Whether is an application server, RabbitMQ or DB2. eG can provide lots of insights in to the help of our servers Pros The software can really dive in to give you a good feel of what is going on in your environment. Really helpful for receiving notifications for when there is a problem. Cons There are some times that we have missed a notification here and there but support has been very helpful in figuring out what went wrong. After talking to someone within EG it was mentioned that this particular feature would not be introduced due to the nature of the feature (perhaps it was due to it causing a performance hit to the EG infrastructure) i would have liked this functionality included as it was part of the Hyper V perfmon counters and would have allowed us to manage our environment better.
