Cons: Backend could be a little more user friendly and intuitive. Overall its very solid and robust, but easy to get lost and not find what you're looking for immediately as a newbie.

Overall: Able to integrate our field forms with other platforms like Salesforce to keep information and data clean and fresh in an efficient way. Looking forward to building more and more!

Pros: easy to create all data needed for day to day jobs, mobile accessibility is great also, flexibility in all aspects

Cons: takes a little too long to update and transfer information between the software and database and where it is held

Pros: The tool and forms are very easy to use. The set up has so much customization built into it. Customer support is terrific. The cost is reasonable.

Cons: Can get a bit complex at times to build your own form, but support will help when needed. Professional services rates are decent.

Pros: It's easy to build forms and distribute data without any programming skills. ProntoForms' development team managed our more complex functions and reports. It's a good combination of being able to build our own forms and still have technical resources available when necessary. Support has always been prompt and knowledgeable.

Cons: It would be nice for our users to be able to use their license on more than one device at a time. Our inspectors use tablets and phones.

Overall: We needed to be able to queue data on mobile devices when wifi/cellular was temporarily unavailable. ProntoForms works great for this.

Pros: We like that there are many question types and for are available. We also like to be able to annotate and sketch directly on images attachments. The notion of drafts and production versions are very useful also.

Cons: ProntoForms is really great to gather and compile data from remote locations easily in a structured manner. It is even possible to send the data in a spreadsheet in Google Drive or in a SharePoint list. One area that could be improved is generating custom Word reports. The DREL templates are not very user friendly and the result is often unreliable.

Pros: Quick, intuitive and not too complicated. The ability to keep forms in draft so you're able to review them before submitting.

Cons: Forms could use more detail and explanation in each of the fields. The word "Event" is used multiple times but unsure if it's an observation, incident, or something else.

Pros: How easy it use to set up and post a form and how well it translate to the Mobile Platform. Mobile intration

Cons: It was a bit difficult getting started. While the form itself was easy enough to build on mobile, I didn't feel like it was overly intuitive.

Overall: The ability to send out mass blanket surveys to large sales bodies is absolutely essential for what we do. So on that alone, I'm sold!

Pros: Ease of use, ability to carry multiple forms in your smartphone with just one click.
Once you start using Pronto forms you never have to worry about organizing multiple forms.

Cons: Creating forms and interface while creating it, it's very confusing to use conditional logic while creating forms. the interface could be upgraded to make it more user-friendly

Overall: not having to print and manage multiple forms while on the site. Ease of organizing all the forms.

Pros: The API and the mobile APPS. Actually the API is very useful because we use to integrate Prontoforms with external developments.

Cons: The mobile/admin UX & UI is pretty bad. I encourage you to make a complete update with a UX & UI expert designer.

Prontoforms provides me with a very user friendly experience.

Pros: I like that it is user friendly, customizable and fairly intuitive. I've used the software for multiple purposes and each time it has proven to be great.

Cons: I wish that some of the logic was more intuitive. Such as some of the skip logic. However, I think that V2 will prove to be quite helpful with this.

Pros: Easy to set up, easy to create data exports out of and utilize the data. We can get everything we need from a field user to report on incidents, inspections, and inventories without additional setup. There are always need advancements coming out that allow us to collect data in a more efficient way too, so we can improve our own processes.

Cons: Conversion to the new V2 version of each form, while very worthwhile, can be a bit cumbersome as you try to reinvent each process. V1 interface can be difficult to select the correct row to edit, but that problem will be going away soon as we shift everything to V2.

Overall: Easy data collection that we can integration with our system to pull data efficiently

Pros: This product enables us to collect various field data and feed it into our corporate EH&S, Asset Management and other systems. The forms are easy to build and intuitive to use. This saves a lot of time and effort and avoids the need for paper forms and subsequent manual transcription efforts. The data is also be made available in variety of formats and can be stored on a cloud / FTP and/or delivered via e-mail. The data is also well back-up and, if any of the submissions are lost due to a human error, these can be recovered in no time by anyone with ProntoForms admin credentials. This is a really well thought-out and designed product.

Cons: There is not much to state here. We recently discovered a minor bug related to a non-standard drop-down pre-population step but that was very quickly addressed by ProntoForms, so no longer an issue.

Overall: Continuous savings on time and effort. Greater efficiencies. Employee satisfaction.

Several clients are using it and love it! Easy way to gather inspection info offline from the field

Pros: It's easy to use. Our customers like the handheld device to enter their data. Plus, Prontoforms customer service is amazing! There is never a wait when I call and they either resolve the issue/question right away or follow-up shortly.

Cons: A few of the functionalities are not that intuitive. But looks like the new version will have several of the functionalities we are waiting for (i.e. hide/show logic dependent on previous questions)

Cons: They can never tell me when their next release is scheduled for. I also can't seem to find their support hours anywhere on their website.

Pros: It is for the most part very flexible. You don't need to code. The data can be exported as xml, Jason format.

Cons: I wish it can have for more flexibility for programmers. Wish when modify the file the modified data can be appended to the extracted file name. Several versions of the same file create more work for downstream automation if the files are needed to be loaded to a database and archived.

Great product to work with a different array of forms.

Pros: Real time inspections are awesome. It allows you to geo track them and stamps the location where it was submitted from.

Cons: only one device per user. Some times it is convenient to go from phone to ipad but I am not able to do this on this unless I buy another license.

Pros: I like the step by step process my technicians need to go through before they can submit a form. I also liked the fact that I receive a PDF upon completion of a report by my team.

Cons: The software is a little confusing and hard to setup. I would like a little more instruction through the process.

Pros: I have been supporting the ProntoForms Application from 4 years. All features are very easy to use and manage. All features are very effective. Users iPad might have different forms. Even a forms that has 7 pages, no issue at all. I worked on API to push data for the forms into iPad. Users submit the records and will back to the server to automatic feed into database. Customize whole cycle was great and success. Creating Users, Creating roles, security access, creating form space and forms are very easy. All features to create form are there. Customize forms can be create easily.

Cons: As a software engineer, I don't see any cons on this application. But I see that a user can use either iPad or iPhone. One user cannot use both. If user want to use both there will be two license and two user. If a user can use at least two devices from same license and same user name that will great.

Overall: Signing up the member without using paper form. That avoid the data re-entry.

Pros: Real time changes, ability to have forms for different purposes, automatic distribution of forms, use of photos in reports and presentations

Cons: Learning curve to build forms can be difficult. Training other members of my team is time consuming and tedious. There are likely some functions of Pronto that I am unaware of, but due to time restraints, I don't look for these features. Dumping data in excel is easy but organizing the data is time consuming.

Pros: The ability to submit forms online and offline is great. When you go from scanning field paper forms to being able to submit them online and create an Excel spreadsheet to even track data, it makes a huge difference.

Cons: The workflow and advanced form creation can be complicated. Seems like there's a lot of help topics, but training videos would be a lot more helpful.

Comments: Great application for bigger analytics view

Pros: It has a robust feature set and good support as well. It's a huge plus that the solution supports an unlimited amount of forms. It is easy to use and it is very stable

Cons: It takes an hour to update Prontoforms when utilizing outside data sources and sometimes the help documents are less than helpful. Some projects take back and forth and follow up on our part instead of the pronto forms team driving the closures

Pros: It's easy to use from the mobile end. It's easy to create forms, data destinations, new users, etc. on the administrative end. We use pronto forms mostly for time sheets and safety sheets. I love getting all the information I need from the crew on site right away as opposed to waiting until the end of the week for them to bring it in. It's also great that the customer can get a copy of the paperwork immediately and we can collect signatures and take pictures of the work we did for back up.

Cons: I don't like that data cannot be stored on the pronto web portal. I would be willing to pay for additional storage space so long as it was reasonably priced. behind the scenes when setting up destinations, etc. can be confusing.

Very easy to use. You can save the information and go back to finish up later if needed.

Pros: Easy to use! Very simple and easy. The email after with the PDF is very helpful and I save that into a folder for each location. I think that the process is quick and easy now for me using the Pronto forms.

Cons: maybe loading , I think it may have to do with my location and if I am out in the field and a don't get good signal or if I am at the office and get a good signal.

Pros: Forms flexibility. Is highly customizable for any task. Also it can be updated in-house without hiring a new technician.

Cons: Lack of reports (monthly, weekly or daily). Forms are easy to tailored for the business type. So should be the forms reports.

Pros: I love that you can customize it to your exact needs. It has saved our field technicians a TON of time not having to fill out redundant paperwork.

Cons: Getting updates done can be time consuming. I don't really understand the admin site, to me it is not very user friendly.

Pros: How easy it is to use, and how fast a new user is able to go up and going,
Good user friendly reports can be scheduled

Cons: One thing that would be nice to be able to do is to click on pictures and view them without having to login as I have employees that receive completed forms and have to enlarge the photos

The only thing that comes to mind is when they took away right for Admins to make certain changes, however, I was able to get back most of them so all is good for now

Pros: The outputs look great! Can be geo-stamped and is able to work off-line when there's a lapse of wireless coverage. Lots of features available without an overwhelming price tag. Lots of ways to export your data as well to make sure it's going to the right locations.

Pros: Customer service is always on the ball. We have implemented forms which have improved our QC and company morale.

Cons: The software is expensive. The app is very glitchy and sometimes crashes when you use it on a microsoft surface.

Overall: This software allows us to do all of our safety documentation on a digital platform which saves thousands of pieces of paper each month. It has allowed us to streamline our safety program and save lots of time and energy.

Pros: We use pronto forms mostly for time sheets and safety sheets. I love getting all the information I need from the crew on site right away as opposed to waiting until the end of the week for them to bring it in. It's also great that the customer can get a copy of the paperwork immediately and we can collect signatures and take pictures of the work we did for back up.

Overall: We save time and money being able to process information faster thanks to Pronto Forms.

Pros: We have enjoyed the dashboard interface and the app is user friendly. Their customer service is very helpful. Once the forms are created they are easy to launch. The App allows you to take photos and place them into any form. I would recommend this program.

Pros: Not only is the software easy for the office staff but it is also easy to use for the technicians who not always are the best at record keeping.

Cons: I guess my only complaint would be that its sometimes confusing when designing a new form and getting it implemented, but any time I've had a problem, one phone call is all it took to help me.

Pros: It's available on Andorid and iOS devices and is the same expierence. With Version 2 of the form builder, conditional logic is now avaiable in order to hide sections not applicable to certain work flows.

Cons: Redundent clicking to submit forms. Also forms don't always make it to thier destination due to sync up issues.

Pros: The customization is pretty awesome. Sure there is a learning curve but once you play around with it enough you will be quick to pick it up. If there is something you are unsure about, just give tech support a call and they will walk you through it. They are great with support. Being able to scan inventory is a big deal for us. We are working on ways to track our inventory going in and out of our business. Pronto Forms is really helping solve an issue we once had. No more paper. You know how awesome that is in itself. So worth it.

Cons: The learning curve but it's kind of expected. The software is powerful, and powerful software takes some learning to make it how you want.

Pros: The ability to create information in real time. The ability to have custom emails and multiple destinations and using filters to distribute just what they need to know. Capturing pictures and signatures. Map locations and many other features. And the ability to customize any form to any type of business.

Cons: The forms builder not allowing us to use bold or underline or other fonts to really make our forms look good. The PDFs are still a little plain and we would like to make them look better. Things like indenting and others would make it easier to make the forms look better.

Overall: Pronto Forms has provided a platform in which we can give the much needed feedback to the users. It gives us the information necessary to manage our teams and make business decisions. The best part is how quickly we can receive the information. Getting QCs or KPIs in real time as soon as the submit them is priceless.

Recommendations to other buyers: When going to a site, would love to be able to see the last QC done at that site.

Comments: Very good system, however the difficulty / issue I have is that if we need to go back to a report to give it an update we either have to redo a full report of amend the pdf / word document. I would also like to track what is on the devices in the drafts section as some of the forms are not being issued in time by the guys on site. Overall it is a good starting point for me with the guys on site, but does not fulfil our every need. I would also like to get an excel tracker in place that I can see some stats on the forms being issued / not issued etc.

Comments: Our overall experience has been good. Pronto Forms has most of the features we need. The one thing it is missing that we would like is conditional field logic. The application build quality has been mostly very good. The Customer support experience has been good. The only criticism I have would be around the custom services. We had a custom PDF created and had some issues with build quality. They need to do more internal testing before turning the work over to the customer.

Pros: Very large template library to allow for review of sample forms. Once a form is developed the ability to alter or modify the form to meet changing needs.

Cons: It is often hard to find all the technical issues for development of a form. Such as how to dispatch forms, codes for using strings and other issues to help make form use helpful. The online help is nice but a comprehensive manual would be nice.

Overall: Since the implementation of ProntoForms, as a trial, more departments have requested the conversion to ProntoForms. It was relatively easy to get up and running and with some additional professional services training the options are limitless on what we will be able to use ProntoForms for in our agency. From inspections to training checklists we will be able to streamline our efforts spending more time working and less time shuffling papers and filing. Another interesting side effect is the wide acceptance of technology by staff that normally does not welcome technology. Once they see how easy it is to use the forms, they welcome the new system and features such as recording, photos and sketches . We look forward to growing our application of ProntoForms to meet our needs.

Cons: Lack of programming functionality from a design stand point. We need a highly sophisticated form to make this work for us, and we are not yet there.

Overall: The last round of beta releases; Repeating sections & Conditional Logic, is a major step forward, but you need to get caught up on the web portal so we can adjust the forms on beta changes ourselves (I'm also involved with that beta team and reviewed the first draft last week).

Still need major functionality added in file (data source) features and more advanced conditional logic to make this product top end.

Customer service in the past was just so, so and Taylor felt like their voice was not being heard and was actually starting to look at alternatives mostly due to of lack of functionality . But lately since being very involved with various beta teams, the contact level has been superior, and response great. The enhancements we've been asking for, for years are starting to become available and Taylor is starting to see light at the end of the tunnel. If this tend continues, Taylor will continue to deploy this product.

Recommendations to other buyers: Over the past few years and all the new functionality coming on-line, I would like to see a high level overview of the various major parts. If a new customer was looking at this, you need a concept of all the parts so you can properly put forward the conceptual design.

Overall: Form the very start, the ProntoForms people and their forms & service have been exceptional. My custom form processes, for entry & approval were addressed by the ProntoForms developers under the guidance of an wonderful Project Manager. They listed carefully and created an APP environment to meet the demanding needs of the salesforce. we covered every aspect, process steps, details on the screen, best formats, folders, data flow, yes, we covered everything.. The account management group was always there to provide support and consultation too.
Our ProntoForm form is successfully operating after two years in production - still going strong. A true measure of success- satisfied salespeople.. that's a great accomplishment!

The PronotForms support team is one of the best that I've ever experienced.. Timely, practical accurate responses and solutions, even going the extra mile to provide creative options when I have exceptions!

My only complaint is that when support is needed, responders are too literal and aren't very intuitive. There aren't likely to respond with a holistic approach to solving an issue.

Recommendations to other buyers: When support is needed, it would be great if the responders could be less literal in their responses and provide a more intuitive, holistic response. I have found that it is often frustrating to approach support with a problem because when reporting a problem the question might not be clear until deep into the support conversation. If the responders had a better understanding of the work flow for the company, this might help their responses.

Overall: I use pronto forms to schedule upcoming facility work and submit facility audits. The audits function works great, no complaints. I might just not know how, but I can't seem to revise scheduled work after it has been submitted. Sometimes upcoming work gets rescheduled, and I would like to be able to change the dates. I cannot seem to do this from the app. That would be helpful.

Pros: On the development side- being able to customize an automated invoice to specific requirements of a type of customer that will still provide all requirements of the business side.
On the Implementation side- ease of use. Minimal errors even though humanly driven.

Cons: Difficulty in accessing the actual raw data files after 45 days.

Overall: Our company was using a paper based 3 copy invoicing system 3 years ago and our new owner started out looking to reduce this labour & time consuming process at the end of every monthly billing cycle in the office. We did our research and found Pronto Forms seemed like a good match for getting the job done. The mobile application also allowed us to equip our Service Technicians out in the field with a mobile device to process invoices on the spot. This brought multiple effiencies and time consuming cuts to their work day as well. They were able to process invoices on the spot , obtaining the custmer approval signature and adding as many comments as necessary to alert inside office staff or customer management of a potential issue or condition. Not only are we working more efficiently, but we have reduced some of the added pressure and amount of time the Service Technicians in the field were spending on administration.
The Pronto Forms Development Staff and the Technical Support Staff are easily accessible and respond with solutions in a timely matter. They are easy to work with and bring information to us in a non technical manner, that we who may not be at the same technical level of knowledge, understand.
We continue to work with the Pronto Team to develop and implement custom forms as our business expands, and we offer additional services to newly acquired customer demographics.
We have had great results thus far with Pronto Forms and as we continuing to expand our business will look to their knowledge and expertise for the custom form fit.

Recommendations to other buyers: You don't know what is possible until you ask the question. Anything that our Admin & Service Tech Teams have requested has been made possible or is in development stages as we speak. Dream big.... It's entirely possible!

Cons: Increased complexity would be appreciated, especially in regards to conditional formatting options wherein a form is customized based on answers... I realize this is somewhat possible using skip page functionality, but this can be a logistical nightmare to setup.

Overall: Since subscribing over two years ago, we have transitioned almost all of our formerly "paper copy" Field Forms to the user friendly digital platform offered by ProntoForms. We no longer lose track of important information recorded in the field and our use of paper has been drastically reduced. Customer support is also top notch!

Overall: Our 640+ end-users are very pleased with the product and we've created many efficiencies that we did not have with paper audits. Completing audits is a very simple process using the app on your device. However, as an administrator, setting up the forms and understanding how to set up destinations has been the most challenging part of this process for myself. Thankfully, your tech support team has been very helpful in troubleshooting. Additionally, it would be nice to have more notification when PF develops new functionality. I rarely see any announcements anymore about new products or functionality.

Pros: It's easy to use from the mobile end. It's easy to create forms, data destinations, new users, etc. on the administrative end.

Cons: I don't like that data cannot be stored on the pronto web portal. I would be willing to pay for additional storage space so long as it was reasonably priced.

Overall: Pronto is a great product that offers lots of functionality and almost endless customization. I like the ability to create custom forms from scratch or by customizing existing forms that are already pre-loaded into Pronto. You can continually tweak your form in order to get the data that you desire in the format that you desire. The support pages offer lots of advice in order to assist you in getting your forms to perform how you want. I've been able to figure out most things simply by reading the help articles and then trying it out. The few times that I've had to call customer support, I've always spoken with a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable customer service representative.

My only real critique of Pronto is the fact that data results cannot be permanently stored on the Pronto web portal. In Pronto's defense, it does offer lots of options for backing up your data such as Google Drive, Drop Box, etc. However, I really like the filtering options that Pronto offers on their web portal, and I can't filter data that's over 45 days old. It disappears.

All in all, it's a really great product, and it has really changed our operation in a positive manner. I've used a few other would-be Pronto competitors, but Pronto is the best product overall, hands down.

Comments: This system has really been useful and has lived up to the promos. Our field personnel have really been able to use it with very little effort on their parts. As the person who is responsible in our company it has been a bit of a learning curve for me when it comes to setting up new forms and running the system but it hasn't been unobtainable. More practice on my part would take me farther I am sure. Just a good product that delivers what it is intended to do.

Comments: I am an HVAC operator in Vermont and have been using ProntoForms. It has saved me and my field technicians a considerable amount of data entry time. We don't have to employ an administrator to transcribe notes into the computer anymore.

Pros: We can use it on a phone or on a tablet and send info we get at the job site back to the office in real-time. Once it's set up and deployed properly, the technicians find it easy to use. Our guys also like the lookup tables that pre-populate forms.

Cons: If you want to really have a robust setup of ProntoForms, it could take a little bit of time to set up. Other than that, we have no complaints
