Von der Kontaktaufnahme, über die Einrichtung, Nutzung und Schließung des Datenraums gab es keine Probleme. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und eine gute Unterstützung für die Projekte.

Schnelle Einrichtung des Datenraums Einfach zu nutzende Anwendung, die alle Bedarfe abdeckt Schnelle Response Time von Fordata bei Rückfragen/Problemen

Cons

Es sind während der Nutzung keine Nachteile aufgefallen Wir haben Fordata für mehrere M&A Projekte genutzt

Pros

It is quite simple but effective VDR for not very complicated projects. Customer support is very good - quickly respond and solve the issues.

Cons

We have issues with adding and managing the files once we had VDR ca. 15 GBs and few users working simultaneously. It is good to understand the possible max sizing of your VDR beforehand.

the translations in german version could be better

Simplicity, great customer support, always open to resolve customer issues

Document storage metrics for non-DD projects are not sometimes fully adequate
