Pros

Quick and accessible. Have been using it for years. Easy to setup forms. Easy to copy forms. Customer service is pretty quick and very helpful

Cons

App isn't really functional. Downloaded it once and deleted. Doesn't mirror the website. Will not use the app. Expected more.

Memberplanet and Eric Whittington, our rep, have been phenomenal to work with. Eric has the patience of a saint in his dealings with us three women. He is always available, always helpful and very supportive! We are very happy with the company and the convenience of having all of our communications and finances handled through one entity! Highly reccommend them!
