" January 24, 2018 5.0 Easy to access and use, as well as quick and efficient submission. Upfront training had a learning curve but this really wasn't a con with the online support service. Pros As of now, I use it personally for organization and submissions, but hope to expand this product to me team. Our experience so far has been outstanding. I believe this is the most modern VDR provider on the market with a new age interface. As we have begun using this product the customer service has been responsive and very helpful. Finally, the pricing was fair and transparent, it has been a painless process. Their security is top notch and the software is convenient/easy to use. I love that I can give specific permissions to each party that I share with. The bulk uploading is also great. Cons The reporting software / tools for user usage are not easy to produce quick/understandable outputs from (particularly by group by week, etc.). Pros As an administrator it was really easy to learn how to use it, how to manage permissions and especially how to upload files. It has been a really good platform for our project. Cons Maybe I would give more time to register for people invited to the VDR, as I had to resend many invitations. January 12, 2018 5.0 Pros Caplinked changes the game when it comes to document sharing. The technology offers the ability to select the exact content you allow users to see. There is also additional sub permissions for files, which is a great tool for managing work with documents. The security settings are fantastic. For example, Cap linked has Digital Rights Management and Watermarking along with 2-Factor authentication. Aside from that I don't have other contributions. Cons Not the most intuitive user interface, and the software was pretty expensive for a "drive" for data access and sharing. January 15, 2018 5.0 Pros The simplicity of the software and the affective customer service makes it quick and painless! Using a new system is often pretty intimidating, as you are already comfortable with how you currently handle business, but switching over from a different software to handle my transactions was really easy! I am glad I made the switch and would refer it to anyone. Cons Compared to other companies, I have zero complaints! Understanding how the something new works is usually what keeps me away from trying something new, such as websites/banks/restaurants...etc. other than make this transition and the little time that it took me, it has made everything else so much simpler.
