It is extremely user friendly and helped me stay organized throughout the whole year. I play all sorts of fantasy sports and sometimes it can be a pain to collect from all the people involved. MemberPlanet made it easy to communicate with friends from the East Coast in a way that other social media sites just can't do: coordinating weekend events, meet up with friends and family is easy and is a BLAST with this site. I finally cancelled our square account since the support team informed me we can collect payments with the free app. The ability to collect credit card donations on site is awesome, better yet there are no external devices to break or lose. We can effectively communicate with our group quickly and as frequently as we choose to do so. On the two occasions I had to contact MemberPlanet for assistance, they were on it like super sonic. I have never had a bad experience with anyone from their office the one or two times I did call for some help. It was self explanatory and we were up and running and able to make payments online and set dates for upcoming events with notification going out to members with email. Overall I love this program. We can collect money easily online, set up registrations and send email blasts to all our members. It really is a one stop shop! Pros The interaction of all information crossing over and maintained in a cross reference fashion, It removes the hands-on nature of the collection, maintaining the database and many other critical features of running an efficient association. As someone who isn't experienced or tech savvy, I was able to facilitate an event with over 350 people that raised almost $20,000 for our charity. They now have RSVPs and collection availabilities for receiving payments for other fundraising events along with dues payments. Uploading member emails from HQ makes it easy to keep your membership up-to-date. Uploading photos of your events for members to view also makes it easy for a year in review of events. We can say MemberPlanet helped us keep our guests in the loop with a last minute change via an email campaign.
