March 24, 2018 4.0 Pros No special tools are needed to edit and create newsletters and web pages. I have computer background so straightforward for me to figure it out. My fellow admins - not so much. Cons sometimes the terms (forms, templates, buttons, email vs broadcast) are not so obvious. I'm still not sure eactly how to use membership levels for instance.
