thats when I met PendaDoc and immediately clicked the link to see what I could get. I got a nicely done template that needed me to only change a few things like the logo, and my company name to get the proposal ready. After like one hour of making the necessary edits, my proposal was ready. I believe that was quite easy and straightforward to use. I can't remember needing to use any article or video to learn how to use it. I only needed to input my credit card details to get to use the premium version of PandaDoc. I got like a month of free premium trial to test out PandaDoc. I like this. You get to try premium PandDoc for free for the first month.

Cons

Panda is quite expensive. After my free trial, I got a bill of about 200 dollars, which is quite expensive for me.

### "An integrated solution for managing electronic signature procedures"

March 12, 2023

5.0

With , we have been able to improve our capabilities in managing the review processes of contracts, offers, and other necessary documents by the officials of the organization, as well as the process of sending to subcontractors, suppliers, and customers to make the electronic signature done quickly and securely.

Pros

works great, and the interface is very easy to use. It is great how we can prepare contracts in full detail without complications, as the drag and drop feature helps to accurately locate personal information, the electronic signature area, and any other additional information, and it is good that we can make several copies of the same contract and customize it to suit the type and level of signatures and approvals that you need. I like the fact that we can track the contracts sent and know where they are actually located, which enables us to significantly speed up the processes.

Cons

I don't have too many problems with ; all the tools are simple and easy to use, and the constant updates have greatly improved the automation.

### "PandaDoc is the Best Solution for Contracts I Have Used"

November 1, 2022

5.0

At my previous company I was using for all contracts and, at a point, document creation. It's great to be able to create a template and use it for every similar document going forward. Very easy to learn and comprehensive enough to let you create all sorts of documents.

Pros

is the easiest contract creator I've ever used. The drag and drop templates make it so anyone can create a contract in minutes. Its integrations are great too. Being able to auto-fill clients' names with their records on your CRM is a real time saver.

Cons

There's not much to dislike. It's a little pricey, but what isn't these days. And considering the functionality when compared to competitors, I'd say it's worth it.

### "Good."

January 9, 2018

5.0

Some efficiency and design options.

Pros

The analytic's built into it and the notifications we receive. Also, the somewhat easy configuration of each template. I would like to be able to create a document on a tablet though!! Unless thats an options now? :) The catalog section does need some work though. I would like to see other changes or options to us with regard to catalog items and how they document themselves as well as options for after a project has been completed and accepted by customer. It would be great to be able to edit the document without changing any words, items, quantities, options but rather be able to lets say re-add a column after the fact and print it to make it easier on purchasing to order the parts being approved by customer. Would be really cool too to integrate a calculator option. Like a pop-up calculator option while figuring our numbers. my two or three cents. :)

Cons

We are so used to other, stand-alone systems, that have features such as 'tab' to move to next field that it causes some frustration with our team when we are unable to do that within a pricing table or any table. the other nice thing would be to see line items show up in sequential order-- EX: If I label line item 1 as (Option A) it stays on top of the price list. then when I add a second row, section or catalog item, it defaults to being placed below the first item. Currently this does not happen. We can move them after the fact though...just kind of annoying how it auto-formats that way. Also, would like to see more fonts added in. The fonts available get the job done but still, there should be a larger library of them. Pricing/Cost---would be awesome to be able to have a price table have a back-end with actual item pricing and SKU's that can be printed after a document has been completed. Cant do this now. Duplication: Would be awesome to duplicate a document that you didnt know you would need again. Same line items and quantities and pricing. I know you can convert to Template but that's not really what we would like. We want it to be as easy as hitting, 'duplicate document' BUT it changes the quote.sequence number to be different than the original. Now all you have to do is change the customer information and BAM, quick turn-around for contractors looking for numbers on the same project we are bidding. Cant do this now. Otherwise, is awesome!

### "Pandadoc: Simplifying Electronic Document Management and E-signatures"

February 19, 2023

4.0

Overall, my Experience with has been positive. Pandadoc is a comprehensive and user-friendly platform for electronic document management and e-signatures, and it has received high ratings and positive reviews from many users.

Pros

I can easily create professional-looking documents using customizable templates, and drag-and-drop editing. I can send documents for signature via email, SMS, or a direct link and track the document's status throughout the signing process. It provides a secure platform for e-signatures, including two-factor authentication and encryption, to ensure that electronic signatures are legally binding and tamper-proof.Also, I can track document activity and performance with real-time analytics and reporting, including open rates, time spent on each page, and completion rates.

Cons

The pricing for is relatively high, especially for smaller businesses or individuals who only need to use the platform infrequently. There is a bit of a learning curve to using Pandadoc, especially for those who are not very familiar with electronic document management and e-signature technology.Issues with the quality of customer support provided by Pandadoc, including slow response times or unhelpful support staff.

### "Pandadoc feedback from france"

October 2, 2019

5.0

The product is really good and suitable for a daily basis use. I have still some fears to move from pdf to 100% digital quotes in France because of spam barrier but I know this would open a 50% rise in customer experience with many other possibilities as videos in templates, directly chating with customer inside the doc, all status change...

Pros

The features are very well minded. It is very egronomic and efficient with pipedrive integration. I appreciate the posibilities to get folders, drag and drop, managing many templates with libraries is very useful to set up a new one as easy as a drag and drop. To be honest I would love to be able to use using more features included in my package

Cons

definitively the 5 licences as a minimum. This is the second company I implement for less users than 5 and I am not happy to pay for nothing. I am not happy with the date format with YYYY/MM/DD. As most of the european people we do use DD/MM/YYYY. So I have to select 2 date fields to get around this format in each document I edits from pipedrive (quotes with date of edition and date of expiration)

Reason for choosing PandaDoc

The pipedrive integration was more efficient. I had a prior experience admin and using

October 17, 2019

Hi Pierre, Thanks for the feedback -- I shared your comment about date formatting with the Product Team. As for the concern about spam barriers in France, we have a few solutions for dealing with that while maintaining the digital document experience (along with tracking, etc. for you). 1. You can "white-label" your email delivery address so that documents are sent from your domain. - https://support.pandadoc.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007816574-Whitelabel-your-PandaDoc-delivery-emails) 2. You can generate a direct link for each recipient and email that directly to them. I'd recommend sending the document via PandaDoc first and then generating the document link(s) and sending as a fail-safe. - https://support.pandadoc.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009912654-Share-document-link-with-your-recipients) Hope this helps. ### "Good document editor with e-sign feature"

May 20, 2021

4.0

I use to create plans and contract agreements. It enables clients to sign digitally and immediately notify me when they see the proposal, which allows me to watch their level of engagement.

Pros

I appreciate the fact that notifies me as prospects see my proposals and enables them to sign digitally without scanning or printing. I like that it allows me to present a pick list to customers, from which they can choose which package or service they want, and it will instantly complete them.

Cons

I am unable to replicate whole sections, just some of the content parts. This is infuriating. That strikes me as a little clumsy from the developer side. The document didn't allow me to write in Landscape mode, so I've been drafting my proposals slides in InDesign and afterwards copying/pasting them as photographs into the document, and this has resulted in some duplication of effort on my side, which is inconvenient given that one of the reasons I choose this software because I need a system to help reduce time wasted on drafting proposals.

### "PandaDoc Review"

November 27, 2023

5.0

It's easy to create professional-looking documents without any coding knowledge, and the drag-and-drop functionality makes it quick and simple to add images, logos, and other elements. I've also found the templates to be a valuable resource, and the ability to track document activity has been helpful in gauging client engagement.

Pros

As a UI designer, I was particularly impressed with 's user-friendly interface and drag-and-drop functionality, which made it easy to create visually appealing documents without any coding knowledge. The platform's extensive library of templates and customizable fields further streamlined the document creation process, allowing me to quickly generate professional-looking proposals, contracts, and other business documents.

Cons

I found 's interface to be a bit cluttered and overwhelming, especially for first-time users. The abundance of features and options, while comprehensive, can make it difficult to navigate and find the tools you need.

### "Extremely disappointing software"

July 25, 2021

1.0

This has been one of the worst experiences with a B2B software solution that I've ever experienced.

Pros

Thus far, nothing has delivered as per my expectations.

Cons

When I signed up for , I was assessing it against a range of competitors. I agreed with the sales rep that I would sign up on an annual plan, on the condition that he would organise an onboarding session (this was documented via email). Once I joined, I experienced a range of issues (which I'll explain) and in every email to the sales rep asking to do the onboarding he continued to avoid answering. He then advised that they do not offer onboarding and if I wanted it, I would need to pay extra. Issues that i have experienced so far: - Spent 6 hours building my first form, only for it to disappear. After speaking with customer support, they advised that there had been a tech issue that day and that the work could not be retrieved. - Uploading PDF documents to to create a new form, there were severe glitches for special characters like "", which made our legal terms in the pdf faulty. - Forms cannot be created with merged cells, or different columns for new rows (as would otherwise be very standard in a form). Tables must be the exact same number of columns for every row. - The overall UX is very glitchy. - When a customer receives a form, all the form fields that are to be completed are highlighted in red, even once they're filled in. This is extremely confusing UX, as it signals to the user that there is an error with a field that has been filled in correctly. - The software is currently 100% down for 5 hours while they do an upgrade.

### "PandaDoc is the new way to close deals online"

June 7, 2022

5.0

This is a tool that all companies should use, especially in these times of pandemic. It has helped us enormously to sign agreements and close deals with our clients in other states and countries. You can also follow up on the documents. It is a software that I highly recommend, simply because it is the most efficient way to close contracts, sign agreements and generate more sales remotely. A very easy to use software, with all the tools you need to be a complete signature digitalization program and in this time of pandemic is the best option.

Pros

Very intuitive and easy to use software, even in its mobile version. The signature capture with mobile devices, makes it with precision and image quality and the electronic signature is also very clear. The integration with google applications makes it easier to use.

Cons

It does not have a good technical support, although they are really friendly, it responds very late to requests. When loading a document to send, I have had some problems, because the software becomes heavier, perhaps because of the size of the document. Some signatures suggested by the system were not accepted by the institutions when validating the document.

5.0

Cons

### "PandaDoc works fine"

June 7, 2021

4.0

Pros

The ease of use of the online document generation software is my favorite feature. 's is quite intuitive once you learn the basics, thanks to its user-friendly layout. This software does not require substantial user training, which I appreciate as the PandaDoc administrator at my organization. This makes it easy to implement across the firm.

Cons

's price table can be inconvenient because it isn't designed to work as an Excel spreadsheet. Our sales representatives would voice their dissatisfaction with this regularly. In many circumstances, it restricts our capabilities or significantly increases the amount of time and work we must devote to certain documents, such as sales orders.
