Pros: With this software, it is possible to fine tune what is necessary to see more outcomes with leads. While the business might have a pool of good leads, this platform helps increase revenue with truly making offers that customers are looking for. Finding the right offer is tough and is time-consuming, but this tool has been extremely helpful in focusing specifically on converting. This takes the headaches out of finding the right formula to make leads happy.

Cons: I like the setup for seeing the progress of channels, but maybe exporting data could be a little more automated/streamlined.

Overall: You get more from your existing customers than you ever thought was possible. This platform helps you further understand your customers and helps create efficiencies where necessary as they move through the funnel. Things like activity triggers are very helpful when you are setting up more leads.
